Simon Says
Avoxes. Tongueless slaves with little to no control over any aspect of their lives. They hear a command and it must be followed. Avoxing is the Capitol's method of dealing with its Criminals. No one sheds a tear over a murderer or traitor being Avoxed. And once Avoxed, a person is no longer a person. While the rare Capitolite has attempted to bring their personal Avox with them to assist with carrying luggage, most Avoxes have been left behind, most likely to die unceremoniously in the set up traps left within the city. With just over 40,000 Avoxes in the city what would it mean for the rebels to give a command to... all of them.

With much hacking work to penetrate the City's technological defences by Punchy, and Linden, the airways open to that of former Avox, Cecil Palmer. The order is out. Any Avox within listening distance of a speaker system has now been commanded to destroy the Capitol, escape, cause as much chaos as possible.

Goodnight, Panem. Goodnight...

Pods & Traps
Dreamcatchers
It's said that nightmares will fall into the strings of Dreamcatchers, doomed to be caught and contained within the beads strung therein. But what happens when the nightmare takes you with it? This, the Capitol has decided to find out. All over the city, where the buildings cluster and circle in any space, Dreamcatcher traps have been set. Walls go up, closing Victims into the small space as a tar black as void rushes out to fill the area. Step wrong, and the wire traps will catch you. Move to slow, and you may find the tar taking you under. Should you fail to avoid both, your allies will have great pleasure of watching your tar-coated body shatter like glass, in a hundred pieces, as the boiling tar solidifies quickly.

Muttations
Needlewings
Modelled to look like common songbirds, these creatures might seem harmless at first, if not a little unnerving for how many cluster together in trees and on the edges of buildings. However, their name comes from the rows of needle-like teeth hidden behind each beak. Once a target has been singled out, they swarm as group with unrelenting focus, using their teeth to tear away flesh and leave the bones picked clean. In underground places are similar creatures, distinctly more batlike but nevertheless the same.

HOW THIS WORKS: Thank to the Games Insurance plan, everyone, even 4th wall-ers have 200 points. Getting rolled before the eighth round halts progress regardless, but HOW that progress is halted depends on if you're willing to pay up the points! This is all based on the war motives you supplied last week. If you pay forward, your result will be the one in brackets. If not, you take what you get! Once the character's progress has been halted, you are free to have them "escape" capture or heal their injury soon after and continue participating. Your endgame can be whatever you wish to make it!

If you contributed to the Games Insurance plan, your character gets one free hideout and one of any of the other items available for purchase.

Sponsorship Programme.
By our [always accurate and never at all leaked from inside sources] calculations, the above war survivors are presently at the most risk of death. If not sponsored by the end of the week, these survivors will find that status a lot more difficult to retain. Any and all of those wishing to offer aid must be willing to gamble. 200 Credits isn't too much to turn threats the other way, now is it?

Any Rebels or Capitolites who don't get aid in time?

Sorry. We tried.

We would like to remind you however, that saving someone from the dark grip of death isn't the only thing people can offer. Around the city, items can be found. Get these items while you can. There may not be anything to scavenge them later.
