PLAYER PLOT POST

Sometimes we want to plot with our fellow players, but are either too shy to approach them, or we just don't get the chance. This is a place to brainstorm, bounce off ideas, and do anything you'd like, plot wise. Its sole purpose is to foster connection between players. These will be posted once a round. So make a friend! Or an enemy!

As with the HMD, please make sure if you use this post you use it both ways and reply to at least 3 other people.

Rokk Krinn/Cosmic Boy

Character: Rokk Krinn
District and/or job: District 4 Tribute
Basic personality: Standard super-hero type who's normally a really decent guy but is pretending to be a villain so being kind of a jerkface. He's pretending to be selfish and uncaring about anyone besides himself and his teammates but if someone's seriously in trouble he'll make some excuse up to come to the rescue. But, really, he's totally a bad guy OK?
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Pretty new arrival, he's been hanging with his team a lot (Brainic 5 and Lyle Norg) trying to sell the whole villains deal without actually hurting anyone. Also spent most of the Hell-rena running around looking for his former teammate come genocidal maniac to murder him.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm open to anything, being as he's new he needs to meet more people. He'd like to meet people interested in undermining the Capitol to have some ideas for who to approach when the Legion is secretly plotting ways to otherthrow another corrupt government because that's pretty much their day job. That said he won't openly express such views and will probably be a bit of jerk to just about everyone. But negative CR is awesome and so is people wanting to punch him in the face for being a selfish dick.

Sandy thinks he is a dick.

Sandy also might start hanging around the Legion boys trying to learn how to be more selfish and villainous since it seems to work so well for them.

Aww Sandy! That would be fun since I think all three of them would be trying to subtly discourage her. You don't want to be a bad person Sandy, it's not worth it!

...Although they could equally offer to teach her a thing or two totally not so they can protect her OK?

Now there's also the matter of Harley Quinn. She's been keeping an eye on Brainy so it's long past time she have a sit down with Brainy's friends too <3

Aw, that's sweet. He won't necessarily appreciate it or take it graciously but I think it's sweet.

Abso-positive-lutely! He needs a friendly telepath in his life! And at least if Charles has read his mind he (hopefully) won't take it personal like if Rokk's a bit of a dick.

Actually it just occured to me if it looks like it could help with his cover he may pretend to have a major hate-on for Xavier since his planet was at one point at war with the planet of telepaths. It was like the Xavier VS Magneto thing on a planetary scale - I'm not sure this wasn't intentional.

Charles never takes it personally. Especially considering the people he's friends with...lol

oh LOL that is DEFINITELY not an accident, so he'll definitely be glad to be a good telepath in Rokk's life

Meant to ask earlier, I know there was the plan for Charles to read the Legion's minds - would it be best to maybe do this in his semi-open post or would somewhere else be better?

And Cos knows a good telepath! Just because his ex has messsed with his mind probably more than anyone elses, he doesn't hold any grudges. So he and Charles may both have some... interesting friendships xp

Oh! The Semi-Open post would be fine. I know other things have been talked about, though! So this plan may have shifted a little.

It'll be so interesting to see Charles react to that, too! So yay!!

I'm not sure how well his act will hold up with Natasha though, I mean, he's a pretty good liar canonically but she's the Widow so yeah....

Well we can always play it thread by thread. :] Especially made easier if initially start up over audio calls or something.
