new character, new mun

Hello!

My name is Mel and I'm new here. I was made aware of this game by Momo.

I'm bringing you Cinna who, in this reality, was not beaten, kidnapped and killed right before the 75th Hunger Games. He's the completely canon Stylist for District 12 and I like it much better when he's not beaten, kidnapped and killed. :D At least for now anyway.

Considering that I'm bringing in a character who has been here the entire time, I'm planning on going through some old logs and getting a better idea of how things have played out plotwise, but I'd also really appreciate it that anyone who thinks there's something that has happened that Cinna should know about either comment here, go to my HMD/Plotting Post or hit me up on plurk at theangstmonkey. He'd be paying attention to the Games in general but it is extra important that he be aware of what's going on with District 12's Tributes.
