As detailed here, there is a wish to ICly blow up the Tribute Tower. Those in favor of this, vote yes! Those who wish for the tower to stay for whatever reason (nostalgia, memorial, etc), vote no. All votes will be screened, results will be announced at a later point.

The illness strikes again! For a full five minutes, the "illness" strikes all offworlders and everyone else previously affected by this sickness, no matter where they are. It doesn't fade so quickly this time...

That's right this upcoming plot is one for the entire game, or at least all the offworlders (which makes up the majority). You will receive more information of it with its posting, but it's with this plot that the mystery of offworlder illness will be solved once and for all.

It will start with a rebel investigation. Capitol offworlders will be coming in later. You should all be seeing this next week. Hold on to your hats everyone!

With the nearing of the final battle comes the final surprises. One surprise is something that you, the players, can affect! We're inviting back the Tributes of the past for one last show.

Unlike in the Once Upon A Dream 4th wall, all visitors will be very much real, and unlike it's 4th wall ancestor Thicker Than Blood, these characters will be engaged in the fighting and will be doing so for the Capitol. To learn a bit about what that could entail, see here.

As for how they'll be serving the Capitol and arriving... that will be kept a secret between you players who sign up and the mods, at least for a little while. For this reason, comments will be screened until looked over.

Please note that exceptions to this rule will be:
-Those originally in 13 who were sent out to do work in the Districts will remain on 13’s side.
-Those who were killed in the Capitol will likely need a case made for them (particularly Panem Natives) and will remain pending until mod approval is received.

Characters who sign up will need to do so by May 16th so they can be added into the Final Battle Death Rolls. These characters may be killed, injured, and "captured" by 13 according to how the rolls go.

Your character does not necessarily have to be a Tribute to come back. They may have been a mentor, a petitioned-out Tribute, a guest in previous 4th walls, or someone new!

District Thirteen’s takeover had a 85% success rate! This counts as a surmounting win for the uprising! Congratulations! Evangeline Webb is the new president of District 13 (see Lysoke if you wish to have NPC threads). She will work closely in part with the offworlders. Meanwhile, all those held captive will be freed!

The main battle met 20 comments within the allotted time! Congratulations! With both this and the ingenuity of some of the ideas in said battle, this portion of the uprising has been assigned full marks. That's 25%! The speeches and confrontations have not yet reached completion however. Rather than docking points, the District breakout and, subsequently, the last Propo pieces, will be temporarily postponed to allow those involved with those pieces to catch up. Remember, the quicker and more complete the thread, the higher the points going toward District 13's approval and willingness to work with the offworlders! This extension will last no more than a week.
