Ok, so I am trying some new stuff with this plot, and there may be some kinks, but here is what y'all can do so far:

-If your character goes to the barriers during the day, they'll see that everything looks perfectly normal. Just empty. Peacekeepers are on duty across the barriers, getting people out.

-If your character sneaks in, they won't get more than a block or so before they are escorted out, violently if need be. There isn't a lot of patients going around, and the peacekeepers are clearly edgy.

-If they go to the barriers at night, they'll see the peacekeepers on the other side, keeping watch, and armed. As soon as someone notices them, they will be asked to leave, again, violently if needed be. And at night they would not be able to sneak in, at all.

Right now that is all.

In a few days, things will be getting rougher. All information on this will be posted within the next few days. Your character will be in teams, and allowed to uses skills and powers denied to them in the arena. Powers will NOT be allowed to be used against the capitol in obvious ways.

What do we mean by that? For example, if you played, say, someone with techno powers, who while having powers could tap into the system and leave little time bomb for later without being noticed, that may be allowed.

But if you have a character with energy powers who suddenly turns on the Capitol to blow shit up, they would be aggressively neutralized quickly and probably be dead. Any powers used against the Capitol while people have them must be very covert (unless you want your character killed for it, in which case, talk to us and we'll discuss that possibility.)

You must clear any use of powers against the Capitol with us. There will be a thread for this when the time comes up, or you can private plurk us after the event information is fully up, but it must be mod approve. Anyone who tries to, in the future, back log it without mods approval will be forced to retcon and possibly get a strike against them.

There is a window here for people to get in little bits of rebellion while the Capitol has it's hands full, and we do want to work with you, but we have to know what and how things are going down.
