War is taxing on the mind, body, and world around. But with the resources and hard work, you can save a life, a District, or at the very least pass a letter and gather up a nice dinner. But mind, there are some things you just can't do alone...

Gamemaker Notes//Out Of Character.

Those heading to District 13 no longer have fear of imprisonment. Those in the Capitol may be facing severe punishment should the Capitol lose, but there is a sense of their being (or at least the hope of) a back-up plan.

Further reminder that all characters are granted powers back on District Liberations.

This is the last District roll and the results of this will decide the war. If your character is still in the Capitol but are pro-rebellion, they will get their chance in June's Final Battle, so fear not! May will be dedicated to an entirely different plot of non-combative variety. Hold onto your hats, everyone!

After a literally tortuous Capitol captivity, Altair will be appearing on The Last Stop mission in D2, dying, and waking up in Thirteen. Most likely he will be among the Capitol soldiers guarding the train to start. I haven't figured out how he'll die. Maybe he tried to help out rebels and got caught, maybe a rebel thought he was an enemy (understandable, given the uniform), maybe there was a convenient explosion.

Jeremy's going to District 2! He's signed up for the Last Stop mission and is scheduled for imminent death, the poor thing. While he's a skilled archer and relatively decent with a knife in close combat, he's not the best fighter in a panicky situation - like speeding trains heavily occupied by Capitol forces. But bonus, powers are active, so Jeremy has mind control that he's reluctant to use unless desperate.

So, obviously, I'd like for him to be that desperate :D Ideally it'd be great if Jeremy could be teamed up with someone to take out Capitol soldiers, get fatally wounded in some way, and then use his mind control abilities to steer enemy soldiers away in order for his teammate to get to safety. But I'm also open to other suggestions too, hit me up with anything you got!

Is your character a non-soldier looking to take on a role in battle, becoming part of the shuffle again, or vice-versa? Did your Capitol Allied character get rolled with a "Safe ✘" and you want that to become a proper "Recovery/Seize"? Perhaps your character wasn't rolled for death (or received an "Injury ✘" if a Panem Native) and you want them to die anyway.

If your character has been on the same side (Capitol or Rebellion) for two consecutive Liberations, as a player you can apply on the next Liberation post to have your character switched during that Liberation with the following criteria:

1. Provide links to two threads, one in each of the two most recent previous Liberations, with at least 3 comments from your character each to prove that character had been active on the side they were initially shuffled to.

2. An expenditure of 400 Credits

(Mods reserve the right to refuse a character transfer from one side to the other.)
