PLAYER PLOT POST

Sometimes we want to plot with our fellow players, but are either too shy to approach them, or we just don't get the chance. This is a place to brainstorm, bounce off ideas, and do anything you'd like, plot wise. Its sole purpose is to foster connection between players. These will be posted once a round. So make a friend! Or an enemy!

As with the HMD, please make sure if you use this post you use it both ways and reply to at least 3 other people.

ALL RIGHT so my not so secret dream is to have the Capitol find out Cecil is alive in District 13 and for that to cause trouble for Carlos. What kind of trouble that is, I'm flexible about, but I'd love to see at least the threat of Carlos-being-used-against-Cecil.

If the Capitol finding out about Tributes being smuggled to 13 throws a wrench into plans, I'm totally willing to shelve this. But let's be real, Carlos is the Peeta here, especially if Cecil winds up doing any kind of pirate transmission thing, and I'm willing to let the Capitol get its hands on him.

ok. Hrm. It is sorta brain breaky to have that revealed just yet (but eventually we will need another option anyway) but let me ponder on this and talk to the other mods, and see what we can do.

OH FANTASTIC okay wonderful I'm thrilled and I can't wait to see what you guys come up with! If you want to wait a little later to plot out what would happen to Carlos, I understand, but whenever you want to talk out what would happen to Carlos, I'm available here/over PM/over plurk -- hell, you guys know how to reach me.

Hello, mods! I hope this is the right place for this. I came up with an idea to have Sigma become a bit more involved with the Rebels, since right now he's banned from Lonestar's network and too outwardly pro-Capitol to be trusted by most. I'm gonna need some clearance for it first, though.

As detailed in his app, Sigma is an Artificial Intelligence and computer programmer, and has spent the past few decades of his life making several AI, even creating an AI to run his own Death Game. Sigma is currently banned from Lonestar's private network for being pro-Capitol, but Sigma instructed the Tributes that do know of his allegiances not to say a word. So what I was thinking is Sigma could spend the next few months programming (in blind spots he'll learn from Homura) an AI into the network and wait for Lonestar to find it (I ran this by Tipple first), and use that to talk to Rebels on Lonestar's private network in Sigma's stead. The AI would only be used as a go-between between Sigma and the Rebels, and would not be able to spy on anyone or anything, or communicate to anyone other than Sigma and Lonestar outside of it. Lonestar's post communication would be its only purpose. This is basically to keep Sigma appearing pro-Capitol to as many people as possible and preserve his anonymity. It would also not be so advanced as to be sentient, but could carry out a conversation on its own. Would something like this be possible? If not, is there anything I could do to make it more feasible? I feel like something like this could be handy for Sigma to use to communicate some of the secrets he learns in the future. I will also completely understand if it's not possible, of course. Thought I'd just see if it might work! :)

I still need to have Sigma publicly release the Capitol secrets he was given (which I will do once I get off Hiatus next Friday, I am truly sorry about the delay), and later on down the line I'll get in touch about doing more plot things. I hope it's still okay that Sigma works towards a semi mole-like position.
