PLAYER PLOT POST
Sometimes we want to plot with our fellow players, but are either too shy to approach them, or we just don't get the chance. This is a place to brainstorm, bounce off ideas, and do anything you'd like, plot wise. Its sole purpose is to foster connection between players. These will be posted once a round. So make a friend! Or an enemy!
As with the HMD, please make sure if you use this post you use it both ways and reply to at least 3 other people.
How this works:

Happy Hunger Games!
Wesker
District and/or job:11, Victor Arena 6
Basic personality: Asshole. Evil Asshole. Evil Genius Asshole. Smug Evil Genius Asshole. Pretty much any combination of the former and any of their synonyms. With capitals.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Wesker's been out of the arena for a while and
has become everyone's favorite mentorhas been making his presence felt. Smugly. Creepily. Currently, he's setting presents to his favorites in the arena - i.e., those he thinks will be of use to him in some form or fashion; and staffing the emergency clinic at Tribute Tower. Open wide, tributes. >:}Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Wesker stalks the network. Always. Even if he doesn't respond, you can assume he saw it - either as it happened, or later. He's a man that believes in the power of knowledge.
A big thing headed his way - he's going to start working with Penny. On the surface, this will make him a Capitol man, a torturer for all those bad tributes who need to learn to play the game better. For him personally, this is his chance to get at the Capitol's soft, vulnerable underbelly.

Also, she's due to run into zombie-Clem during a Hellrena, so Wesker could also interrogate her about her ability to control the undead using music/sound?

He would be curious about that, though I doubt he'd believe it would be of any use to him. There's not magic where he's from.

He likes Joan, as much as he can like anyone. She's smart, and more importantly - clever. Those are very useful traits.
Re: Wesker
Also/or, intending to get my guy into some trouble eventually. Maybe more than once. So they may be seeing each other in Penny's line of business. Bonus for Wesker finding the things that really hurt and/or are scary beforehand? :'D Just a potential thought.
