This arena is open to all Tributes! It will be a time-sensitive arena set on a sinking ship. In character it'll last for a day, in game it'll have about a week to be played out. This will being going up in about a week and a half to two weeks (depending on how Kevin's crowning is going).

We will have an IC reason for Tributes not participating when we see who signs up.

Again we are going to have multiple winners, but this time winning will involve a different prize than being a Victor, something your characters will not know IC.

Participation in this plot precludes participation in the upcoming Penny assassination attempt plot.
