Thane & Charles

Thane is going to start making appearances. He spent his first week enjoying that he could hide in the fog and shadows. He got a good feel for the Arena.

This is the week of fights and scraps and GETTING into it for him. He really wants to get into fights with people...

and if anyone is up for being gloriously murdered by an assassin (even not this week, but in future weeks!), I am happy to do so. He's not into the torture scene, so he's glad to make the actual DEATH part fast (neck snap, and now that he has a knife, he's GLAD to use that knife). Although getting into an awesome fight leading up to that would be great. :3


Charles is a really unhappy camper and not dealing well with it. His jacket is gone, he has a large bump on his head... and he's pretty well not allied-up. So if anyone wants to let a depowered mutant hang out with you, he'd like it. :] He's not likely to forget it.

No major plans with him, though!

So we were talking about these two before...

I'm looking to get Natasha gravely injured this week. Maybe since she's capable of standing up to him, the death part wouldn't be as fast ;)? If that's not possible, I'd still like for them to at least meet during this arena.

Yes, this would definitely be possible! I think Natasha is definitely one of the great people to do this with him, too!

It's a great way to spark CR with them, because he'd definitely want to talk to her afterwards.

She is, obviously, going to have the opportunity to get some nice hits on him if you should please ;)

Yes, that would be great! Gannicus' player approached me about a thing too--I think he's fighting Thane? Any possibility on squeezing the three of them into a battle together? :T

Yeah, I'm just mentioning it because their player brought it up to me. I guess it would be a FFA between the three... in the end, I'd like for her to be mortally wounded, but enough to get away. Maybe they would continue their fight once she bailed?

more like i'd need to have us talk about a timeline of events 8D because fights really do need that, and with thane's 30 years of doing this, he's not going to hang around long enough to hurt anybody if he feels like he's ganged up on, and since~

Yes no, I agree. Especially since three way threads (with my schedule especially) means we might end up not finishing it in a timely fashion which is another reason I don't want her to be too involved.

I don't think it would be ganging up so much as just three killers walk right into the path of each other and then try to survive haha. I really don't want to *intrude* on your plans, just have her be kind of a casualty who runs off after taking a mortal hit.

I'm definitely up for planning out the specifics, especially sicne I need to start threading her death early on before week 3 :]

Okay no worries, did you have concrete plans with Gannicus' player? Like would we need to plan this fight ahead before that one or would he not try to kill Natasha early on? If not, I can just plot with the other player for a kill no problem.

No concrete timeline with Gannicus! I was, to be honest, just going to do a week 2 log and they were going to toss Gannicus at me on that.

Thane has a lot going on this week, because he's going to be starting to attempt to locate Shepard and team up with her. Realistically, though, since it is Natasha, and Thane slips away from people like no other, it can happen at convenience. 8D

Sorry for all of the confusion 8D Clearly 3 hours of sleep is not conducive for plotting.

It really isn't and that's all right. I'm also running on three hours sleep (with a ten hour shift ahead of me) so please, no worrying about it at all. They just mentioned it to me and I didn't want to exclude any ideas.

I'd like to start tagging her death stuff up soonish so if you have any ideas as to how he can wound her (but not outright kill her, she needs to make it to someone to die) in a scuffle, that would be great. We can definitely thread it out, though timeline wise I'm hoping it towards the end of week 2 since there are things I'd like to do early in it.

I never want anyone to feel guilty about things if they think it'd be better to do something else 8D \o/ Just overly excited and yep!!

Thane has managed to get a knife from his mentor, so he can easily just use that to be the thing he uses to get her to start bleeding. I'm thinking if he uses it in not an immediately fatal spot, that would give her the chance to at least get away :)

He can slip away towards the end of the week and TA-DAH :D

He's been in the fog, staying near houses, and making his way towards the fairgrounds. I'd say he uses the back of the left side's houses to move, rather than going down the main road.
