Hello everyone! My name is Betsy, and I am super new and excited to be here and bringing you today one Thane Krios, an alien assassin from that lovely Mass Effect video game trilogy in which everything turns into suffering 8'D

He will be coming in just after ME2 as romanced by a paragon Shepard, landing as a District 8-er and scored as a 10. Important things to know about him are that he is a highly trained and effective assassin who's dying of a terminal illness and trying to do as much good in the universe as he can before that. He has zero interest in winning and will instead probably spend most of his time trying to protect others and being very indignant about the whole thing.

Also he looks kind of like a lizard. Lizard frog? Mostly lizard. And he can inflate his throat and make noises at registers humans can't hear I'm sorry that's unnecessary information it's just that I've been laughing about it ever since I found it. Basically, alien, and he can use space magic force field... thingies when they aren't being blocked (which is to say super rarely).

uhhh I think that's all is there anything else I need to say you can reach on aim at oakashandwillow (i need to remember to stop being invisible on there but i get offline messages) and on plurk at be_themoon where you are totally free to friend me, or alternatively pm me on this journal or be_themoon. And ok now I think that's all I will probably stick up an open log soon as he gets his bearings!

and lmao yeah it's not even in the storyline information it's just something you find out looking at character classes in multiplayer, just like 'oh also they can inflate their throats cool right?' '.... yes?'

She's a bit different from other versions, from what I understand - she's got a lot of Stephanie Brown mixed in. She's kind of impulsive and sassy. >,> (And then add in the affects of an actual happy childhood, and being a bit of a daddy's girl. She honestly cares about what Batman thinks of her. D: )

Barbara is always the sassiest 8D and yes she is arguably the most well adjusted member of the Batfamily for a while there, I'd say! and actually even later she's probably still better adjusted than a lot of them. Although caring about what Batman thinks is never a good idea oh Babs :c

It helps that this version's had a nice life. ^^ Her mother might be dead, but her father's just commissioner Gordon. Her best friend might have been Pamela Isley, buuuut... the whole ivy thing happened the same night she became batgirl???? DX

huh they've made some changes! well, not in regards to her parents beyond the normal slimming up it sounds like, but Pam and her being best friends is definitely a new addition!

Yep! They were both sixteenish. They were both protesters for the environment. But. Pam took it a bit further, Barbara tried to stop it - it led to Pam becoming Poison Ivy, and Barbara (realizing her father would never allow her to fight crime after that debacle... putting on a costume)

I'm very biased but yes I agree with that a lot. And awwww yeah Daniel Jackson, I've loved him for years and well, I'm sorry for making the really obvious joke but with all the dying I bet he feels right at home in the Games.

Aww yeah 8D Thane's pretty cool with talking about his people so that's good! I don't know what Daniel's up to right now in the arena but I've stuck up an open log so if you want to hit that up you are more than welcome to.

On my long long list of TV-watching-that-should-happen! Maybe I'll get a couple episodes in before school starts up again.
