Two smallish mod notes, just so y'all know:
The mods have decided if a character was a Tribute who applied for citizenship, and are then dropped, that player can reapp them from their dropped status (as a pseudo citizen) and not have to start again as Tribute. Another player can't take over that spot from them, however.
Also, withing reason, we are going to be using handwave logic regarding Mentors and what years they play the game.
For example, Enobaria was year 62. The chances we are going to get an Enobaria are fairly slim, so we will not be blocking a mentor from apping to year 62 mentor slot. And if an Enobaria does apply we will just use the same sorta handwavey ignore it logic that gets used in rp all the time.
The same if two players made Mentors end up the same year. Try your hardest to find an original year (and we will have a working list up soon) but we are going to treat it as a "shhhh don't think to hard about it" type issues, not as a "you can't app that" type issue if we have a little overlap, especially in regards to character who can't switch years (For example, I have a mentor app in mind who needs to be a newer mentor, so would need a newer year, and couldn't just be assigned a later year. That sort of thing.)
This doesn't mean that two people would have won the 62nd game. It is employing the same kind of handwaving rp logic as "My intro log has 5 things happening at the same time" and "my character is a huge Harry Potter fan but the Harry Potter-mun doesn't want 4th walled so they don't know who Harry potter is."
The only years this is not true with are going to be the 50th, 74th, and 75th, for obvious reasons.
Also, just a general plot check in: Capitol plots will be happening this weekend. Arena plot part 2 will either go up today/tomorrow, or the start of next week.
