She's officially dead, but was pretty openly critical of the Capitol. She was also close with a lot of known rebellion sympathisers, like Cecil and Sherlock.

Okay, yeah he'd definitely want to question her. Plus the whole not dead thing would make him want to bring her in to "correct" her status.
