When Tributes return to the Capitol from the latest arena they will find that all notices regarding the curfew have been removed from the Tribute Center Tower. If they question their prep teams, mentors or any of the Peacekeepers in the building they will be informed that the Curfew has been lifted for the foreseeable future, pending continued good behaviour from all Tributes.

The threat may be subtly (or not so subtly) implied by the Peacekeepers that any future rule-breaking will lead to the Curfew being re-instated at anytime, possibly with even more restrictions than before and Tributes should keep this in mind going forwards.

Whether Tributes comply with this is of course entirely up to them.
