Hey! Totally new player here, and I am SUPER PUMPED FOR THE JOINING AND SUCHLIKE. So much that I flipped out in capslock. Anyways, I'm Amanda! I am bringing in a character some of you may recognize from a previous intro. If you don't, you clearly didn't watch that fantastic video.
But anyways, down to the nitty gritty. I'm bringing in a character from Homestuck that has many names! Three, to be precise. You can go with Psiioniic or Helmsman depending on canonpoint, but his Actual Legit name is Mituna Captor. He hasn't been called that iiiin approximately two thousand years. (Which, for those of you canon familiar, puts him solidly in the Helmsman canon point.) Now, for those who aren't super familiar with Homestuck, I don't really know a concise way of explaining his past, so I won't even try.
The important things to know are he's from a very oppressive society with a very strict caste system. He's third from the bottom, and while that might not seem like the worst spot to be in, that plus his psychic powers meant he wound up in slavery. He escaped slavery after listening to a crazy person (refer to aforementioned previous intro for deets about that guy), and wound up in a rebellion. Rebellion failed, and he wound up becoming the power source and control panel for the Empress' own, personal battleship! If you're confused, you can read the tl;dr version at his app.
As for what's relevant to the games...He's wound up District 2! With a score of three, so he's probably one of the worst to come from District 2 in a while. He's also kind of a special snowflake because he'll be out of commission for 48 hour time periods to get him to a functioning state after each death. (If you're wondering why that is, you can give his app a gander.)
