Sometimes we want to plot with our fellow players, but are either too shy to approach them, or we just don't get the chance. This is a place to brainstorm, bounce off ideas, and do anything you'd like, plot wise. Its sole purpose is to foster connection between players. These will be posted once a round. So make a friend! Or an enemy!

Character: Tony Stark
District and/or job: District 12
Basic personality: Tony used to be a genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist before he was brought to this world. Now. He's just a genius. He's cocky, self-assured, and has a quick, yet charming wit to him. He probably has more issues than national geographic, but for the most part he does try to hide them.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:

Tony has not had the best 5 and a bit months. Mostly. Though most recently he tried to break Topher out of prison, managed to keep him out for a week before he, Bruce and Topher all ended up in the cooler with a pretty cuff that he can't take off. Once again in the arena he's been made to feel deflated and useless, after all:

He had barely any tools to make any long lasting defensive weaponry.
He touched Bucky (MCU)'s arm without thinking causing Bucky to accidentally shove him where his reactor used to be causing the pair of them to have serious panic attacks.
Had Bruce die in his arms.
Come across Steve's dead body.
Was apart of helping Bucky (MCU) die humanely.
Exploded the third floor roof.
Get crazily drunk.
Died of toxic cement dust.

Outside of the arena though, things got a little more interesting. Like he kissed Steve out of excitement over some news Steve supplied him in a pretty damn public area, so fangirls of Tony and Steve.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Other than potentially getting in with "Lonestar" or breaking out on his own. (Once I figure out how I want to do it so I can take it up with the mods). The only upcoming plot like thing about Tony is his openly hitting on and being affectionate to Steve as a ruse for why they're always going places together that could end up becoming suspicious looking after a while. Tony's got nothing major planned.

So people are welcome to bring up something they want to do with Tony or have Tony's apparent blossoming relationship with Steve brought up have at it my duckies.

Of course, there always needs to be stuff between Tony and Bruce. They can work together on surveillance and randomly come together to exchange notes. They're probably going to see a lot of fucked up stuff, so they should also just go get drunk at some point.

Also, Tony needs to try to go through the airbender gates. And fail.

Eponine

Character: Eponine
District and/or job: District 3
Basic personality: she is childish and selfish and blames other people unfairly. She has a fiery temper and is not afraid to stand up for herself, which often gets her into trouble. But she can be sweet and loving -- and she is extremely loyal to anyone who shows her a bit of love. She craves love.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Eponine has recently lost her real father (whom she hated and whom she killed), her boyfriend (who she didn't love and feels mega guilty over) and her adopted mother (who was Eva and whom Eponine loved more than anybody else). She's alienated her friends and declared her allegiance to the Capitol in a desperate attempt to make them stop killing her people. She's really unhappy, which makes her more vile than ever. She is not really on the Capitol's side, and has sworn to herself that she'll finish what Eva started and bring them down from within. Shame nobody at all trusts her.

In the arena, she yelled at Dave for Orc's death, and was soon after killed by Molotov, who tormented shot her in the hands and the knees and finally in the head (or was it the chest?), before writing 'thief' on her head stringing poor old Eponine's body above the food court.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Anything that might grab someone, or they can get involved with, or pretty much anything that could spark CR that didn't fall into the above.

Eponine wants to bring down the Capitol. She understands that the creature she has become is a result of what the Capitol puts her through so relentlessly, and she's not going to let Eva's death go. The problem is that absolutely nobody beyond Sigma trusts her and even she's figured that she can't do it alone. Basically, I don't know what to do with her. She's trying to change, to become strong and, well, a mini-Eva, I suppose. But she's going to have a lot of hiccoughs along the way.

Whatever it says about Dennett's ability to judge character, he trusts her. Can that be useful somehow to get her in that direction you want to take her?

District and/or job: District Nine gladiator in residence
Basic personality: A pleasure seeker, a drunken cynic. Outwardly pretty arrogant about himself and his abilities in the arena with absolutely zero regard for his own personal safety. Never takes anything seriously, incredibly vulgar, painted as a Hot Barbarian by Capitol media. Weirdly moral and honourable under a thick layer of arrogance and self-abuse.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: I had a busy September so during the Arena he had a handy dose of brain injury that kept him quiet for most of it. Out of the Arena he has a pretty standard routine of drink all night, hang all morning then train all afternoon. It's a good routine. He's pretty loud and overly friendly when he's drunk so feel free to have your character have run in to him and been accosted with a drunken hug and been dragged in to drinking shenanigans.

In more Rebellious notes, he was Eva's blunt instrument during her swan song and kidnapped poor Wallander's daughter and held her hostage to keep him co-operative. Needs must and all that.

Also sorry to everyone in District Nine for all the rousing (read: yelled at the top of his lungs) renditions of 'My Cock Rages On' in the common areas at 2am. Somebody just needs to put him to bed.

Also also he's suffering from headaches a lot and a general sense of confusion. This is probably the alcohol. Probably.

Wanted CR - I would love Gannicus to be a reluctant drunken sensei to a bunch of people and teach weaponless kills/wrestling/Gladiator 101. Also I'm really keen for him to get cosy with the Rebellion because wow Rome never dies does it? Let him tell you about a pal of his called Spartacus.......

Basic personality: An unrelenting, cocky, over the top, hot-headed, all heart, smash-first-think-to-knock-later kinda gal. Sappy protag. No pushover. Goofball. Trying to be wiser??

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Just arrived and almost got into trouble on her first day. She's been lectured since then, brought up to speed on the Many Horrors, and basically hates the Capitol something terrible.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Aiming for her to get her bearings before the next arena hopefully! She's big on responsibility and helping/protecting people when she can (it's kind of her job) so Korra is already invested in putting the games out of business. Or at the very least looking out for what tributes she can. She'll definitely try to be involved with and reach out to the rebellion once learns more about it. Other than that, she'll be attending Zuko and Aang's fighting classes most days and offer to help with practice!

CR with tributes she'd want to look out for, people she might want to punch out, or gosh anything would be way cool! Korra's not sure who she should be trusting just yet but she'll get there.

Also, I feel like she and Punchy could be pretty good friends? They're similarly over-the-top and all-heart, but he's been here a while so he's lost some of his spark but has some wisdom to impart, and she could probably kickstart that optimism he's had but that has been quashed?

District and/or job: D6 Tribute
Basic personality: Survivor kid. Practical, determined, stubborn, pro-active, brave but with a mischievous and compassionate side to her that the zombies couldn't keep down.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Clem won the mini-ship arena and was cheated out of being a victor because the Capitol are douches. Then they never sent her her special sponsor gift either. She also helped with the jailbreak by carrying messages but while caught got away with just a cuff on the wrist and her assets frozen.

In the last arena:
- Clem was with Mindy and ChibiUsa, hiding out together in the comic book store
- Was injured in the food court blast orchestrated by Black Tom and saved by Clara
- Was killed when Pruna kicked her into the escalator gears so she could save herself and Sandy from the roomba horde

Since waking back up in the Capitol the notable thing Clem did was help Dave paint the the town in graffiti during the blackout, those pictures of a smelly President Snow were all her. In general outside the arena's she spends her time trying to train and spending time with friends, she and Loki got Dave a talking bird.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Clementine is looking to help with the rebellion in any way she can/is allowed or not necessarily allowed, she's sick of what these people do and wants to fight back.

Otherwise I know we have a D6 slumber party for the girls planned which will get gatecrashed by not girls, then it's Clementine's birthday on the 14th. She won't have gone shouting it out but if a character would like to have learned it at some point I'm good for that.

Character: Pruna

District and/or job: District 12's assassin brat

Basic personality: Stone cold killer and adorable ice cream eating child all in one. She is a killer, she trusts rarely but is proving herself fiercely loyal to those who earn it. She is currently very messed up and confused.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: After a period of being dropped she came back canon updated, she had barely been back a few days when Sandy was arrested, she took part in prison break, got Sandy out for three days then was arrested and tortured but not branded. Notably in the arena she killed Natasha, betrayed Clementine, killing her. Tortured and killed Albert and finally killed and was killed by Roland.

Back in the Capitol she has laid pretty low, she's only involved in rebellion stuff through Sandy and the Initiate. But hopefully will be getting more into it.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would very much like more CR, since a lot of her established CR is gone or gone to district 13. I am very much happy to negative CR so any people wanting revenge are welcome. And I am always on the lookout for sensible (or not so sensible) adults to guide her (or misguide her).

Hi friend! These two share a district and had some cute CR going before she disappeared; I'd very much enjoy keeping that up, since Signless is one of the people that's still around that she's known for a while (and he's now also doing rebellion stuff with Initiate).

Character: Aang
District and/or job: D4
Basic personality: Aang is a kid (regardless of what he says) who happens to be a very cheerful, very outgoing, and very playful person. Even when he takes things seriously, he always tries to find ways to have fun in between badness, because that's how he maintains his sanity and that's how he tries to help others to as well. The issue is that there's a lot of crap in his canon that he has to struggle to get over now that he doesn't have nearly the support network that he had there, and that makes him that much more eager to make friends.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the arena, Aang attempted to blow up the arena with Tony. In the process, he just collapsed the third floor, but it was worth a shot. He also got to sit with two dying friends, so that sucked. Normally, he just zips around like a tiny spider monkey and tries to entertain himself while staying out of the way of potential attackers.

But since they're in the Capitol, at the moment, he can be found exploring a lot. Or bugging people to explain modern technology to him. Or doing katas and strength training, since his friends would kill him if he got out of practice. He can also be found regularly meditating in his room.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Right now, he's coping with the fact that this isn't his world and these aren't the rules he's used to working under. The Avatar means nothing, bending means nothing, and for some reason, everyone is worried about how old he is. (Not a lot of people do that back home except to underestimate him before getting their asses kicked.)

He is responding to all this by being extra playful and teaching other people how to evade attack like an airbender. Tipple and I will probably be putting up a log for that soon.

He is also actively seeking ways to help the rebellion, and really doesn't appreciate this preoccupation with his age and keeping him safe. This may make him moody and push people away when he feels too suffocated, because he's never had to deal with parents or significant restriction to his freedom. If he's not allowed to help the greater rebellion, he will start taking matters into his own hands.

Dee - Wyatt, Wesker

Character: Wyatt Earp
District and/or job: Former tribute/10 Mentor, now in 13
Basic personality: Good guy's good guy. Typically pretty mellow and affable, unless you come after/hurt those he considers his family. He will cut a bitch without hesitation for that.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:Oookay. He got swept up in the Penny madness, along with Venus, via Maximus (Maximus was arrested and Wyatt tried to bust him out) and was tortured and branded, and forced to watch his friend and lover be branded and tortured.

After getting out, he spent the arena unable to help anyone in the arena because the Capitol froze all their accounts. Then during the blackout, he and Maximus were among those that escaped to 13.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: ...Nooothing, really at the moment. He's pretty restricted in 13 right now. But he'll be available during Lonestar posts (he is on the latest one), and in the 13 posts when they begin.

He will have some rebellious secrets he'll be passing along if anyone's interested in that.





Character: Albert Wesker
District and/or job: Former tribute/11 Mentor, Peacekeeper
Basic personality: Wesker's pretty much your textbook Machiavellian type. He's a dick, more often than not, and is always playing cards close to his chest. He's clearly got plans, but what they are are his and his alone.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He secretly facilitated the jailbreaks during the Penny plot by passing along information about the prison and its security to Lonestar. He came away from the fiasco that followed without suspicion by the Capitol, so he remains among the Peacekeeper fold. A good thing, as during Eva's blackout he was able to hack into some secret databases in Peacekeeper Headquarters and come away with some prime information. Which he will, again, be passing along secretly to Lonestar. (Secretly, to other tributes. Obviously, Lonestar knows who he is.)
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: My plan is for Wesker to keep up his double-agent work for as long as possible, feeding anything of import he gets to the tributes.

Other than that, I don't have anything specific specific at the moment.

Character: Brock Samson
District and/or job: District 8
Basic personality:
Brock is kind of an asshole in his mannerisms but he is maybe the most honest person you will ever meet. He has no patience for bullshit and is very good at murder, but he's also an unfailingly good person, concerned with loyalty and friendship, and has an almost pathological need to protect.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:
Lol he hasn't done an arena yet, I am new. Generally speaking though, Brock has little issue with killing adult men, so he would be doing that thing in arenas and trying to avoid dying because that's embarrassing. Outside the arena, he's new... so he's just getting settled (eg. drinking a lot to cope. He is sobering up now tho). As of Lonestar's most recent post and an encounter with Eponine, he's pretty sure the Capitol is trash, so he's looking for an in on the rebel side of things.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character:
First and foremost, makes grabby hands at rebellion. Secondly, Brock sleeps around like it is a hobby, so if this is any interest to you (he's straight ftr) then let me know whoaaaaa. Tribute, Capitolite, native -- he does not care, he is that kind of guy.

Thirdly, like roughly 80% of the game apparently, kids! Let Brock mentor your kids or idk just get all avuncular at them. He's pretty good at that.

He is also seeking intel on Lonestar's post here (anon, naturally) if anyone else would like to weigh in on hot button issues like surveillance trackers and if Cyrus is a shitbag or not.

Basic personality: He's clever and a bit underhanded, but he's also good at concealing it. Oh, and he's not trustworthy since he's pretty in-it-for-himself... but right now since he's personally pro-rebellion, that'd mean his desires coincide with a lot of other people's!
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:
- He stumbled into the rebellion by voicing his opinion on the jailbreak
- Got into a fake relationship with Dave
- Killed Eridan and Kankri in the Arena
- Actually sort of made friends (what!!!)
- Bought a talking bird for Dave with Clem...no, really

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character:
While he is pro-rebellion, Loki is also looking out for himself. He is trying to maintain appearances, so no openly anti-Capitol stuff. He'll secretly conspire, though!

A lot of what he does IS going to be about keeping up appearances with both his "relationship" and understanding and playing the game. The game is what he's good at.

I like ALL sorts of CR for Loki, friends, enemies, frenimies...or people he can randomly sass others with.

I REALLY like people calling him out on his shit, too...because, well...he is Loki.

Character: The Initiate (Young GHB / The Alternian Kurloz Makara)
District and/or job: District 5 tribute
Basic personality: Once a prideful, paranoid, awful murderbratt bent on becoming (successfully in his future) one of the most feared tyrannical monsters of his world, the Initiate's spent the past year+ getting over abandonment issues, gaining humility and regret, discovering where murder isn't fun, finding new points of views on rebels, and becoming a rebel leader himself. He's gone from painfully good to horrifically bad to not having a clue what he's doing so far in his lifetime, and since his most recent avoxing has started breaking down the persona to be a little more like he used to be originally before he went through the Alternian grinder-- or both things. He's loyal, determined, artistic, passionate, and whip-lashes between caring too much and not giving a damn. He's still paranoid but will never lose his faith in his religion.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Recently, Initiate was avoxed (in a rush job) and then thrown in arena. One or two people took advantage of his new found subservience but mostly everyone just wanted to help him. Which was strange, for him. The avox conditioning directly battered against the societal conditioning he went through on his homeworld and both things sort of broke each other down until he was left with something close to what he used to be once upon a time. Of course, this has still left him with a minor identity crisis, but he's working on it. He's in full rebellion mode now and (I'd say) has near well successfully completed a redemption arc crash course and is readying for the final exam. Since the drama of a jailbreak and runaway to save people, many thinking he was dead, and his own avoxing, the Initiate and those he's with are taking advantage of their second chance and he's been getting real cozy with all his quadrants, with many revelations sure to come.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Initiate's trying to lead a rebel posse. I'm hoping for at least three attempts at full rebellion but the actual plots are up in the air because I still have to figure things out! Until then is a lot of information and ally gathering.

Before the arena comes, he's almost certainly settling into at least three of four quadrants, with an eye on some for the other. He is romantically set, nauseatingly so. He'll also be trying to settle in with his friends, especially now that he's not afraid being affectionate will be the end of the world.

And finally, after the arena, it is very likely I will be getting him avoxed again. Making it stick this time. The actual details (and how it will be feasible) are up in the air, but it's the direction I'm absolutely sure he's headed. Ideally, he'll be a proper servant for a while and then maybe he'll be rescued into D13. Will things actually happen like that? Who knows! But that's the plan and it means if people want to get the CR in with him, the time is now.

Character: Dr. Sigma Klim
District: 10
Basic personality: Internally, Sigma is fatherly in the distant but supportive way, awkward, and a bleeding heart. Externally, Sigma is a cold academic, and pretends he doesn't identify with the people around him unless they are extremely close.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Sigma lost his limbs in the Arena and went a little off the rails. He basically went "fuck everything" and allowed Homura to blow him up with a grenade. He's also been killing people, now, children included. In the Capitol, he's putting on a 'horrible bastard' act, and will make an Anti-Rebel PSA (Capitol Secrets included!) once I come off Hiatus. He really was a Gamemaker in his home world, but he did genuinely believe he was helping people: here, he's playing it up as if he's cold through and through and enjoyed killing people.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm really looking for more characters Sigma can form a close friendship with! He doesn't have a lot of friends, obviously, so I'm looking for characters that might be able to put his Evil Bastard act aside (or get close to him in spite of it), if even possible. A fake friendship would be kickass, too. And considering he's been amping up his pro-Capitol face for five months now, I also want Sigma to actually do something for the Rebellion, but seeing as he's more interested in preventing tragedy than actually doing something I may have to be patient and wait for the war to start. Since Sigma is a Doctor of Artificial Intelligence, I was throwing around the idea of him programming an AI that can spill information he inputs into it to certain Rebels anonymously so he doesn't have to blow his cover. No one will know the AI was made by him because he wants the Tributes to think he's a horrible bastard, as well, after all - it backs up his act! But I'm just throwing things around and seeing what sticks, that may not even be possible. So, got anything for me?

Character: Bucky Barnes (Marvel Earth-616)
District: 7
Basic personality: Well-intentioned but emotionally unstable superhero with a penchant for bad jokes to cover up his troubles and a history of violence.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He mostly laid low last Arena after Natasha--fairly well-known to be his girlfriend at this point--died, only to eventually be killed by Black Tom while trying to turn off the alarm during the mysterious car crash. After that, it's kind of a mystery what happened with him! (Mostly because I've been really busy with life and my other RPs and sort of fell out of this game for a bit. I'm planning on picking up now.) What actually happened, however, was that he used the blackout as an excuse to track down and assassinate an NPC Gamemaker, only to be captured by the Capitol afterwards and tortured and brainwashed (he doesn't have the best of luck with this). He is now investigating the rebellion looking for a chance to infiltrate it and disrupt it from within as the tool of the Capitol he now is.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm looking for people involved with the rebellion who want to have something disastrous happen when Bucky (currently essentially the Winter Soldier redux) reveals his current allegiances in a big way--as well as people who might help his friends try to work to undo the brainwashing after it's discovered.

Otherwise in general interaction between these two always. Sadly for brainwashed 616's purposes the general consensus has been don't give MCU sensitive information already, lmao. He just knows D13 and the rebellion exists.

Character: Black Tom Cassidy
District and/or job: 10
Basic personality: Complete bastard, cartoonish 1970's comic book villain. He's snobby, self-absorbed, petty and unashamed of his moral bankruptcy. That said, he's actually pleasant enough as an acquaintance in the Capitol. He's just super untrustworthy.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the Capitol: In the Arena, Tom placed third after committing several acts of heinous violence (dead kids were involved) and doing a villainous monologue while torturing a pet Roomba. He's been blocked from the Lonestar posts because he's a colossal asshat. Now he mostly tries to passive-aggressively antagonize his roommates and does some gardening.

Also he's hooking up with Molotov Cocktease and they sit around feeling superior to everyone.

Basic personality: Nill is an extremely sweet girl that has had a lot of horrible life experiences. She's quick to love people but slow to trust them unless they say pretty much the exact right thing, and then she's loyal to them forever.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Nill just showed up in the Capitol after dying along with her boyfriend. Understandably, she's spent a lot of her time since then training, quietly considering what a rebellion around here would take and if she'd be able to contribute, and... crying. Also making friends sometimes. She hasn't been in an Arena yet, but for her first one she's probably gonna spend as much time as possible actively avoiding people. If she runs into someone that seems hurt though, she'll probably try to help. She doesn't hold any real illusions about actually surviving the Arena. If avoiding people doesn't get her killed by the Gamemakers, then trying to help people probably will.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I don't have any specific plans for Nill right now. She hasnt gotten very well established in game yet, but I absolutely want her involved with rebellion stuff. She's been dealing with people like the Capitol on and off for most of her life, and now that she kind of knows how to deal with them, she absolutely wants to try to put a stop to it. But she also needs to find people she can actually trust pretty desperately. She's not in the best place on her own right now, even if she is doing a good job of keeping herself busy.

Basic personality: NEEEEEEEEERRRRD
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He's been slapped, stabbed, attacked by rats, stabbed, stabbed again, and also shot. Almost all by women. In short, his life is terrible. Out of the arena, he's mostly been moping. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THAT.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He is a doctor, and pretty spiffy with technology (exhibit A: Alex Murphy). He needs someone to bring him out of his shell. I am up for crazy shenanigans that need a straight man, or maybe even what some friends?
And I'd kind of love to have him run into one of the people who killed him in the arenas again now.

Basic personality: Gary comes in two basic outward forms: aggressively friendly or sarcastic, depending on what the group he's currently with asks of him. He more consistently pokes his nose in everyone's business and is really loud about it. Loves large social gatherings and climbing on things. Is also kind of an idiot.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Gary's just arrived! He's been doing a lot of adventuring around the Capitol, including menacing Peacekeepers--which means he's a little more wary of them, but not really anything else. He's just a touch starstruck about this whole "being a celebrity" business and has been systematically trying to convince himself that none of this is permanent, horrible, or even actually real. I imagine this will change come next Arena.

In the meanwhile, tribbles! Gary will take a couple back to the District 11 commons and will not restrain them, at all. Will probably do some kind of open post soon-ish for tribble terrorizing and also general adventuring.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I kind of had a rough end to last week thanks to school, but I'm getting back in the RP saddle, so to speak, and trying to tag Gary out to a reasonable amount of people. Cross-district (this is a thing? I think it's a thing) CR is especially nice! Anything is good, really--just trying to branch out as much as possible so that I have a sense of where Gary sits in the whole scheme of things, which will make future plotting a lot easier.

Character: Brainiac 5
District and/or job: District 8 Tribute
Basic personality: Externally: Pretending to be a selfish dick and a supervillain for the moment to distance himself from his heroing and hacking shenanigans. Prickly, arrogant, sometimes says something insightful or interesting or thoughtful only to ruin it moment's later with an insult. Seems dead set on pushing people away but acts slightly warm towards those he tries to look after in his weird little way. Seems like he actively tries to make enemies, also kinda tryhard on the villain thing.

Internally: Compassionate, daring, selfless, still arrogant, hugely idealistic in the way someone is when they've faced absolute despair and loss and bounced back, is quietly heroing this shit up in secret and thinks that he'll probably die doing it. Right now he's been hacking the Capitol on occasion to communicate with the Tributes under the name Lonestar, taking on the guise of an anonymous Capitol citizen that's trying to help the Tributes as his way of fighting back against the Capitol, implying that he lost a family member to them somehow (possibly via avoxing). This is just a front, obviously, so they don't look for him within the pool of Tributes if they ever find out what he's up to.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Outside the arena, Brainy provided some tech for the prison break and accidentally released killer squirrel/piranga things on the capitol doing it. Has been trying to step up his hero game with the Lonestar stuff and helping with tech. Periodically pulls shots from a drone he sent off in secret to supply the Tributes with aerial shots of the Capitol, and is working together with the Capitol hacker under his Lonestar persona to occasionally provide posts locked from the Capitol eye's that allows for Tributes to talk to each other privately and with heavy encryption.

In the arena, he had a rough time with Lyle's death and his response was to actually act a little too kind and heroic to help a few people. As a result he'll be looking for ways to appear more nasty again.

Also he got killed by Cap right before he was about to knock out Bucky making it look like he'd been prevented from killing him.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: The Lonestarring has been going strong and mostly that's just a support thing, so people can use it to plan their own plots but I'd like to have him team up with some other hackers for hacker shenanigans and co-science with some of the other scientists.

In person, I'd like him to piss more people off and make more enemies as well as have to dance around people who are starting to suspect there's more than meets the eye with him. I'd also like to have him develop weird almost-positive relationships with people.

Basic personality: Flirtatious, gregarious, amnesiac dingdong who's actually smarter and more sensible than he acts. Wants to be the Man Your Man Could Smell Like but is closer to the Pepe Le Pew end of that spectrum. Comes straight from a JRPG and has some... interesting expectations of how things work because of this.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Ringabel hasn't been in any arenas yet! Mostly he's just been roaming around the Capitol looking for the item shop (need to make sure he's got some phoenix down on hand if he's going into a death game) and making pleasant conversation or flirting with (if they're ladies) everyone he meets. Oh, also he lost all his memories less than a week before coming to Panem.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love Ringabel to find people who can actually stand him for more than five minutes at a time but I understand this may be difficult.

District and/or job: Sponsor and scientist.
Basic personality: Pretentious dick, overly fond of pigs, wants to kill every single person on Earth. Somewhat psychotic.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He used to stay out of things, but his young sons were causalities in the recent riots and so now he's spreading his unhingedness all over town. He spends his days menacingly eating pork, mutilating and murdering political prisoners, and making blueprints for a mysterious Machine.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He's super new, so I'm basically interested in everything. Enemies, frenemies, people he will eventually enjoy with a nice chianti and some fava beans. You know, normal stuff.

Basic personality: Generally cranky, sarcastic, and difficult to get along with unless your character is the type to recognize and roll with that. He's not all bad-- just a bit more on the defensive than normal, because where the fuck is he right :(
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Mostly he's just been roaming about, trying to get an idea of what to expect re: the Arena. He's connected with one sibling, but has no clue where to find the other. Hasn't been in the Arena yet.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Plotwise, I can't say I have anything specific in mind as of yet. I'm still kind of new and scared of everyone ahaha. Obviously I'd love some CR with folks who'd bounce off well with a character like this, though you never really know who will click til you try, yeah? :3

Character: Garrus Vakarian
District and/or job: D8
Basic personality: Garrus is really an asshole. Downright loyal to those who have earned his trust, and has no problem making a bad joke about just about anything. He'll offer a hand to people he can see are trying or are there to help his cause, but he will shut anyone down if he finds that the argument is going nowhere.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Before the arena he tried to break Thane out with Shepard's help, although he was caught and had the crap beaten out of him for it and jailed after. He managed to get a fancy traitor bracelet out of it. In the arena, Garrus mostly hid out and helped plot the Normandy kill-plot in the last arena but died of starvation before he could help them execute the plans. Back in the Capitol he's been keeping to himself and drafting plans based on the blind spots he's found. He's also been down in the training area more often for lack of anything better to do.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Garrus is a rebel at heart, he is getting involved thanks to Shepard in the D13 stuff, and he's a damn good military trained fighter to have on your side. Also a really damn good shot. If someone wants lessons on how to defend themselves, he'd be your guy. I'm game for any CR, come hang out with the snarky space raptor.
