So now we have settled back in, and done some math, there are still 6 spots to the cap (and likely some more after AC)

So Tribute apps are reopened HOWEVER we are requiring a reserve for Tributes to app. That way people will have an idea of what they are going against.

We also decided that for now, a player is only allowed 3 Tributes active in the arena. If your character wins or is granted Citizen status, you can app another.

If you already have 4 tributes, you don't need to drop.

I was actually just going to ask about a Tribute cap for the future, lol so never mind.

I'm a little confused by this, I must admit. Are you going to let more than 6 people reserve? Because I see that there's already been a rush on reserves, and it seems slightly unfair if only 6 reserves are being allowed. Not everyone is able to check DW in the afternoon.

Also, will the spots be first come first serve amongst the reservists? Or they going to be held and judged together with the best selected from the round?

I feel like this is going to have people sitting with pre-done apps, waiting to snipe as soon as the tribute apps open.

no, reserves are unlimited. They will be judged on a first come first serve basis.

Once the cap goes into place, people will have more of a heads up when reserves and apps will open, but technically we haven't reached the cap yet, so it was more...a temporary closing of apps this time around.

If people do sit with apps done to apply right when the reserves open in the future, that's fair game, since everyone will know "Reserves open on X."

That does alleviate some of my concerns about it, thank you.

Knowing that there will be a set day/time for reserves when we hit the cap is a huge plus.

Yeah, we will have more control over it when we're actually AT the cap, because we are just...closing apps until they get down to a certain level. It just seems unfair to do that before we reach that level.
