What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: That expose aired, giving everyone a good idea of what the Capitol now thinks Carlos is. He's also been seen spending a lot of time socially with Cecil Palmer, but insists they're not dating. In the Arena, he's mostly been running from Gamemaker traps and being rescued by anyone and everyone (although he blinded Kevin) and will be dying within a few days by falling down a flight of stairs.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Carlos will be involved in that sickness plot as soon as he's back in the Capitol! He'll also be looking to show that he's settling into the Capitol, completely cooperative, and act as though he's going native when in fact he has connections with both the Initiate and Brainiac's subversive rebel activities. He'll be passing tech for Brainy and looking for opportunities to do more municipally-approved science.

I would love for Carlos to have negative CR, especially from people who would be disgusted by how willing he is to cooperate with the Capitol. I'm also super down for threading with sick Capitol characters so that Carlos can run all kinds of weird, complicated tests the purpose of which he can't even begin to explain. I also wouldn't mind people being starstruck by how ridiculously attractive he is, especially since when he comes back from the Arena, his hair will once more be perfect.

Basic personality: Bounces between unfounded optimism and crushing cynicism. Has long since lost sight of what it means to be a child. Scrappy when put in a corner.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Before this most recent arena Sandy was working extra hard to actually improve her skills and become a force to be reckoned with so she's no longer relying on others to protect her. This new outlook was quickly snuffed when her best friend died by spiders. Usually in the arenas she scurries about between various people who can protect her.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Sandy will be crushed to find out that Pruna is gone for good when she returns home and will find herself questioning even more if there's any point to holding onto her morals and ideals. Depending on the people she interacts with for the next few weeks she may take a darker turn, or become more firm in her beliefs.

Steve Rogers

Basic personality: Good man with a good heart, just wants to do the right thing. An honest, unintentionally charming gentleman, loyal ally and friend, he'll stand up to any bully he meets and won't back down from his morals.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Right now he's learning about all this, but he's not giving up on who he is, always going to people's aid. He fights more to defend himself and others, but isn't actively attacking people. Often found with his allies (Stark, Thor, Natasha, and Bucky).

Being new, I'm still establishing CR for Steve, so I have open slots for everything. So, it's more do you want some CR with Steve? Because if so, then come to me my lovelies~

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Fee was recently outed by the Capitol during her exposé. She and Eponine have decided to stop hating each other for awhile. She's teamed up with Jet in the arena and spent time with Eponine before Eps bit the big one.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: There's some vague plans to meet Gannicus and Nasir iirc. Other than that, she's up for grabs! Come at her, bros!

Basic personality: Charles is a generally nice person. He's opinionated and loves to talk philosophy.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the Arena, Charles has been telepathically connecting with a couple of people. He also has picked up on the rebellion thing going on, and will be learning that it isn't BS thanks to Hell-week (Carlos & the Legion boys have been helpful there). People in the Capitol watching are free to have noticed that shift in confidence from the start of the Arena to Hell-rena. He's definitely seeming more comfortable in his skin. He spends his time hiding and moving a lot so...no typical haunts.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: ALL THE CR. Charles is friendly and it'll be good for him to continue meeting people. Nothing solid, however, he is pretty openly anti-what's going on here. SO THERE IS THAT.

Rokk Krinn/Cosmic Boy

Basic personality: Standard super-hero type who's normally a really decent guy but is pretending to be a villain so being kind of a jerkface. He's pretending to be selfish and uncaring about anyone besides himself and his teammates but if someone's seriously in trouble he'll make some excuse up to come to the rescue. But, really, he's totally a bad guy OK?
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Pretty new arrival, he's been hanging with his team a lot (Brainic 5 and Lyle Norg) trying to sell the whole villains deal without actually hurting anyone. Also spent most of the Hell-rena running around looking for his former teammate come genocidal maniac to murder him.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm open to anything, being as he's new he needs to meet more people. He'd like to meet people interested in undermining the Capitol to have some ideas for who to approach when the Legion is secretly plotting ways to otherthrow another corrupt government because that's pretty much their day job. That said he won't openly express such views and will probably be a bit of jerk to just about everyone. But negative CR is awesome and so is people wanting to punch him in the face for being a selfish dick.

Basic personality: Asshole papabear apocalypse survivor who is ruthlessly practical and seriously overprotective of his surrogate daughter, Ellie.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He got injured by Jan in the cornucopia run, so he's chomping at the bit to get out and about, but at the end of the hellrena, Ellie is getting a bad knock on the head so he's going to be upset in addition to being injured! HOWEVER, he's got her to look after, as well as Riley (Ellie's best friend from home) and Clem (another zombie apocalypse survivor from another world he's sorta adopted) and they have a bunch of supplies too, so they are pretty formidable as long as they find a decent place to hole up!
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Always open for various and sundry violent confrontations - Joel is ruthless and brutal, but not cruel, so if you want a quick but violent death for your character, Joel may be the one to do it! Ummm kid-characters and characters who are kid-caretakers make for good allies!

Basic personality: The definition of noble warrior, has a lot of stage presence and that's mostly because he's 6'6 and buff as fuck. He can seem pretty stern, but he's actually a sweet, caring guy who has been on a steady path to being a good guy and a good leader.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He's intervened into a fight between Shaggy and Vriska, hung out with the Avengers clique and it looks like he might be fighting Gannicus and Nasir. He's also kind of adopted Ruffnut and Clementine for the moment, oops.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I really enjoy having him intervene and try to protect people because he is so adamantly against the killing here and it's a great way to build CR. If this pisses people off, I wouldn't mind people plotting to take him down because he's a hassle.

Nasir

Basic personality: Loyal, bloodthirsty, and really nice provided you don't piss him off.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Out of the arena, Nasir has been training and angsting over not knowing what happened to his boyfriend and brother. Inside the arena he's teamed up with Gannicus, trying to kill people, and is looking to see if his boyfriend is there cause hey, Gannicus randomly showed up. He might too.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Nasir is always looking for a fight. After he's been roughed up by Cosmic Boy and chased by monsters, he'll be less inclined to fight so if you want general CR with him, now's your best time.

Also when his time comes, I'd really like a messy, bloody death for him. After the arena I'd like to eventually hook him up with the rebellion, possibly after he gets tortured. I need to work that out.

Character: Sigma Klim
District and/or job: District 10
Basic personality: Distant, quiet, fatherly, sad old man wants desperately to be a good person but finds it difficult.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: After losing his son and his nonsexual life partner to The Games, Sigma's lover Diana was taken during the TTB plot, and he went a little crazy after that. He's been stalking about the Arena in a daze, barely speaking. He's hamming it up for the most part, trying to make the Capitol think they've broken him. Also, he and the Initiate have bonded significantly and have become like family. Outside of the Arena he'll be a little calmed down, but will have his sights set on some devious schemes.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Sigma's trying to craft a plot to find out what happened to Diana and/or keep her safe/have peace of mind. He's going to be purposefully betraying some Tributes in the future in an effort to gain favour with the Capitol. He'll be making a very awful network post next month, and I'd be more than happy to rack up some negative CR with characters who would be opposed to awful actions. On the other hand, if your character is deliciously evil, I think it would be wonderful to have them "become friends" over his terrible behavior. Lots of fun. If your character would be the one to recognize that people do desperate things when they're grieving, that's 100% cool too, and I've love for Sigma to keep building some genuine friendships. :D

Also, the last time he killed someone was a year ago, so I'd reaaally like it if he was able to take someone's life this Arena. Volunteers would be extraordinarily appreciated.

Basic personality: Friendly professional superhero developing an actual conscience.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Her exposé revealed Venus to be a mutant superhero in her homeworld who killed her own family, and though it was an accident, the television editors made it look intentional. Venus has been on a slow progression towards becoming an actual superhero rather than just a hero for hire, which means developing human connections and thinking about the world rather than herself.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She kills people in the Arena! She also has a soft spot for kids and is generally pretty social. She's my easiest character to write so I'm stoked to thread everywhere with her.


Character: Howard Bassem
District and/or job: District One Citizen
Basic personality: Paranoid, traumatized hoarder teenager with a razor tongue and abandonment issues.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Howard successfully petitioned out of the Arena on the condition that he'd report any Rebellious activity that he knew about. Prior to that he was really at the end of his rope and generally looked like hell.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I really have no idea what I'm doing with him, so anything is welcome! He's a bit slow to trust people but may be more up for meeting people now that not everyone's trying to kill him.

Basic personality: Wannabe gangsta rapper superhero with the common sense of a wet sock.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Not much! Punchy's mourning for Sherlock, who was his rebellion bro.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: If y'all need a rebel hacker, Punchy's your dude. He's super friendly and gets in everyone's faces a lot. Also he's tactless and dumb and slept with Deanna.

District and/or job: District One Stylist
Basic personality: Lana Del Cray: Victory is a self-absorbed drama queen who gets the vapors every twenty minutes.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Victory got broken up with by Chris Traeger and made a soppy network post about it, and she has a mystery illness!
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Victory is here to cause mayhem and lulz, really, but I'd like her to develop some more CR of all stripes before an upcoming plot I'm doing with her. Throw 'em at me!

Basic personality: Alcoholic, aloof murderess who has a soft side for her Tributes and is secretly planning to overthrow the government.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Eva hasn't done much lately, but she has big plans in the works, and I need to start tagging around for that.

Basic personality: Sadistic womanchild sociopath who also happens to be a brilliant scientist.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Penny's one of the scientists poking at the sickies. Also she went on TV and killed a mouse for funsies. IDK she thought it was intimidating.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Be very careful where you tread with Penny - I love negative CR but there will be IC consequences to sassing off the head of police here. Other than that I am up for anything!

I suppose the only recent additions to the list of things is that Sandy likes Venus now and will probably poke at her some more.

Meanwhile Harley is totally on board helping Eva if only she'd ask! Right now Harley is surprisingly doing her job while others are falling ill. Harley plans on having sit down head shrinking sessions with the tributes once their back.

I imagine Harley and Mindy probably shout for Eva whenever she passes them and tries to get her to come hang out with them.

Harley probably sends Penny the occasional friendly message. I bet she even invited Penny to her karaoke party.

Oh and clearly Harley likes Victory.

Basic personality: Itsy bitsy flirty Russian spyder who has had her hands in more Marvel-related business than should be physically possible. Mostly distant, not above doing what it takes to get information, and fiercely protective of her peers.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She DIED :'D In the arms of her ex. It's awful actually. Now that she's back, she's looking for answers.

Hiya! Sandy is more or less making the rounds and touching base with all the marvel characters because I'm a loser like that. Natasha is one of the only ones she wouldn't know from history class though because...well spy.

On the other hand Harley is in the Capitol and looking for new Gal Pals so she might pop into that new thread to irritate Nat. I'd offer Azula but she's sick currently and in no mood.

Alex Murphy (RoboCop 2014)

Character: Alex Murphy
District and/or job: District 5, no job in the Capitol. He's a detective with the Detroit Police Department back home.
Basic personality: He tries to do by right most of the time. Jumps the gun the other times. Not the biggest team player, but he's definitely directed by a certain moral compass. Married man, so not exactly flirty (he probably could've played flirty when he was undercover but when you're a cyborg, going undercover is out of the question).
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Alex discovered that he can't get out of the "suit" - he ran into his wife, Clara, in the early Arena and she dropped the bombshell that he was so badly hurt by the car bomb that he needs the suit just to live. Alex suspects he has prosthetic limbs but he doesn't know for sure. In the Arena, he starved to death. Normally in the Arena he'd be trying to help out, save people, but he isn't above defending himself.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: For next Arena I'm thinking about Alex being neurosuppressed, which means he's very logical and more prone to coldly efficient violence. Basically more robotic. Also I'd like him to run into people who can either peptalk him about the whole cyborg thing or rub it in that he's less than human now.

I'd also like someone sciencey to tinker with parts of him. He'll be kind of leery about it but he'll be trying to learn more about the OmniCorp chassis at the same time.

Azula may have been mean to him via gift in the arena, but she'll be more supportive once he gets back...once she's not sick and miserable.

When he returns to the Capitol she'll be laying about, either locked in her room or bundled up on the sofa watching the arena and shivering.

Basic personality: Violent, sarcastic, and crude to a fault. Of most younger tributes, she is the more likely to toe the line of kid and adult.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She saw one of her closest friends dragged away, saw and lost her dad again, got her ass kicked by someone
she despises, and found it was totally possible to crush on a person due to the fact that they carry them self in a way that defies what is normal in her world.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Mindy is looking for alliances, fighting, and, most of all, a way to get in the circle of the rebellion. Meeting friends and enemies along the way is not shunned!

District and/or job: District 3 tribute
Basic personality: Laid back science teacher action man who makes dad jokes.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the last arena he set himself on fire in protest. So then the capitol tortured him, realised that wouldn't work, so tortured Ian G instead. Ian was involved in a mission to rescue Ian G. And then Susan turned up. Now Ian is under no illusions as to what will happen to him if he doesn't play the game.

So far in the arena he's been fighting monsters and hiding and refusing to team up with anyone because he's trying to put off having to kill them.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: At some point in the arena he's going to start killing people. I'd like it to be people who attack him first, people attacking other people so he can come in on his white horse, or a bit of mercy killing - offing the more innocent/good/injured people so they can get out of the arena.

In terms of post-arena stuff it really depends a lot on what happens in this arena, so I don't have any specific plans for that. Except for discovering Ian G hasn't been revived after dying in the arena. And maybe talking to or being awkward around Carlos.

District and/or job: District 6 tribute
Basic personality: Practical, sharp, straight-forward, can be a bit of a smartass. Playful when she feels relaxed and trusting enough.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Outside of the arena she was mostly focused on preparing and training. Now she's inside the arena she teamed up with Ellie, dropped a brick on Susannah's head when she thought she was a threat, met up with Joel and Riley and the four of them have bonded together into a survival group. She also took down a giant spider with Roland.

In Hell Arena she was briefly separated from her group and saved by Thor from a pack of dogs. She'll have re-met with Joel, Riley and Ellie in Elsa's ice fortress.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: The only plot I have planned is for when Clementine eventually dies! As per the rules of her world everyone is infected with the zombie virus, so if she is not killed by a critical head wound she will come back as a tiny child zombie. What does this mean? An opportunity for your character to die to tiny child zombie and possibly resurrect themselves, or to kill tiny child zombie, or to be bit and have to carve off a limb to save themselves (if they'd know to do that).

Otherwise I am on the look out for basic arena stuff, new CR, threats etc. Post-arena angst. Hit me with any ideas you have.

Basic personality: Asshole. Evil Asshole. Evil Genius Asshole. Smug Evil Genius Asshole. Pretty much any combination of the former and any of their synonyms. With capitals.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Wesker's been out of the arena for a while and has become everyone's favorite mentor has been making his presence felt. Smugly. Creepily. Currently, he's setting presents to his favorites in the arena - i.e., those he thinks will be of use to him in some form or fashion; and staffing the emergency clinic at Tribute Tower. Open wide, tributes. >:}
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Wesker stalks the network. Always. Even if he doesn't respond, you can assume he saw it - either as it happened, or later. He's a man that believes in the power of knowledge.

A big thing headed his way - he's going to start working with Penny. On the surface, this will make him a Capitol man, a torturer for all those bad tributes who need to learn to play the game better. For him personally, this is his chance to get at the Capitol's soft, vulnerable underbelly.

Basic personality: Reluctant rebel leader, fearless to the point of complete idiocy, hedonistic, charming, humourous, weirdly moral when it suits him, cynical but okay with it, aaaaaand quietly self-loathing. He's got a good heart but it's soused in a sea of cheap wine.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: So far Gannicus's MO has been to stick close by Nasir and work as a team of two. They're natural hunters, used to surviving in harsh conditions, and they are used to killing. Admittedly things started a bit rockily when they tried to kill each other at the Cornucopia, yes, and okay there was that moment when Nasir sprayed acid all over him, but happily they've moved past that now. They bonded over beating the crap out of Rock Lee (sorry bro no hard feelings) and are basically running around picking fights with all sorts of people. They are just two weird gladiator guys out for a brawl. Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Gannicus has been eating and drinking a whole bunch of Arena food and drink but he might be getting a lovely little purge from Sabriel in exchange for a promise of protection. Hopefully he's going to be around to witness Starkiller vs. the forcefield which is going to be a stark reminder of the whole 'oh yeah we brought down the Arena in Capua once' rebellion thing he is supposed to be a part of. I'd like for him to get in touch with anti-Capitol rebel types later on if only so he can throw his hands up and go 'not this shit again' but join in nonetheless.

Also he's really starting to not enjoy the whole No Alcohol thing he's got going on in the Arena, so when he eventually gets back to the Capitol he is going to go on the biggest Roman-style bacchanal bender ever. Look out for that, world.

I hazard a guess that Gannicus will have intents on hanging out with the other glaidator Roman type, which means he and Wyatt should also be bumping into each other at some point. C:

Bonus points - Wyatt has rebellion ties and if he decides he can trust Gannicus to not get him or Max killed, that might be a thing he could share.

District and/or job:10, Victor Special Arena
Basic personality: Good guy's good guy. Generally easy-going and easy to get along with -- a thing to behold if you piss him off.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Wyatt's a shiny new victor and is trying to become accustomed to just what that means. He can typically be found in the District 10 suites, in the training rooms (usually playing about in the trapping or fire building stations, or knife-throwing range), enjoying coffee in the Tower Lounge, or at the Speakeasy.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Currently not up to a whole lot, just watching the arena and doing his best to help out his friends. May be some personal stuff for him down the pipeline, but not set on the details yet.

Something to be aware of if your character is a rebellious type: Wyatt is definitely involved. He knows of a rebellion hotspot and has personal ties to one of the big players in it.

Character: Tony Stark
District and/or job: 12 Tribute
Basic personality: Tony Stark, if you need that explained then you're missing out.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Tony arrived just in time for the arena, where he's been busily trying to build smoke/fart bombs out of things left in the houses... Until the houses melted, now he's on the run with Thor and Steve who are mom-arming him and it's pissing him off.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I don't have anything expressly planned, I do know I want more Marvel characters in Tony's life, as well as more people in general putting up with his stubborn ass.

Just a reminder that as of Iron Man 3 Tony doesn't have a glowy chest (Movies choice mine not so much.), however if you catch him with his shirt off there will be a very nasty and ugly looking circular scar on his chest.

Roland Deschain

I don't know whether I'll get to look around this post for the next couple of days, but I am planning on doing it.

Character: Roland Deschain
District and/or job: District 4
Basic personality: He considers it his duty to Do The Right Thing. He won't exactly go out of his way to help people out, but he's not the type to hurt people or generally fuck them over without what he considers a very good reason to do so. He doesn't have too much of a sense of humor and he has low tolerance for bullshit. He tends to fall into the 'mentor/teacher' position, though he won't be trying to consciously create that sort of bond with anyone because I think he might start trying not to get too close to people, at least in the near future.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He didn't do much in the arena. Wandered around, drank the water, killed a spider, talked to a couple people, roped a dog, got dropped off the ferris wheel. An uninspiring start as far as showmanship is concerned, I guess.

Out of the arena, he's sick now (though not very, yet) and soon he'll be trying to deal with the fact that Cuthbert died and didn't come back.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love some close CR for him. Though Roland himself would probably do better with a friend, anyone who will distract him from Cuthbert not being there will probably be a good thing. Either bad guy types or people who seem not to take anything seriously will typically be negative-CR for him. (That latter will probably remind him of a few close friends, which could usually turn into positive CR but at the point he's going to be at will probably make him just try to avoid them. Which could also be fun.)

I may or may not end up doing something with the sickness thing, but though I have few plans I am absolutely up for any plotting. Do you need someone for one of your plots? I'm a little bit easily confused but totally willing to do whatever.

District and/or job: District 10 tribute
Basic personality: Serious, stoic, very dutiful necromancer who's surprisingly compassionate.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Arrived, did a bit of training. Has been fighting monsters and being helpful to people during hell-rena. Currently allied with Starkiller, and keeping her head down and doing her best to conserve resources and stay alive.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Rebellion stuff- Sabriel isn't happy with the Capitol at all, and will eagerly work towards bringing them down in any subtle way she can, particularly after Starkiller gets avoxed. Also, I'd love for her to kill someone in the arena, and have to deal with the mental/emotional fallout from that! Post arena, she's going to be training and using her musical talent as a way to get attention from sponsors- and will be looking for other tributes with musical skills to collaborate with.

Also, more friends and allies are always welcome.

Basic personality: Tsundere punk-ass american with a huge heart of gold, walking billboard for the American Ideal. Mostly.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: First he fought bugs with Fee and Venus, then he decided it would be good to go off on his lonesome with a fever. Sirens happened and he got his cybernetics back which led him to rocketing into the top of the dome. He's been in Albert's general vicinity ever since.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love for him to run into more people when he's got his cybernetics, both old CR and new! So obviously the next time there's a hellrena but I'd also love for him to jump in and rescue people because, while he'll fight to defend himself, he's more the Big Damn Hero type than the 'go out and kill people because I'm supposed to' type.
