Okay like a moron I posted the original post to Max's account instead of the comm so woo good job me anyway yes.

I'm on slowaitus and have been for a little while and will continue to be so until *at least* project deadline, which is Sept 30th but I really wouldn't be surprised if we slip deadline by a couple weeks. tl'dr britt makes video games and right now makes them too much.

this applies to all of my characters - max, sherlock and ellie - and as a general rule it is way easier to reach me over plurk or email than it is here because i can check those at work

i'd like to prioritize threads that haven't reached ten comments yet or are close to conclusion to make sure you guys get your AC points so if you could hit me up if that includes you, that'd be great.

So I'm leaving tomorrow for a 10 day canoe trip. Obviously, I won't have internet while I'm gone. I'll be happy to backtag everything once I get back. Wish me luck!

A few things!

Amanda is joining us as a new mod. All of you who volunteered were great choices, which is part of what took us so long.

Now to plot!

Ok, so so far, for how you guys want to plot out things, it looks like we have in requests for:

-A pre-event mingle so people can meet their teams and say good byes. Since other things can still be planned while this is going, this will probably go up tomorrow.

-An ongoing network post for the radio system for the length of the event, where it is only top level comments (Since there will only be one radio wavelength, so all conversations would happen linearly)

-Joan-mun and mods are setting up some teams for Intel to focus on. We'll be assigning them within the next day, when she gets us the list!

Is there anything else you guys wanna set up? Does combat have anything organized yet that they'll need set up thread wise or are you guys just gonna wing it with intel?

We have also decided that, to accommodate plans that were made due to mods lack of clarity, during the last bit of the arena there will be at bit of chaos for people who need to split off from their groups. HOWEVER this should not be the focus of the event, which is to promote new CR. Because of that fact, no threads during this phase of the event will count for AC. Please only use this for those few bits of plot cemented before the information was clarified that alternates could not be replotted for.

To clear up confusion in future plots that have multiple stages of planning, we will have something akin to the way a prose logs (the character, setting, etc part) is set up with information about the ooc information for the plot; who it involved, type of plot (Forced CR, limited characters, etc), that sort of thing.
