This is Maximus, and he is a bad ass gladiator from Ancient Rome, and he will have his vengeance. In this life or the next.
Details about him are on his app! He is very proficient in killing so he will be here for all your gory death needs! (Probably not for eight year old boys though he has a canon soft spot for them as they remind him of his son.)
