Hello everyone! My name is AmyJack and I am a brand new player here. I'm a tad nervous about figuring everything out around here but it was just too excellent a concept to pass up! I apologies in advance if I fumble things up as I try to figure things out.

I'm bringing you Susannah Suze Simon from Meg Cabot's series The Mediator. Suze is a girl from NYC, recently located to California with a knack for dealing with the dead. She acts as a mediator to ghosts and helps them (and on occasion forces them) to move on.

I'm not going to lie, when I saw R on the taken list here I had way too much fun imaging Suze interacting with him.

Excellent. What's it like with her interacting with the dead in her canon?

Suze deals strictly with ghosts, so zombies will definitely be a first for her. She can see, hear, and physically touch the ghosts, and has spent a good portion of her life dedicated to helping spirits move on, whether by helping them with whatever problem is keeping them on Earth, or exorcising them if they become problems for the living.

Ooh, okay, I gotcha. She sounds like she'd be a good listening ear.

Definitely! Though she's likely to give him a hard time when they first meet.

Oh my goodness. I used to have Suze sass Bruce all the time at an older game. I'd love to have her interact with him (and Rapunzel!) sometime. :D

He is slowly going slightly crazy from a: not being able to stop all this and b: having to have his public face on all the time he doesn't have anywhere he can turn it off when he's not in the arena so it's just stress everywhere.

Suze has been keeping her powers a secret from most everyone, so she isn't likely to bring it up to anyone right away, but she'll be interested in talking to him once she realizes that they've got similar stuff going on.

In his world, talking to spirits is business! People who want things from spirits come to people like him, and he negotiates between them - the spirits themselves are less the ghosts of dead people and more just balls of sentient energy, but, y'know, same principle, kind of??

That's all fine with me. Suze has a younger brother who has a habit of talking like a textbook, so she's at least used to that kind of strangeness.
