Hi guys, Hannah here, player of Arya Stark, bringing you a Panem OC. This is Emily Finch, the victor of the 69th Hunger Games, and now mentor to District 7. She won her Games by (literally) stabbing in the back the ally tribute who saved her life twice in the Arena, and she has a lot of baggage about that.
