Sometimes we want to plot with our fellow players, but are either too shy to approach them, or we just don't get the chance. This is a place to brainstorm, bounce off ideas, and do anything you'd like, plot wise. Its sole purpose is to foster connection between players. These will be posted once a round. So make a friend! ALL RIGHT so my not so secret dream is to have the Capitol find out Cecil is alive in District 13 and for that to cause trouble for Carlos. What kind of trouble that is, I'm flexible about, but I'd love to see at least the threat of Carlos-being-used-against-Cecil.

If the Capitol finding out about Tributes being smuggled to 13 throws a wrench into plans, I'm totally willing to shelve this. But let's be real, Carlos is the Peeta here, especially if Cecil winds up doing any kind of pirate transmission thing, and I'm willing to let the Capitol get its hands on him.

Basic personality: The passionate, yet honorable French would-be revolutionary who will attempt to charm your pants off (ladies.)
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He got his face mangled in the jailbreak debacle and is feeling pretty hideous. Also he's lost the two women in his life (Max and Cindy) so he's pretty peeved on that end. But more disturbingly, his bff/rebellion leader Enjolras has gone missing.......

CAMILLE - ALEX MURPHY - ROBOCOP

Character: Camille
District and/or job: District 5, Detroit police detective; currently applying to become a Peacekeeper.
Basic personality: Alex's current personality is basically a no-fun allowed, occasionally passive aggressive, clinically detached asshole. He's been neurosuppressed so his ability to emphathize is basically zero, and he weighs people's worth by how law-abiding they are. He's very unforgiving of crime or the reasons behind the crime, so grey areas don't work very well in his new world view.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Alex last Arena took it upon himself to police it - active crime he would step in to stop, law-abiding citizens he would offer assistance to. He tried to kill Venus for assaulting Clara, tried to stop Harley from joyriding around in the Hummer and ended up getting tossed off the third floor. The impact of the Hummer on his arm severed it, prompting Alex to go look for repairs from Tony Stark and Donatello. He taught Clara Murphy and David (and Black Tom) how to feed him the glucose solutions - this ended up allowing Black Tom to see his weak spot on the back of his neck, a transmitter capable of rendering Alex unconscious immediately. This transmitter allowed Brainy to save Sandy before Alex could incapacitate her for vandalism. Black Tom manipulated Alex and sicced him on Darcy. He then later killed Alex.

IN THE CAPITOL - Alex usually alternates between being sedated/unconscious while repairs or tinkering is done to him. When he's awake, he'll patrol around, show up to interviews if he's free. He recently submitted an application to become a Peacekeeper, and also tried to hunt down Black Tom in the Capitol. Things have become strained between Alex and his wife, Clara. He suggests that since he's incapable of providing for her as a husband, that she should find someone else who can. It's still a sore point to him even under the suppression.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Basically looking to transition Alex Murphy into a Capitol-only character because I want to keep him neurosuppressed. He'd basically be working with the Peacekeepers, acting as their eyes and ears. Because of his nature, it's possible to manipulate him by being a good liar, working around his system parameters, or even reprogramming. He'd probably also start advocating that certain elements in the Tribute population should have the suppression done to them as well.

Alex would be very anti-Rebellion.

Character: Hans
District and/or job: District Five Mentor
Basic personality: Very typically a Prince Charming type. Seemingly very friendly, charismatic and helpful. Truthfully, he's a manipulative jackass and anyone he befriends is for his own gain. Deep down he does want to be helpful and make a difference but more than anything he wants influence and power. He has a habit of emulating traits to make conversations run more smoothly/make people like him more.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Up until now he's really only been schmoozing around with the Capitol, but I wouldn't mind if he were presented more opportunities to side with the rebellion. He hasn't picked a side but nobody is really offering him anything he wants.
He and Starkiller have kissed and are sort of awkwardly dealing with feelings, even if his are less sincere, but they're trying and failing to keep it all a secret.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character:
He could always use more people to manipulate, people approaching him now that he's been outed as a bad guy on the network and more CR in general. I lost the plot with him a little and I'd love to get him involved again.

Campa - Steve Rogers & Groot

Character: Steve Rogers
District and/or job: District 9 Tribute
Basic personality: Good man who just wants to do the right thing. Honest, unintentionally charming, loyal ally and friend, he'll stand up to any bully he meets, protect you at his expense, and won't back down from his morals.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: The most notable thing for Steve recently is his speech at the start of Arena 11 that got all the people who dropped up to that point exploded (it can be found here.). But before the arena, he was caught by the Capitol during the jailbreak and has his right cheek branded (still, even post arena).

During Arena 11, Steve kept to himself, but two of the more noteworthy happenings were how he killed Brainy to save MCUBucky and then turned off the alarm (car crash) which blinded, deafened, and concussed him, leading him to get caught by a bear trap and bleed to death.

Since dying, Steve was able to help citizens during the blackout, get kissed by Tony and Thor, and keep a low profile. A lot of people he cared about died and weren't brought back from the arena and friends brought into the game, he's assuming it's a prolonged punishment for speaking out.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I plan to get Steve to be an active part of the rebellion, as well as possibly taking more of a lead role. Really open to brainstorming and coming up with future plot ideas for the rebellion with people. I would love for him to get more CR and further develop CR to help this along.

One plot coming along is Steve and Tony flirting with a fake relationship to give them opportunities to work on the rebellion and Tony access to tools Steve is hiding. So, I'm open for that to be something to come up or be approached.

I would love for Steve to make some friends. It's not easy for him to do that, so I would love to develop CR and make him more invested in the people around him beyond a sense of what's right and duty. Also, I'm open to negative CR, but I like to talk it through, so anyone willing to really talk it out with me and such, I would be down with it.

There will be an open post for Steve very soon (working on it now), so feel free to keep an eye out for it and tag it!

Froda!!!

Character: Joel!!
District and/or job: District 8!!
Basic personality: Asshole with a soft spot for like two or three people, otherwise pretty much just an asshole. He's a big grouch with a lot of paranoia and PTSD, as well as a marked unwillingness to let people get close to him. MOST OF HIS CR IS NEGATIVE AND THAT'S OKAY. He's not evil, and he won't attack or kill unless provoked or he thinks it's necessary to protect himself and his loved ones, he's just a prickly jerk.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: The arena was relatively uneventful for Joel, being his third, as far as these things go. He went in, failed at keeping his loved ones alive, then died himself, that was about it. Right now he's mostly trying to keep his own head above water, as well as Ellie and Tess, because they're getting more and more fatalistic as well. This is starting to drive him more towards the rebellion, in the interest of getting them out of the Capitol as his ultimate, long-term goal.

Day-to-day in the Capitol, he keeps himself to himself mostly, goes out for coffee frequently, and can most often be seen in the company of Ellie, Tess, Clementine or Shepard. There are a few other people he's on decent terms with, but most everyone else he either feels nothing for or actively dislikes. XD

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He's starting to tentatively come around to rebellion plotting, mainly in the interest of, as stated above, wanting to get Ellie and Tess out of the whole death match cycle thing (as well as cure Tess of the infection which she apparently still has in some form)! To this end, he is quietly using his in with Shepard, and may also attempt to find people with the know-how to cure the infection on the most recent Lonestar post. In public, he's still advocating for the general "keep your head down and mouth shut" kind of attitude - he's never been overtly pro-Capitol OR pro-rebellion, and that public face won't change.

More generally, I'm always down for stuff - again keeping in mind that most characters he will probably dislike, if he gives them any thought at all. Long-term, positive CR is tough to develop but I love unlikely friendships so if you have ideas, please lay them on me!

I would really like a thread where my guy can talk! And generally be himself as opposed to a Capitol puppet. Wherever it could end up going, it's definitely something I'm interested in (and I enjoyed the arena thread as it was).

Albert Heinrich

Character: Albert Heinrich
District and/or job: District 3
Basic personality: Generally relatively chill and helpful unless you're a jerk first, colder to negative CR
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He got caught in the food court explosion, killed Jet at Jet's own request (many tears were shed after), and was murdered by Pruna to round out his mall crawl.

Outside of the arena he's had time to process (read: repress) all that, started playing the piano again, getting involved in the rebellion, and is focusing mostly on the fact that he's getting married!!!

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Yes you read that right, Albert and Jet are finally tying the knot after the crowning, so if anyone wants involved please say so here! Any parts in the actual wedding ceremony should be relatively close CR, but if you have positive CR with Albert you've likely been invited and even if you don't, the Capitol will probably invite you anyway. They're footing the bill after all.

After the wedding, Albert and Jet will be receiving a gift from the Capitol in the form of being remodeled into cyborgs again (how very generous). Albert will be looking for someone he can trust to go into his cybernetics and make sure that the Capitol hasn't put any bugs up in there.

I know I've plotting with a few people concerning all of these things but it was all over the place, so here's what I remember:

- Jessica Wakefield, Venus Dee Milo, and Terezi Pyrope are involved in the wedding ceremony, Jessica giving Albert away (lol), Venus as the singer at the reception, and Terezi as flower girl. We would also like for Felicity Worthington to be Jet's "best gal" (poke at Ly's comment for that plotting please). If you have good CR with Albert, you've likely been invited personally by him. I have too many and had to handwave it, but if you're curious I can let you know if you ask but as I said above, everyone will be allowed thanks to the Capitol making it A Thing.

- Bucky Barnes (MCU), Carlos, Venus, and Alex Murphy. I've talked to you guys about having threads concerning cybernetics, hypocrisy, and free will. Also, after Darwin, I think Albert would ask Carlos to be the one to check out his cybernetics for any Capitol tricks.

These are just the things I've talked to people about already though, any new CR or revisited old CR is also appreciated!

I think now that Signless is getting more strongly involved in the rebellion, we should def try to reopen CR with these two. If you'd like we could even do it on the Lonestar post, since Signless did chime in there and Albert likely would have seen.

Mica | Commander Jane Shepard | Mass Effect Trilogy

District and/or job: District Five, Professional Asshole
Basic personality: A-type who is 100% done with everyone's shit 100% of the time
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Recently ringled some ol' jailbreak nonsense, then got tortured, then blatantly poisoned the entire arena with the help of resident supergenius Mordin Solus and resident psychotropic boyfriend, Thane Krios. Also has been working to kill people into D13 on the side. Has therefore moved from not ever killing children/allies to killing them specifically during certain times.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Shepard will be continuing to try and make more allies and teach people life lessons about how to be a Renegade Hero. She'll also be continuing to attempt to ringlead stuff and will be disseminating information from the Rebellion and other sources.

I'd enjoy Bucky and Shepard having some non-killy CR, he takes the view of the arena interactions being a different ballpark to what happens out of it. I remember way back when I first apped him in we talked about them doing stuff and somehow never got round to it.

Character: Sandy Marko
District and/or job: District 12, impulsive, battered child tribute
Basic personality: she's gone through alto of changes recently through loss and torture. She is jumpy and paranoid, bitter and cynical, but deep down she still means well. She's made a lot of moral concessions and is on a downward spiral away from true heroics.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the arena Sandy sticks close to Pruna or her other allies. She's jumpy and timid and lashes out in fear. She violently murdered Denett out of fear and has been trying to gather her wits after a nasty spell in Capitol prison being tortured.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Because she couldn't deal with the guilt any longer and because she's an impulsive and sometimes stupid child, Sandy confessed to a select group of people that she murdered Capitol Torture maiden Penny. Hopefully none of the others who were arrested falsely will betray her trust and sell her out. For now she's going to lay low, keep her eyes open and look for any opportunities to help the rebellion that she can pass on to her trusted adults.

arisa (astrid hofferson ♦ how to train your dragon)

Character: Astrid Hofferson
District and/or job: District 6
Basic personality: Astrid can be very strong, physically and mentally. She can probably knock out someone if they manage to upset her or threaten her friends, but if you make nice, she can get along with others really well as long as they give her enough reason to trust them. She's very loyal to those close to her and will do everything to protect them at all costs. She doesn't break down too easily, having learned to be as tough as a Viking, and holds a lot of pride with herself.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Astrid was involved in the jailbreak plot in an attempt to save Hiccup, immediately getting branded on her cheek and facing torture of a physical beating. During the arena, she mainly stuck close to Hiccup and Ruffnut, as they're the closest people she knows and protecting them was her top priority. She was shot by Bro trying to protect Hiccup in which the two ended up dying together, which in turn temporarily affected her mentally, bringing down her faith and hope afterwards. After the arena, she awoke during the blackout where she potentially dealt with the fire on the D11 floor (this has yet to be logged).

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: After dealing with the torture from the attempted jailbreak, being branded, and then going through the arena, Astrid's learned the seriousness of how bad things are here. I'd like her to expand her close CR with others beyond the Vikings, especially since she didn't have a chance to do this as much in the arena, so that she can establish stronger trust that could give her more people to protect and allow her to get more involved with the rebellion. She's learned she needs to stay collected in public, but while she isn't good with things like technology or intel, she's physically strong and would want to play a bigger role. As of right now, she has no knowledge of D13, so I'd very much like that information to get across to her somehow.

So this is a really weird way to potentially start off cr, but Nill would be extremely impressed with Astrid's hair. She's gotten into the habit of doing a lot with hers and she likes to do ribbons and braids and stuff, and Astrid's looks so so pretty.

Ink - The Signles

Character: The Signless
District and/or job: D12

Basic personality: The Signless is a pacifist and a person who believes very strongly in equality and every person deserving care and compassion. He generally makes an effort to at least be neutral toward people that he doesn't yet know, though recently for his own sanity he's limited his list of people he's allowed to personally care about down to just the other tributes and the people of district 12. Within those groups he's willing to reach out to anyone who might look as though they need care or companionship. He is also about 200% Done with the Capitol due to recent events and so can sometimes be easy to frustrate. There's a lot of anger below the surface that he's attempting to push into something productive.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Normally in an arena Signless's plan of action is to find one or two close allies and stick with them, sharing supplies and keeping an eye out for each other. If that's not possible he tends to keep on the move, changing his position as often as possible so as not to present an easy target.

Recently, he aided in breaking Terezi Pyrope out of jail and lost the two people he was closest to to what he assumes is permanent death. He's redoubled his efforts to get involved in the rebellion in light of this; where before his plan was to keep his head down so as to avoid hurting the people he cared for, now he has almost nothing left to lose.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love any and all CR, particularly from fellow rebels. I don't have too much concrete planned for him in the coming months so my schedule is wide open. ALSO: if anyone he knows relatively well wants into the rebellion, let me know and I can have him vouch for them.

Character: Clara Murphy
District and/or job: D10, New Mentor and Pirate Mom
Basic personality: Caring, kind, and compassionate with a stubborn streak a mile long. Unless you're Tom.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Despite losing her right eye and hand in Arena 11, Clara won and is now D10's resident mentor now that Wyatt's in D13. Other than her injuries, Clara's time in the latest Arena lead to her learning about the existence of District 13 from Carlos during the blackout and started up a somewhat fake relationship with Rose Lalonde that's going to eventually grow into something real. She's also starting to deal with the fact that Alex is probably going to be neurosuppressed for as long as the Capitol is around.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would love any and all CR for her, especially involving rebellion stuff. I plan on having her throw herself into it now that she's stuck in the Capitol since she's one of the few Tributes who has a decent (though somewhat scandalous) reputation after the jailbreak. I'd especially love for her to finally get some proper fighting training in at some point (and maybe lessons on how to fight best with a cybernetic hand from one of the Cyborg Bros?).

Plotwise, she's going to fight against getting a bionic eye to replace the one she lost in the fight with Venus out of fear that the Capitol will use it to spy on people and will probably have one forced on her post-Crowning. So if there's anyone who'd like to be caught by the Capitol talking to her about having rebellion sympathies, I'd love to do something with that! I'd also really like to play with the fallout of her marriage kind of falling apart and being romantically involved with someone who's (literally) been branded as a traitor.

Krystal's goons

CARLOS THE SCIENTIST

Character: Carlos
District and/or job: D10
Basic personality: God, this guy loves science. No, really. This guy is right out of a B-movie, ready to analyze phenomena with danger meters and permanently screen-perfect hair. Carlos is a dweeb but a kind dweeb and a handsome dweeb, and he's sporting that rebel brand that all the cool kids have.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He was arrested and tortured and branded, then set loose in the Arena. Carlos made it to the finale, but shot himself so that Clara could win. He lost his temper when Black Tom Cassidy slaughtered a roomba he had reprogrammed. He had a deep emotional moment with Thor. He replaced Cecil's vocal cords mid-Arena and then kissed him a lot. That was nice. Usually, Carlos can be found fortifying a hiding place with traps, but he's only going to be here for one more Arena and then he's going to D13.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Like I said, he's off to 13, so if you want capitol CR with Carlos, get the fuck on that. He is out of fucks to give about the Capitol right now, and will be looking for more people to bring into the rebel fold. I would love for him to get his hands on any last Capitol secrets he can, and I'd also love for him to make some last few friends. If you have an idea for him, hit me up!

Jet, Barbie and Bucky(Panem)

Character: Jet Link
District and/or job: District 2, Tribute
Basic personality: Generally laid back and caring, sometimes hot-headed and definitely stubborn. He plays the protag-bff hot-head of a shonen series, so that might tell you something.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the last arena, Jet threw supplies at random people and then got in a fight with Nasir and had hot oil splashed in his eyes, causing him to be blind the rest of the arena. This led to him losing it a bit and he asked Albert to put him out of his misery. Since then, he's been chilling around the capitol and planning for his and Albert's upcoming wedding.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I think Jet and Bucky (MCU) are supposed to have a thread sometime. Something about having fun and maybe a heart-to-heart if that comes up. He's also supposed to meet up with Clara and Alex Murphy (separately) at some point. Otherwise, I'd really like to expound on some of the CR he has that he hasn't threaded with much like people he's only threaded with once or only a handful of times. Otherwise, deepening existing CR is always a must and new CR is always loved!

The main big plot coming up for Jet is his wedding with Albert (soon) and if you have good CR, it's safe to assume you've been invited. And...even if you don't, you've probably been invited anyway because the capitol sucks like that. The Capitol also sucks in the fact their wedding gift to the newlyweds will be some new cybernetics. They'll be thrilled, naturally. I'm definitely up for any threads involving tha, he'll be used to it mentally, but there'll be some physical adapting and frustrations that will be fun.


Character: Dale Barbara
District and/or job: District 1, Mentor
Basic personality: Practical, lightly snarky, but good at both being easy-going and down to business when necessary.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Barbie broke into a government building during the blackout and got his own group of secrets which he passed on to Carlos with the promise that Carlos keep his involvement out of it. He's doing this because while his sentiments are pro-rebellion, he feels he needs to act pro-capitol to help his tributes/the tributes in general during the games and also because he's afraid there might be backlash on Jessica for anything he does.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: There's nothing really being plotted right now and I'd definitely like to change that. I'd like for him to start talking to more capitolite characters and getting on their good sides, basically doing the thing he does well: schmooze and shine.

I certainly don't mind if any tributes want to take offense to that or anything, he knows he's going to end up burning a few bridges by doing this. Of course, if anyone wants positive mentor CR, I'm good for that too.


Character: Bucky Barnes (Panem flavored)
District and/or job: District 13, Rebel/Tribute liason and a 13 contact
Basic personality: Cold with flashes of warm, he's got some mixed feelings about the tributes, but he genuinely wants to help them, he's caring and mother hen-ish. Unfortunately, everything plays second fiddle to the rebellion and taking down the capitol, so he's a little focused.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He's recently been saddled with a couple new jobs, one of them he definitely didn't want (the one about helping the tributes adjust to 13) He's doing the best he knows how and is slowly learning how to be what they need him to be, but it's a slow progression for the most part.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Any CR tbh, I know he's kind of limited to 13, but contact with 13 is expanding, so anything you've got on your mind I'd love to discuss! I just want to play this Bucky anywhere I can.

Basic personality: More or less level-headed ex-solider who used to work as a counselor and isn't out of the habit of it, can't help but slip in a joke or two no matter what situation and will probably flirt with you
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Just got here a little bit ago, and hasn't had an arena yet! Mostly he's been chatting with other Tributes and trying to get the rundown of recent events and any info he can get on this place

Technically I'm still on hiatus, which should hopefully end either this week or next week depending on RL, but I have dipped my toes back into a little tagging. So any plans made will either be long term or delayed until I get back.

Character: Nasir
District and/or job: District 2 Tribute because his life sucks forever
Basic personality: Genuinely good guy buried beneath years of abuse and now torture. Brutal killer in the Arena who has few limits when it comes to killing people (no kids, Gannicus and Felicity are cool... that's it). But he doesn't hold grudges from the Arena. Prays to pagan gods. Kind of crude. Strangely polite unless he's cranky.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Recently tortured by the Capitol for a crime he didn't commit. Manged to suppress the trauma of that in the mall of death. Generally got his ass kicked over the course of the arena. Has been having a breakdown ever since he got back but managed to pull it together to kidnap Wallander's daughter to help Eva with the blackout. Has gone back to having a breakdown. Recently discovered Agron and his brother are gone (which is bad news for the Capitol). About to get incredibly drunk when I come back and walk into walls.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Well Nasir will be doing the training stuff constantly. With characters who are actively speaking out against the Capitol he will try to shut them up for their own good.

Not averse to negative CR and developing that but I'd also like to get some positive CR in for the poor kicked puppy I never called him that. He's in a bad way right now and he doesn't have a stabilizing influence (I mean, have you looked at Gannicus?).

When I get back from hiatus, I'll throw up a post where Nasir gets incredibly, horrendously, painfully drunk. And not a happy kind of drunk. So there can be all kinds of reactions to that. Someone should really guide him back to his District though cause otherwise he's walking into all the walls.

District and/or job: District 3 / unemployed
Basic personality: She's the opposite of that asshole with the soft spot, but she can be a bit of an asshole when it comes to it (and quite the hbic)! Like Joel, she's got issues with PTSD and some paranoia as well. She's more open to making friends though and prefers to be social here and there. Get on her bad side and it's going to be hell for the person who pisses her off.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the arena she stuck with Joel mostly until they found Ellie and then Riley. She suffered a badly bruised hip. She fought with Nasir, got her ribs and right bicep slashed open. Had a scary encounter with Alex Murphy. Got to see Venus in action. She ran into Clementine and they discussed their worlds and the Infected/Walkers that made a mess of everything. She met Shepard and is pretty damn unsure of the woman still because of the whole military thing (side-eyed the heck out of her!). They lost Riley and soon after Tess was shot in the head by someone unknown while she was with Ellie and Joel.

As for outside of the arena...Tess keeps mostly to herself. Or else she's with Joel or Joel & Ellie. Because she's still new to reliving the luxuries of life that had been taken from her twenty years back, Tess is out and about on trips to coffee shops. Sightseeing. All that wonderful stuff. She's also kind of trying to deal with the fact that she's a walking infection ;_;

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I don't have anything in particular planned for her other than possibly talking with Shepard a little more, like getting to know her better Tess needs more lady friends and something to do with rebellion business via Joel? What I'm looking for with her is more negative CR. Tess isn't the type to "keep her head down and mouth shut" so she's bound to get into some more crap. Other than negative CR, there's also the possibility of her going up to Joel's district to crawl into bed with him (not for that!! gosh.) in case there's anyone from his District (District 8) who could bump into her along the way. And also...possible....romance....interests. The good thing about that particular CR is she's pretty messed up and wouldn't stick around for a relationship so said romance won't get serious. And hey, what's a one night stand or two right?

I'm pretty open for any ideas if anyone's got them. Or if anyone is interested in some CR with Tess, I'd love to plot and tag with you! Unlikely friendships and/or relationships, bring it on! :D

I'm always up for negative CR! Sigma and Joel sort of get along (Sigma knows what it is like to lose a kid, and it's more along the lines of Sigma likes Joel and Joel tolerates him, aha), so he would be happy to meet Tess. They may not get along so well since Sigma is playing up being Pro-Capitol, but if that's what happens, that's more than cool with me! :D In Sigma's world, he was one of the last survivors of a disease that caused a mass extinction, and he recently recovered from the infection before coming here. It could give them something to talk about, maybe. Just throwing ideas at the wall! Let me know if you have any.

Basic personality: Nat plays everything really close to the chest that's why her hair is so big it's full of secrets. She presents herself as being reserved with a good dose of wry humor now and then, and that's what 99% of people in the game will see of her. She's got a soft, very guilt-ridden core underneath that. She is very, very good at lying.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She's had no arenas yet! As for her recent activity, she's mostly just been catching up with canonmates and figuring out how this capitol place works.

Because I picked up a hyper-competent and incredibly pro-active character for some reason, probably because I want to make life difficult for myself. Natasha will 100% be working for the rebellion. If anyone needs a really awesome spy for some upcoming missions, please let me know! I want to get her as involved as possible.

District and/or job: District 9 Mentor

Basic personality: Prickly, violent and unashamedly brash. She's adjusting to having an actual social life and trying to pretend she can live without people. She really can't at this moment, nor can she forget her dad is alive somewhere in District 5...

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She was one of the unfortunate people who were picked up during Penny's death, and was beaten, tortured and branded before being thrown into the Arena. There she teamed up with a kid crew (Clementine, Chibi Usa and Hotaru, and later Zuko and Aang) who all got killed slowly until she was finally taken out by a certain Russian assassin. In between that she chilled with Dave, got her face burned, befriended Pruna, fought with her again and had some fun time with Ellie before seeing HER die too.

Back in the Capitol she learned good friend and fellow district tribute Riley was gone for good, along with Donatello and Chibi Usa, and that they gained Leonardo, Don's brother, and a girl with wings.

She was also checking out Korra's gun show, because how can you not?
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Mindy is still going to be having bad dreams and panic attacks due to the treatment she got by the Capitol, and this is going to frustrate her. I definitely want more interaction with her District tributes, more hang outs with her kids friend in an attempt to get her to act like one a bit, and more involvement in the rebellion.

Basic personality: Steph is a good person trying to do good things. She's determined, loyal, brave to the point of putting herself in danger, and maybe a little sassy. She wants to help others where she can and take out the bullies she finds along the way.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: No arenas yet, just in the capitol running into castmates who don't actually know who she is AND HEARING A LOT ABOUT THIS STEVE GUY and maybe making some friends along the way too.

Character: Lyle Norg / "Chemical King"
District and/or job: 10
Basic personality: Lyle has been pretending to be a supervillain assassin. He's gregarious and friendly but also a little creepy and kind of an asshole, and he enjoys sneaking up on people WAY too much. He's also a biochemist and engineer, and a latecomer to the original Science Alliance.
He's actually a spy-turned-super hero who's overthrown corrupt governments before. Fortunately, since his timeline was erased, the Capitol doesn't know that.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Cosmic Boy, one of his teammates, died in the explosions set off by the Gamemakers in response to Steve Rogers' speech. Lyle kicked off a public rivalry with Capitol Traitor Carlos, and he and his remaining teammate Brainiac 5 skated into the other Tributes while everyone else was hugging. Lyle died in the second week of the Arena at the hands of Roland Deschain.
Outside the Arena, he was the source of the anonymous complaint that got him and Brainy "banned" from the Lonestar posts.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Lyle would like to maintain his cover identity as "not necessarily a guy we can trust not to throw us under the bus". He's publicly dating Brainiac 5, who's very clearly both an alien and male. His hobbies besides sneaking around and doing science are "being a little shit" and "taking mechanical things apart and stealing bits of them to cobble together Lonestar tech for the other Tributes".

Tricks - Kankri Vantas and Edea Lee

District and/or job: 5, professionally oppressed
Basic personality: Sanctimonious but well-meaning, too wordy for his own good, offended easily by sensitive topics.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:
In the arenas Kankri remains a solid pacifist and is kind of obsessed with it at this point because the Capitol obviously wants him to stop being a twit and start killing people. Aggressively befriends people and shares whatever he has so maybe they'll think he's too cute to kill later.

Out of the arena, he's just lost his hate-boyfriend and the one person from his world that's been brought here in his whole time as a captive, and he's very, very bitter about it. The Vantas rage is rising. Aside from that, he's making a real effort to welcome new Tributes and get them up to date.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd really, really, really like him to get involved with the Rebellion; I've been poking at it a while, but it's been difficult when there isn't an obvious niche for him to fill. People bringing him in would be much appreciated, pls. Also, Kankri is being opened up for bidding, so please let me know if you don't want that mentioned anywhere in my threads with you. I'd trigger warn for it if it came up for some reason anyway, but it's a difficult subject for a lot of people and I want to respect my fellow players' boundaries.

Character: Edea Lee
District and/or job: Peacekeeper! High-ranking, currently the public face of the outfit but not quite in charge.
Basic personality: Headstrong, confident, extremely dutiful while still making sure to have a good time as much as possible. Secretly a traitor who wants to dismantle the Peacekeepers from the inside out. Has an intense sense of right and wrong and basically lives by it all the time forever.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:
She's not in the arenas, obviously, and as she's just been introduced she doesn't have a lot going on yet. Mostly she's appraising the situation and gleaning what she can from as many elements of the Capitol as she can.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: There is so, so much I want to get up to with Edea! I apped her in part because I wanted to give people more room to maneuver with respect to the higher-ups; she's not going to do anything directly for a little while yet, being new and under scrutiny, but if she's confident she won't get caught letting people get away with info and the like then she'll let it go through. I would love for that to turn into her slowly getting enfolded into Rebellion things. IDK, I'm really open to all kinds of things, I just really want to get her out there and doing things and meeting people.

Basic personality: Cheery, bubbly, accident-prone. Idolizes her sister. Why can't we all get along 8(
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In-Arena, Anna was an ~independent woman~, read lots of books, watched her sister die, hung out with Thor, accidentally killed Starkiller, and then was hung by Terezi in the second-to-last week.

Out of arena, she's been taking it easy, making lots of flower crowns, aggressively complimenting Elsa's new haircut, and playing with her new pet Tribbles. Generally, she's pretty active aside from when she just gets out of the Arena, when she's taken to having some me-time and chilling out in her room before going back to exploring, making new friends, and eating. Lots of eating.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would actually love for Anna to get some more negative CR that isn't her ex and his bf. I don't have a ton planned for her besides gently learning about the tribute resistance through the Lonestar post (mostly lurking for Elsa calling Hans out), so let's make a plan!!!

Yatsu -- Belle

Basic personality: Belle's kind, gentle and very understanding girl. She's v. open minded and wants to know everything. Even though she looks very delicate lady she's yearning for adventures and is ready for action, danger or no danger! And while she's polite and patient, she's no pushover and doesn't take bullshit from anyone. o/
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: I failed September very badly so Belle didn't do that much. During the arena she just met few people, accidentally shot Initiate to the leg, patched him up and then killed Bruce in accident--- aaaand then died herself while protecting Initiate!

During the blackout she helped Bruce to place camera-bugs around the Tower. Their mission was successful, yay!

And that's pretty much it. She's dealing with some kind of pts after the arena. She's more withdrawn and shaky than before and seeks more quiet places where she could be alone. Also, she's very angry and holds hatred towards Capitol, which are feelings that she's not quite used to so yeah. Those make her even more uncomfortable within her skin.

Other than that new and old cr are always welcome! Belle is feeling anxious and scared so it'd be good if someone were to help her deal with that and find peace in a way or another? Also, I want her to learn how to fight but right now she's too scared to even enter the training area, as she hasn't completely forgiven herself for her actions during the arena. :/
