PLAYER PLOT POST

Sometimes we want to plot with our fellow players, but are either too shy to approach them, or we just don't get the chance. This is a place to brainstorm, bounce off ideas, and do anything you'd like, plot wise. Its sole purpose is to foster connection between players. These will be posted once a round. So make a friend! I just play Howard here iselldrugstothecommunity from Gone. I've noticed some typo issues in my tags lately, probably due to absentmindedness, and am trying to fix those, but if anyone has noticed any other issues please let me know.

Character: Howard Bassem
Basic personality: Scared, weak, intelligent, sliding into total amorality.
What I'm looking for from CR: I would be interested in anything that would pull more at Howard's vicious side. Anyone interested in getting doublecrossed in the next arena? He wouldn't really be gung-ho about rebelling, but given the right incentives he could be a mole for either side, too. His morals are pretty open to the highest bidder.

Wyatt's totally under Howard's "I'm just a kid, don't hurt me" spell. If Howard wanted to double-cross him, he probably wouldn't see it coming.

(As a warning though, it would only work once. Once done, Wyatt would never trust him, or help him, again. In or out of the arena.)

Alpha is all about the amorality, maybe they could bond? :D Really, Alpha is experienced in manipulating people for his own plans, he maybe could try to cultivate that vicious side? Presumably planning to use for his own purposes later, however that would actually work out in reality.

Character: Albert Wesker
Basic personality: Sociopath, egomaniac, god/monster.
What I'm looking for from CR: Wesker is all shiny and new... bring unto me everything. XD
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: None, although I would like to do some stuff with him and Chris, seeing as how they're connected in a strange sort of way.

Character: Wyatt Earp
Basic personality: Good-guy cowboy, believing in truth, justice, and the American way.
What I'm looking for from CR: I'm starting to feel really good about him. He's making some friends/allies and staring to make a niche, I think. I'd love to do more with that, you know? Really get him some bonds - people/things/places he cares about and that care about him.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Nothing set in stone, but perhaps some ongoing friendliness/allying with Neeshka? He's forever got Elias' back as well, and I'd like for him to have a chat with Anna sometime about what happened in the arena. Poor thing is just full of guilt about it.

Basic personality: Friendly, though more and more reserved the longer he spends here.
What I'm looking for from CR: Friends! To get him involved in things outside his head.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: He eats people, and is not being fed people. He's going to be getting sick between Arenas, with an accompanying decline in mental state.

Basic personality: Excitable, optimistic, friendly dog girl! Sassy as all hell, least likely to put up with bullshit.
What I'm looking for from CR: Anything!! Jade is still pretty new and I am still pretty lost, so.

Also Jade has a private HMD in her journal with screened comments and no IP logging if you'd prefer, but I know she probably hasn't been around enough for real crit yet. umu

Been rather busy the last couple of months because of school, but I'll be coming off hiatus in a few days! So plotting ahoy!

Character: Alex Rider
Basic personality: Overall, he's pretty friendly. He's a bit too curious for his own good at times and prone to extreme sarcasm if he's uncomfortable. He's also very suspicious, and will try to act like the innocent school boy for as long as possible. Those that manage to get talk to him long enough will find him very mature for his age. He's been keeping to himself lately, as now having died twice in the Arena is really messing with his head.
What I'm looking for from CR: Everything! Friends, foes, etc.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: I'm hoping to get Alex involved in the Rebellion at some point, though right now I'm just going to be working on developing CR with people who know about the Rebellion. Alex doesn't even know they exist, so he's not really seeking them out, and his school-boy act would likely make him seem like a poor prospect. Also looking to further the CR he already has, because he's still a ways off from dropping his smokescreen.

Basic personality: Pink. Also bubbly, friendly, soft hearted, sassy southern belle.
What I'm looking for from CR: Look, she needs a love life. Also some enemies.

Character: Effie
Basic personality: Capitol raised privileged and well meaning but terribly clueless awkward aunt type. Easy to ruffle.
What I'm looking for from CR: Everything. More with those outside and in her district.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: I think soon she is going to start realizing a little bit more what is going on.

Character: Elias
Basic personality: Laid back, a touch sarcastic, damaged but functioning.
What I'm looking for from CR: Everything, but he is particularly starting to recruit for rebellion.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: See above. He is done with the Capitol 100%

We already discussed Wyatt and Elias shenanigans under my comment, but I wanted to add that I would love to have Wyatt bump into Effie a bit more. I think once he got past ~Capitol, boo-hiss~, he could appreciate how well-meaning she is.

And she did get him those cards, so he owes her.

Basic personality: Brash and arrogant, with a devil may care attitude and sarcastic to boot. Easy going and fairly intelligent.
What I'm looking for from CR: Anything and everything. Really, good, bad, ugly, hit him with any or all of the above.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: He is rather pro-Games... and isn't too resistant to the idea of selling himself out for some advantage. I wonder if anyone would want to double bid on him and Eliot... :|a At the moment, he's still biting slightly from losing the Game. He nearly won, darnit.

Character: Anna Morasca
Basic personality: Badass ass-kicking porcupine who used to have a gun. Prickly on the outside, squishy on the inside.
What I'm looking for from CR: Anna could use some friends. Or enemies. And ducklings. Because she's such a mother hen it's ridiculous.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: She's more shaken up by seeing Dean's decapitation by Donatello than her own death, because Max told her she'd be resurrected. Having discovered Eliot is a sex slave for the Capitol, she's enraged and wanting to get the rebellion into gear. I would like to see her eventually become one of the leaders of the rebellion in the future. Other than that, she and Eliot are blurring a few lines here and there.

Basic personality: Sarcastic, loud, flaily (yes that is a word damn it), determined, honest.

What I'm looking for from CR: Some fun friendships, he's going to be looking for people he can rely upon in the police partners type sense. Not that he'd be against the other type of partner his focus is just going to be on getting to his daughter. So, it might take some build up to get anything going on that front.

Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Mostly he's just going to be doing the newbie flaily thing. Anyone that wants to jump in can. He might be wary about the resistance stuff at first just because of the shinny newness of being here. But he agrees with taking this corrupt govt. down. Or at least, he will after hanging around a bit.

Danny and Chris need to meet because I think it would be amusing. They can do the flaily stuff together since I've been slacking on Chris he's still pretty much new.

Character: Ariadne
Basic personality: a curious soul, generally pleasant enough, but leaning on that line of having lost her humanity to the Arenas. As a still-recent Victor, she's taking a position as more of a leader, intent on making sure other people don't have to suffer quite as much, under the guise of helping out.
What I'm looking for from CR: anything and everything. She has a few friends, but she doesn't have anything terribly long-term that I'm looking to remedy.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: she's incredibly pro-rebellion, but almost completely silent about it. She can also been often seen with a handful of different men, which may lend itself to making her appear as something she's not. Other than that, I have nothing.

Character: Draco Malfoy
Basic personality: a complete prick, almost hellbent on getting back home. He's got an incredibly short temper, is far too quick to judge, and has very few redeeming qualities; however, he can be incredibly charming when he truly wants to be.
What I'm looking for from CR: anything and everything. He has almost no positive CR, and very little that he wants to continue interacting with.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: he's still working towards eventually getting his magic back permanently, rather than just in the Arenas.

Basic personality: Derpy first game version where he's all heroic, but in WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over his head.
What I'm looking for from CR: Allies, enemies aw screw it... EVERYTHING!

Hm, Can't think of anything more than Chris punching Wesker in the face for existing. That is once he gets past the OMFG Mouth Tentacles So Gross!

Character: Neeshka
Basic personality: Cheerful rogue, who likes to steal things, rationalize, and couunt her monies. Also really kind of eager to please, and if you're nice to her, might latch onto you like a barnacle. She's outwardly confident and inwardly really kind of a mess, given she's spent her whole life being chased away from people.
What I'm looking for from CR: Friends, enemies, romance, I want it all. She's already got an ally in Wyatt and an enemy in Draco, but thus far everything else has been pretty surface. I need more latching on and bitter rivalry yo! :D
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: She's likely to start stealing in the capitol, particularly once she realizes those funny little cards put her in debt. Anybody who wants to get in on that, or find out about it and lecture her, or whatever: go for it! Just no getting her thrown in jail :P

Character: Richard B. Riddick
Basic personality: A big, broody asshole, pretty much. He's not big on charm unless you like it kind of raunchy, he's got a dirty mouth, and he hates it here. He might act kind of nice to you if you're helpless, innocent, young, or a combination, or if he thinks you can get him something. He hates the Gamemakers with everything he's got.
What I'm looking for from CR: Rebellion plz. And more people to get annoyed with him being an ass.

Basic personality: Happy, flirty, and out going. Right now he's trying to figure out how it feels about everything and how he wants to approach the arena.

As an HMD thing, I would just say that sometimes you mix up homonyms (board instead of bored, things like that) that could probably be caught on a quick reread. I do this all the time too, and it's usually if I'm tagging while absentmindedly doing something else. That's really my only crit, you're great fun to play with so far. Lorne has a lot of personality. I would like to continue building District 1 CR with you!

Basic personality: Twisted cynic with a passion for sweet things and lace.
What I'm looking for from CR: Anything really. Without Tate around she doesn't have any personal enemies, which I wouldn't mind rectifying. I would also like to break through her shell finally. I wouldn't be opposed to a romance either, but that would take some doing.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Just now she's become increasingly fatalistic about the Games but Ariadne may be helping with that and then I'm hoping to get her a little more proactive in her trying to win. Maybe even actually training! :O

Character: Valeria Rushlit
Basic personality: Flighty, attention-obsessed, hedonist.
What I'm looking for from CR: Pretty much anything to shake her up a little, she's stuck in a rut right now, mostly caught up in making the newest Stylist endeavor. Again, would not be opposed to a romance, though she's more the fling type.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Nothing really, I don't think.

Character: Alpha
Basic personality: Manipulative sadist with a less than stable situation in his head.
What I'm looking for from CR: Enemies, victims, allies who quickly become enemies/victims, etc. Would be heavily opposed to a romance! Although I wouldn't object if someone wanted Alpha to try to romance their character for his own nefarious motives.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Him and Grey should be having some interesting interactions concerning his problem with Ballard in his head. Otherwise he's pissed that his loss of control was recorded and televised, and that's about it.

Basic personality: independent, fierce, spunky, snappy, addictive personality, has a dark side. deets here
What I'm looking for from CR: Pretty much anything. I'd love for Cassie to make some more friends, especially people she might be able to team up with for her next Arena. She came in feeling very much ENTIRELY isolated and it lends to her darker tendencies - which she has an internal battle with. Having friends might help.

While I'd love for her to have friends, she herself tends to be a little tentative about new people, and especially now after the first person she met killed her, she's probably going to be standoffish so... If a friend is to be had it would need to be a persistent character, I spose.

Basic personality: The really nice ninja turtle guy who...is killing people left and right! Not that he's actually liking it, mind you...
What I'm looking for from CR: Anything! I do my best to play with as many people as possible ever. Because...why not. |D
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Don is still in an alliance with Eliot in trying to get Momoko and Lottie out of the Games. Also he seems to be having some flashbacks to when he was a monster and it's not sitting well with him. Aaaah halp

Basic personality: Tough, smart, cunning. Gotten a little jaded since winning Arena 2.
What I'm looking for from CR: All the feels. I'd love CR with just about anyone. I feel kind of stuck so anything to light a fire under Max's ass would be great.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Still hoping to get an okay from mod to get Max's transgenic abilities back. Still working the media like a pro. Still being subversive without being openly rebellious, but may step it up.

Basic personality: abrasive, hostile punkass who's secretly terrified and lonely
What I'm looking for from CR: pretty much anything. Now that he's won this arena, I'm going to be having an interesting time keeping him mostly out of trouble. He really needs someone to father/big brother him. I'd also be interested in a romance for him. Might be the only thing that would keep him out of too much trouble.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: He just won this arena. He has no clue how to be a mentor or how to make people like him. Seriously, he's worse at it than Katniss. But, now that he's not fighting for his life anymore, he may mellow a bit, at least around some of the tributes and the other mentors.

Character: Eliot Spencer
Basic personality: charming ex-military career criminal with a bad case of white knight/Robin Hood syndrome
What I'm looking for from CR: pretty much anything, good, bad, anything in between
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: He was forced into prostitution as soon as his brother arrived in Panem and it's starting to take it's toll on him. He asked Anna to make sure he didn't win. He's also very pro-rebellion but hasn't really said anything openly. He's very aware that there's some kind of opposition to the government after the events of Ariadne's coronation and the fact that the tributes are now being brought in from outside Panem. He's said as much to Lindsey and Cruentus. If asked, he would be more than willing to use his "dates" as a means of collecting information that could help the rebellion.

Character: Glinda Upland
Basic personality: Bubbly, bright and magical.
What I'm looking for from CR: Glinda, while no damsel in distress, isn't that strong or smart when it comes to fighting. Someone to teach her how to defend herself without a staff in the arena would be a godsend as well as other people with magical abilities that she can commiserate with. Other than that, any CR is good CR
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: Glinda is a very political woman and ambitious too, while she might not be a backstabber she isn't afraid to use people to her advantage. She isn't the bubbly pretty princess that she seems on the surface.

Definitely loving her and Draco. They should do more cool stuff. And I wouldn't mind pitching Ariadne at her somehow? Maybe to show her that you don't necessarily have to be the biggest or strongest to win the Games.

Character: Dr. Sigma Klim
Basic personality: Refined, intelligent, fatherly (in a distant way).
What I'm looking for from CR: ALL of it Being brand new, I don't know a lot of your characters yet and don't know who Sigma might get along with or not. But Sigma will immediately try and drum up an alliance with someone, preferably someone he thinks is weaker than him. It isn't because he would betray them - he just wants to feel like he's a human being if he fights to protect another person.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character: He's a cyborg, but he'll probably keep that hidden until needed and play up some sort of "tired old man" angle to throw off people who would want to use him for strategy. But he's bad at reading intent...

Jade might be a good ally! She's ultra friendly and still way too trusting for her own good here, so she'd be totally willing to team up. She's not actually weak at all, but she might give that as a first impression with how silly she is and with her tendency towards pacifism and conflict-avoidance?

Character: Eponine Thenardier (from Les Miserables)
Basic personality: She's a streetwise tough cookie, a petty thief and fond of the odd tipple to block out bad memories. She's been mistreated at home, and expects nothing more here, but she tries to stay cheerful. Absolutely determined not to kill, as she doesn't want to be as bad as her Papa's gang and can't understand why everyone doesn't just kill themselves in the arena so they can live in the luxurious Capitol
What I'm looking for from CR: Absolutely everything. Friends, enemies, getting to know people. Whatever you like. I love plotting and new cr.
Upcoming plots or things to note about this character:
Eponine just cannot understand why everyone is fighting to stay alive in the arena. She accepted the concept first time around, as she naturally presumed that if you die there, you stay dead, and she couldn't blame anybody for wanting to live. But now that she knows the dead are resurrected and they can live in luxury in the Capitol, she can't understand it at all. Why suffer in the arena for ages when you can have a quick stab to the throat and wake up surrounded by all the food you could ever eat?
She doesn't like that the Capitol is making people fight to the death, but her selfish reasons are more pressing than 'it's bad to kill innocents'
