Jennifer Blackwood ; Capitol Liaison
District and/or job: Tribute Comfort & Care Administrator.
Basic personality: Reserved, polite, savvy, appearance-minded, a do-gooder, views herself as the voice of the Tributes. She's the wife of a politician and a former escort who now works as a liaison between the Capitol and the Tributes. Her character is inspired by Guinevere of Arthurian legend and the fictionalized version of Eva Peron from Evita.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Jennifer has an office in the Tribute Center which has an open door policy. Any and all characters are welcome to visit her to air their grievances, discuss, the weather, etc. She's recently hosted a Saturnalia party, which is open to anyone in the Capitol during this past week.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would love more CR with escorts, stylists, mentors, etc. All Capitol folk, come at me!

Jessica Wakefield ; D3
District and/or job: District 3 Mentor
Basic personality:Brilliant but lazy party girl who's recently discovered that she doesn't completely suck at this whole mentoring thing. She's also a well known media personality in the Capitol and features in advertisements and such. Feel free to recognize her.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Her District was destroyed over the summer and her whole family was killed. She also finally consummated her love with Barbie, only to wind up having a fling with Peacekeeper Buddy Glass
because love means never having to say you're sorry.She also planned and hosted Albert and Jet's wedding! And she's drinking again, which is never a good thingespecially when you're from a canon where magical vodka is a thing.Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I don't really have anything specific for her to do, and I'd like to get her more active. D3 people, I still would love more CR! I'm thinking I'll do a network post with her soon, after the arena ends, so that should start a few things. :)

Felicity Worthington ; D2
District and/or job: District 2 Tribute
Basic personality: Haughty, prideful, uber-wealthy Victorian lesbian with a penchant for sword fighting and archery. Felicity is snobby and hella elegant, even though she hates wearing dresses and loves to kiss girls.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Felicity is coming up on one year in Panem and she's made it to the final round of every arena since Arena 9, which is frankly starting to piss her off. She wants out, and badly, and she's nearing the point that she's going to want to hurt people to ensure that she will win at last.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Felicity might be kind of having a ship with Eponine? They kissed, so that's a thing. But now Eponine is in jail and also fooling around on her, so maybe not? Either way, Fee's heart is going to be broken, which will only serve to piss her off further! Huzzah!

Dominique deCourfeyracDistrict and/or job: District 11 Tribute
Basic personality: The passionate, yet honorable French would-be revolutionary who will attempt to charm your pants off (ladies.) But really, he's the lovable cad of the French collective, charming and nobel hearted, with a soft spot of every lady he meets.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: His face got fixed you guys!!! After four months with the Capitol insignia branded on him, he's finally back to his handsome, dashing self! And he's got his own little band of revolutionaries back together
even if Enjolras and Marius are off in D13...Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I have a few things actually! One: I want more cross-canon CR. He's got a whole enclave of countrymen, but he needs more non Amis friends! Two: He needs a lady. No really, I want him to flirt away, since he's going to feel more like himself with his face restored. Three: Grantaire has pledged to help him pick up where Enjolras left off in his rantings, so I'm hoping something fun can come of Courfeyrac playing the part of the poor man's Enjolras!
Megan Gwynn ; D1
District and/or job: District 1 Tribute
Basic personality: Bubbly, sparkly, fairy-mutant hybrid with magical powers, pink hair, elf ears, and wings. She's basically an average everyday modern Welsh chick except for the whole being a X-Man thing. She loves One Direction, Gareth Bale, and all things feminine.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She was in the kid's arena, then she had her 19th birthday this month in the arena! She kissed Jason Todd, and then they both died by chestburster last week! It was awful!
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I basically love all the diverse CR she's accumulating and I'm happy to let things develop organically, but if close CR have cool plans, I'd definitely be down to toss her at people!

District and/or job: District 13 Trainer
Basic personality: Welp. Jade is crazy. Legit. She's a professional assassin whose personality can shift on a dime from docile, affectionate, and downright friendly to vicious, bloodthirsty murderer. She's motivated by the duel desires to kill and to seek a sense of order for her chaotic mind. Formerly a rogue assassin, she's finding structure within D13 with the promise of being let off leash to satiate her lust for blood on occasion. Generally, she's bad news bears.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She's barked at the new arrivals a bit and asserted her dominance in her own special way. She's also got an open log for D13 people to get CR ahead of the rescue mission next week!
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Jade will be participating in Carlos' liberation! If you play a D13 character and you want in, it's not too late to sign up!
