The anthem concludes as the Capitol’s seal reappears and disappears as the music ends.

THE CAPITOL

The weather has been good lately, and the fruit shortage has been resolved.

In addition, certain mentors have been lead off by men in discreet black suits. Asking about them will only get you the response they were pulled for "Special" training.

In addition to Peeta Mellark, Holly Sheer, and a mentor from 8, Katniss Everdeen has also vanished. Effie is having a minor breakdown.

With Eliot, there'd be some of both. He'll probably also do something to make it more effective and not tell them ahead of time.

He already has a soft spot for Momoko, so he'd be playing protective big brother anyway, but he'll definitely play it up even more. And even though he'll suspect that part of their interacting is a scheme, it'll still effect him.
