So hello!

This is on of the NPCs on the list to be purged out, however, she leaves us a bit of an issue.

She is the owner of the Speak Easy. And given that locations use in game, we feel that having her disappear would not really be the best idea, because at least if we were rebels, that would be less than reassuring.

So right now we would like to offer up one of three options:

Someone could app her. You could have this account, and I can go over the scant details of her life (which are pretty much "This is a person NPCed by Grace Jones.")

OR

Someone can app a pro-rebellion Capitol person that is her buddy that she can pass the club off to.

OR

We are going to leave her as an inactive but still present NPC.
