MANDATORY POST
Last round we asked you to post if your characters that had done pro-rebellion things. This time we want you to all your characters. This is not set in stone, we just want your character current feelings, and you can change it next round if they have changed. Just be sure to let us know.
So please post each character:
Name:
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Even if they don't know there is a Rebellion, currently, what is their internal feelings on the whole situation?
Is this a change from last round? Why? Has something swayed them one way or another? What was it?
What do they present, and how? Both sides are watching. What are they seeing? Does your character play the Games rules, whether they agree or not? Do they rebel in large ways? In small ways?
Please reply by Sunday, if possible.

Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion, though he doesn't know about it except from the lockdown.
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? He comes off as being pretty Anti-Capitol but that's about it. Mostly, he's just grumpy about the whole thing and makes snarky comments
Name: Atticus Bell
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? neutral leaning toward Pro-Rebellion, though he doesn't know about it either except from the lockdown
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? fairly pro-Capitol
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-rebellion, because he's not happy about being dragged there.
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? He'll play the game trying to figure out how to keep as many people safe as possible.
no subject
Morally, are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? No.. She has always been firmly Pro-Rebellon, and only grows more so.
What do they present, and how? Pleasant neutrality. She tends to keep her opinions to herself, though often wears a Mockingjay pin somewhere on her person when she goes out to events. If anything, her ire towards various events could be interpreted either as anti-Capitol or as simple ire towards situations.
Name: Draco Malfoy (
Morally, are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral.
Is this a change from last round? Why? No. Draco is largely unaware of the Rebellion, and though he supports bits of it, logically speaking, he hasn't put much thought into whether or not he'd get himself involved.
What do they present, and how? He tends to speak his mind on things, but generally appears to be nothing more than a loud-mouthed teenager who doesn't know much about things. Curious though he is, he doesn't tend to stick his nose too far into the Rebellion, and he doesn't support the Capitol unless they're treating him well. His loyalties are easily bought, and extremely transient.

Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion, though he doesn't know they exist yet.
Is this a change from last round? Why? No. He wasn't here.
What do they present, and how? A little sullen unhappiness at being here for the moment, though that may be expected from recent arrivals. He's not happy about it, but he may be forced to participate despite himself.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Hahaha pro-Rebellion all the way.
Is this a change from last round? Why? Has not changed. If anything, Don has become even more distrustful of the Capitol due to personal plots.
What do they present, and how? He plays by the rules, but he is still in a secret long-term alliance with Eliot in helping weaker/younger tributes out of the Games. Hence, rebelling in a more subtle way since he's now died twice while his female companion has won the Games - though it could just as easily also be he has a soft spot for cute girls and bad luck when he decides to help them.
Not that this affects his kill count much.Name Usagi "Chibi-Usa" Tsukino, girl of many names
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? She is pro-Rebellion. She doesn't know for sure there's a rebellion, but she knows a corrupt system when she sees one.
Is this a change from last round? Why? Nope, because she was not here last round. :D
What do they present, and how? She is a cute girl who is tiny and adorable with death powers from the moon. She's definitely been unhappy about being here against her will.

Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion?: He's fairly neutral right now, but if pushed or given adequate incentive to pick a side, he'd likely pick pro-Capitol. He'd feel he has more to gain from it.
Is this a change from last round?: Not really, no.
Why?: Nothing has happened to incite him to change his position.
What do they present, and how?: Grey plays the games and enjoys them and it's no secret. They truly are just that to him. Games. He averages two to three kills an arena.
Name: Adel-Makim-Zalur
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion?: Adel finds the whole thing barbaric and cruel. She would definitely side with the Rebellion if she knew it existed. She's desperate for a way to fight back and, hopefully, find her way back home.
Is this a change from last round?: This is her first round.
Why?: N/A.
What do they present, and how?: In her first arena, Adel mostly just paired up with two pacifist tributes and tried to survive. She wasn't against killing to win, but only because she wanted to go home. And actually putting that into play was another story. It's easy to say you'll kill, and another thing to actually be face to face with someone you need to kill. She ended up dying while fighting in self-defense.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? No
What do they present, and how? Anna obviously disagrees with the idea of killing people in the Arena, but that can easily be interpreted as her previous occupation as an "upholder of the law" requiring her to adjust to a new set of rules. Her opinions stay between herself and occasionally Eliot, hidden behind language barriers and cryptic double-talk. To the public she appears neutral, seeing as she hardly takes advantage of the lavish Capitol lifestyle and she doesn't cause any problems with the politicians
yet, mainly focusing on her training and not making much of a splash at all.no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-rebellion. Fuck the police~!
Is this a change from last round? Why? He's progressively becoming more and more pro-rebellion as he finds more friends. Right now, he's doing some personal research on the Capitol's force-fields, you know... in case that comes in handy Yay! \o/
What do they present, and how? Tony likes to try and keep off the "powers that be" radar as much as possible but he's never really been shy about admitting his dislike of his situation, but he plays along, and for the crowds. I'd say he presents himself as neutral, for the most part.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral. Until a side makes an appeal to him, he's on his own side and depending on the way he's presented with information, he could wind up either way.
Is this a change from last round? Why? -
What do they present, and how? Gabriel goes along with a lot of the rules, but mostly out of convenience or necessity. He doesn't hide that some of them piss him off and that he doesn't appreciate being brought here. He does take little acts of rebellion where he can.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? Disgruntled but obedient to the Capitol. Eva doesn't act like a sycophant, but she comes across as someone who's accepted her lot in the Capitol and supports the Capitol even when it fundamentally clashes with her personal beliefs.
Name: Howard Bassem
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion?
Neutral
Is this a change from last round? Why? No
What do they present, and how? Very self-interested and going to go with whatever works for him. No evident allegiance.
Name: Javert
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Undecided
Is this a change from last round? Why? n/a
What do they present, and how? Currently he's going along with the Capitol because they seem to have the interest of the people in mind, but really he just wants to get back to his home timeline. He's too new for people to tell, probably.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? Nope, he's always been pro-Rebellion. Even before he knew what it was :B
What do they present, and how? Riddick presents as neutral leaning pro-rebellion, if just in that he really doesn't play along with the Capitol game aside from spending their money. He doesn't give away that he KNOWS anything about the rebellion, though, just that he's an asshole who doesn't like to be bossed around :B
Name: Neeshka
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pretty pro-capitol
Is this a change from last round? Why? Not really, nope. She'd like to go home, sure, but if that's not possible, this is all very do-able to her.
What do they present, and how? She presents fairly pro-captiol, though she does get into a temper over things sometimes.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? Copycat actually appears to be Pro-Capitol with her first arena's kill count at an impressive six kills, and she intends to take full advantage of the luxuries afforded her. She's pleased to not be struggling for her meals and accomodations, but she's not going to go so far as to get involved in the war, as she feels it's none of her business.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? strongly Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? nope
What do they present, and how? He presents as if he's playing by the rules and mostly oblivious in public. However he also does a lot of subtext and dual meanings. If someone is listening closely, they cab pick up that he's not happy with the Capitol and wants to change things.
Name: Kevin Prentiss
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? neutral with slight Pro-Rebellion leanings
Is this a change from last round? Why? not really
What do they present, and how? He presents as a fairly normal, clueless teenager. While he sulks a lot, especially when he thinks no one is paying attention to him, he doesn't act like he's really aware of or willing to participate in any conflict between the Capitol and anyone else.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral to Pro-Capitol
Is this a change from last round? Why? Nope. Self serving as always.
What do they present, and how? Lindsey plays by the rules, made a few kills. He's enjoying the Capitol life so far, aside from the killing thing bit, but hey, it's made up to him with the times that he's not in the games.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral. Although he'd probably eventually lean toward pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? He presents a seemingly slow, shuffling young man who seems to be having trouble grasping the whole concept of the Hunger Games. He wouldn't present himself as for the Capitol or the Rebellion.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Morally pro-rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? No change
What do they present, and how? Very willing to tell other tributes just what he thinks of the regime, less so around Capitol Citizens.
Name: Darius
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? That implies he can make choices. His way of thinking is Pro-Capitol these days.
Is this a change from last round? Why? No.
What do they present, and how? Darius conforms almost perfectly to his Avox training. Questions about flaws in the regime are likely to make him panic and shut down.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Anti-Capitol, has only just learned about rebellion via the lockdown.
Is this a change from last round? Why? It's become much stronger now that she's died once.
What do they present, and how? Sandy hasn't learned to keep her mouth shut. In the Arena and talking to contestants she is loud and frustrated with all that's wrong with the situation. Around Capitol Citizens and Workers in the Tribute center she's paranoid, nervous and quiet until confronted.
no subject
Morally, are they Pro-Capitol, neutral or Pro Rebellion? Eponine is... Well, she hates the Capitol for restricting her movements and making her fight, and she'd be happy to rebel - if she could still have all the clothes and food that Valeria provides (she doesn't provide food - but you know what I mean). Eponine does NOT want to go home. She's kinda like a kid in a candy store when in the Capitol and left alone or with Valeria. The rest of the time, she loathes it.
Is this a change from the last round? Not massively. Eponine wants the best of everything. But she knows deep down that she can't have that, and would rebel if she knew it was going on.
What do they present and how? Eponine probably comes off as a pain. She steals in the Capitol and gets drunk on brandy and refuses to actively participate in the Arena. Eponine has very little intention of fighting and especially killing. Last arena at the Cornucopia, she sat on her podium and refused to move till she was actively carried away. And then she effectively conmitted suicide by stripping off and letting Wesker break her neck. However, in the Capitol, she will mostly put up with people staring or trying to touch her with a blank expression. She loathes it - but she's kind of used to that bit from Paris. Eponine complains a lot to Valeria and to Howard so her feelings are probably well known.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Once he knows what's going on he'd be Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? Unhappy at the situation he's in and trying to work out how to get out of it. But he's not knowingly broken any rules yet. He's not been here long enough to do much beyond learn what's going on and try to find out more.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion.
Is this a change from last round? Why? No.
What do they present, and how? Wyatt has been pretty clearly anti-Capitol from the get go and has more than once said to various folks that he trusts that he hates them for, well, pretty much everything they choose to be. And he refuses to play the game their way. Having been tapped by Elias last round, he's now keeping an eye out for other like-minded folks and reporting them back to Elias.
Name: Albert Wesker
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? ...Neutrally... pro-rebellion?
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/a. (I don't think Wesker was here for this last time.)
What do they present, and how? Wesker appears to be playing their game, because he is. He has no problem playing by their rules... if it means it'll set him up for position to take revenge/show The Capitol that they bit off more than they can chew by attempting to control him.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-rebellion, but he doesn't know much aside from the fact that it exists and presumably stormed the area!
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? He presents primarily as a conscientious objector, because that's what he... is, and he figures the best sort of protest is to not give them any entertainment from watching him. That being said, he's not vocally rebellious, either.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral
Is this a change from last round? Why? Nope! Last round he accepted the rules at face value, but never faulted/liked the capitol for 'em.
What do they present, and how? K comes off as just downright neutral about everything. It's fair to say he's more engrossed in exploring the world around him then being mad at the Capitol.
He also hasn't been put through the Games yet in full.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Presently neutral on account of being new. He will be incredibly pro-rebellion.
Is this a change from last round? Why? n/a
What do they present, and how? The whole concept of the Games doesn't really fit into his heavily Rousseau-influenced philosophical build, and he's probably mentioned as much already. At present, he seems like someone who might dissent vocally, but has yet to show any signs of just how violent and extremist his political leanings can be.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Mostly neutral at the moment--hates the Capitol but doesn't believe the rebellion will accomplish anything.
Is this a change from last round? Why? She's tentatively heading towards pro-Rebellion, though she's not there yet, so yes?
What do they present, and how? Pro-Capitol in front of Citizens, anti-Capitol but still anti-Rebellion in front of people she trusts.
Name: Alpha
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral. He only cares about getting out himself.
Is this a change from last round? Why? Nope.
What do they present, and how? He presents as someone who enjoys killing and putting on a show but chafes at being held captive, mostly.
Name: Valeria
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Capitol all the way, although she's annoyed by some of the liberty-curtailing policies of late.
Is this a change from last round? Why? A little, again because of the lockdowns and curfew, although mostly in a 'this affects me and so I care' manner.
What do they present, and how? Pro-Capitol, but somewhat uncertain of it's stability and reasons at the moment.
Name: Diana
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? She just arrived, so, no. XD
What do they present, and how? She avoids making too much a fuss until she's got her bearings, since as far as she's aware nobody's being forced to kill or die just now, but she's definitely anti-Capitol and not afraid to hide it.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral. He believes the rebellion will fail because the Capitol is too strong, but he would not go out of his way to betray the rebel forces. He just wants to be left alone, please oh please.
Is this a change from last round? Why? n/a
What do they present, and how? Pro-Capitol. He is a reluctant, beaten down follower.
Name: Aunamee
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Neutral to pro-rebellion. He's not interested in going down as a martyr, but if he got an opportunity to twist a blade into the government, he'd take it in an instant.
Is this a change from last round? Why? n/a
What do they present, and how? Pro-Capitol with enthusiasm. He is sweet as pie to all of the citizens. He pretends to respect the Games without outwardly enjoying them.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion, but not officially as he's only heard rumours.
Is this a change from last round? Why? n/a
What do they present, and how? He personally rebels pretty hard (see: him destroying the cameras in his suite) but has not shown any signs of being part of an organized group. When questioned, he seems to rebel mostly out of petulance. This could really quickly change if he was ever approached by the rebellion.
Name: Maximus
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Leaning Pro-Rebellion.
Is this a change from last round? Why? n/a
What do they present, and how? Maximus is stoic in everything, so he doesn't really outwardly look like he would be part of the rebellion. (He was taught back home to basically to just take all the shit until his moment to strike), but he's planning something that will be a little more open-rebelly during the Arena. He does, however, associate with Wyatt, so if they are suspicious of him then Maximus might be flagged.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion 150% but she doesn't even know there is a rebellion yet so LADEDA
Is this a change from last round? Why? new character
What do they present, and how? Holiday has been speaking her mind thus far on how all of this stuff is terrible and how the Capitol people are insane and what not. So far, just a lot of talk.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? Not really. He started out not Pro-Capitol but I don't think he was aware of the Rebellion until recently.
What do they present, and how? He presents as a Tribute who is playing the games. He's not going to be talking about how he hopes the Rebels win, even though he does.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? Nope
What do they present, and how? As a Stylist who borders on the neutral but makes rebellious statements in his designs.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Capitol
Is this a change from last round? Why? Nope!
What do they present, and how? So very, very, very Pro-Capitol.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Eh, neutral, with a slight pro-rebellion lean. He wouldn't support a bloody takeover, as far as he's concerned the one cruel thing about the Capitol is the Games and he'd want that to stop. They do keep the other districts alive, after all, and that's a big deal when you come from a world with limited human life left. He also can't comment on the distribution of the wealth, seeing as he and the others on the moon are crazy rich at home while most refugees must scavenge for food - sometimes, certain groups just have control of the wealth. In the end, he doesn't think it's his place to overturn a thriving universe that isn't his.
Is this a change from last round? Why? Sort of. Last Arena he seemed quite anti-Capitol, but this time he's willing to play along to get Kyle out.
What do they present, and how? Seemingly pro-rebellion, in Arena 05. He says he doesn't want to play by the Capitol's rules and refuses to kill. However, this will change drastically in Arena 06, where he will begin killing and butting heads with other Tributes instead of making peace with them as he did before.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? at the moment, more Anti-Capitol than Pro-Rebellion, as he's not about to throw his hat in with a group he doesn't know anything about
Is this a change from last round? Why? nope
What do they present, and how? Alex presents as not very enthusiastic about the Games, though he doesn't resist in overt ways. He tends to separate himself from the other Tributes, but when he does encounter them, he tends to form short-lived but cordial alliances. He never attacks a weaker Tribute even when he obviously has an advantage, not does he actively seek fights. Both of his kills from the last Arena could be interpreted different ways though, and arguments could be made for him taking a more subtle strategy to the Games (ie. letting the stronger more aggressive Tributes kill each other off).
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion, though, he doesn't know there is one. Although he's starting to suspect, since they don't do total lock downs for just anything.
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? Right now? Ranty and Angry more than plotting. He might be easy to overlook since all he's doing is ranting. No real actions.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? No
What do they present, and how?Morrigan is mostly a watcher. Vocally, however, she will have wondered out loud and without shame why people haven't risen up already. Basically, she can't understand how the districts have allowed it to get to the point, and is pretty pissed that because of their inaction she got dragged into this mess.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Morally Daniel would at least be anti-Capitol. He doesn't know enough about the Rebellion to support them.
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A, Daniel's new.
What do they present, and how? Daniel's been vocal about questioning the Hunger Games and by proxy the Capitol, though he's been warned by Eva. He doesn't think he has anything to lose since he expects he might die in the Arena.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-rebellion
Is this a change from last round? Why? No. She hates it here.
What do they present, and how? Glinda doesn't. She keeps it to herself.
Name: Gaila
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Pro-Capitol
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? She'll happily get involved in Captiol life once she gets half a chance.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? She's pro-Parker as she doesn't have a clue what's going on.
Is this a change from last round? Why? nope
What do they present, and how? She's likely made some sort if crack about how the rebellion must suck as they can't blow shit up properly.
no subject
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? Morally, he supports changing the system by whatever means necessary but he'd need to know more about the Rebellion before considering himself a supporter.
Is this a change from last round? Why? N/A
What do they present, and how? John won't generally offer his opinion easily unless the subject is broached by another person first. When talking to Capitol citizens he is politely and carefully curious- I wouldn't say he is openly belligerent, but he might ask a few hard questions if he feels he can push for answers. With other tributes he's a lot more open about his distaste for the Capitol, and he's not always careful where he discusses it.
no subject
Name: Bruce Wayne
Morally are they Pro-Capitol, neutral, or Pro-Rebellion? So vastly pro-rebellion you don't even know
Is this a change from last round? Why? He wasn't here last round!
What do they present, and how? He's still playing it safe, for now. He's not playing along with everything to the letter, but he hasn't done anything really against the rules yet either. He's exploring.
