Non-soldiers as marked here also do not get shuffled and will require notice to become a soldier or be shuffled in some other event.

Gamemaker Notes//Out Of Character.

Please note that former Capitol Soldiers shuffled onto District 13's side will be at least temporarily imprisoned. It is handwaved so you can assume them let out on a sort of parole or detained at your discretion. Icly, it will be based on what value they have to the District, who's vouching for them, and what excuse they have for serving the Capitol.

Final note that Powers are turned back on for this mission! All naturally powered individuals and power-experimented individuals will have these gifts returned for the duration of battle.

In need of an injury!

Bucky's going to be in District 8 trying to seize that factory, but I need someone to wound him. Doesn't really matter the severity, just that it's something he can recover from. If no one wants to voluntarily do the injuring, they could just throw him into one of the factory machines and mangle a hand or something. BUT if someone volunteers, it'll probably come with a fight with Sam Wilson, just as a warning.

Luna's getting wounded somewhere while she's in District 9! She'll be helping out with the kids' rescue, but if anyone wants to get into a scuffle with her in the process or elsewhere in the battles I'm all for it.

Worth noting is that Luna's on the Capitol side, not at all a fighter, and also has a robotic skeleton underneath her artificial human exterior - so wounding in this case would probably require moderate to severe damage (deep bullet wound, for example, or even hacking off a limb or something) and could maybe cause a malfunction somewhere. If that's interesting to anyone I'm up for anything; otherwise she can get caught by debris during the rescue mission.

Sigma will be on the battlefield as a tactician, deploying some anti-rebel weapons. Some of the weapons he's brought along this time are real bombchu, rats (without an obvious bomb attached to them, but juuuust creepy enough to know they aren't natural rats) that will seek out a target and release any matter of trap from acid to mustard gas to a bomb, whatever your heart desires. They are repelled by Capitol tech and armor. If you'd like to play with these, I'd love to plot with you! Or if you'd like your character to destroy one of his other weapons and stop him from using them, I'm sure we can dream something new up together. He hasn't spent the past few months twiddling his thumbs, after all ;)

Part II: Do you want to kill a Gamemaker? Of course you do!

Rules: Sigma will be going into the District 9 "Kids are on Fire" mission, initially as Luna's distant support but panicking when she puts herself in danger. He will then go to the site to ensure her safety himself and make himself an easy target who would not fight back.

I'd prefer it be someone he's never had CR with, preferably an angry rebel that would just shoot his face off for being a Gamemaker, and bonus points if I haven't threaded with you yet! I'm willing to listen to other plans, though, if you have an idea you'd love to do. Because even if we can't do them now, maybe we can do them in the future?

Is your character a non-soldier looking to take on a role in battle, becoming part of the shuffle again, or vice-versa? Did your Capitol Allied character get rolled with a "Safe ✘" and you want that to become a proper "Recovery/Seize"? Perhaps your character wasn't rolled for death (or recieved an "Injury ✘" if a Panem Native) and you want them to die anyway.

If your character has been on the same side (Capitol or Rebellion) for two consecutive Liberations, as a player you can apply on the next Liberation post to have your character switched during that Liberation with the following criteria:

1. Provide links to two threads, one in each of the two most recent previous Liberations, with at least 3 comments from your character each to prove that character had been active on the side they were initially shuffled to.

2. An expenditure of 400 Credits

(Mods reserve the right to refuse a character transfer from one side to the other.)

2. 400 Credits spent out of Albert's 1150, leaving him with 750 Credits remaining.

Lastly, I'd like to request a one time, plot-only use of a single micro-missile in order to shoot Jet Link out of the sky. It will be used by Albert using his activated cybernetics during the event. Usually I have it that when his powers are on, he still has to find ammunition, so he would have to requisition the micro-missile during the liberation. If further credits should be spent for this, please let me know and I'll record it. Thanks!

I'd like to bring Sigma Klim in to participate in the protection of District 9 from the rebels, as a tactician and perhaps to deploy minor anti-rebel traps on the battlefield from a distance if mods will allow that. He may also guide Luna, the robot he engineered, during her D9 mission.

Just for funsies, my IC excuse is that he now has limited prophetic powers back, so he'd urge that he could be useful to resisting the liberation.

Linden Lockhearst has worked pretty hard to hone his rifle skills and is actually capable of contributing on the battlefield by now. He always wants to be where he can do the most good and if every soldier counts for this fight and the hackers' role isn't as important, he'll gladly grab a gun and go.

Hi! This is my first war round, so I apologize for my possibly silly questions...

Are only the rolled characters participating in the fight? In other words, why are some characters rolled and other characters not rolled?

Also, do characters participate in both District 9 and District 8 battles or do we have to choose one or the other? (EDIT: Never mind on this question, I just saw that we get to choose.)
