Hey guys, Lampy here, that person that plays Haruto Soma, here with another tokusatsu-based character. Kind of. Sort of. This here is Felicity Yoshida, a Panem AU version of Luckyuro from Voltasaur Sentai Kyoryuger. While in canon she's a weird green scarecrow-cat-monster-thing, she is now a 16 year old girl from District 2 and the niece of Torin Byrd. Felicity finds herself in the Capitol because her Peacekeeper father just got a snazzy promotion! (Which totally has nothing to do with wanting to keep an eye on Torin's extended family, no sir, not at all.) Her hobbies include eating cookies, thinking up witty commentary on other people's conversations, and writing bad fanfic.

Since this is a thing of questionable merit, taste, and value, I have a lovely permissions post for her where you can either opt right on out of such shenanigans, or that you can opt right on in so that there's the possibility of some IC badfic becoming a thing. My only goal here is to be entertaining rather than annoying, and I am totally fine with being told to knock it off.
