A Bloody Valentine: Capitol plot!

On February 11th there will be an opportunity for all Capitol-soldiers to preform what may one of the last acts of rebellion they can. If they are signed up OOCly, they will be involved in one of the most story important plots to date. This plot will be taking place ICly during a dance auction on Valentines day. Soldiers will use this as a distraction to temporarily slip away and investigate one of the facilities that have been spray painted with "You are playing with fire" since the beginning of the quarter quell. This plot WILL involve a fairly significant amount of gore and body horror, so be aware of that if you choose to sign up.

A small number will be chosen to preform this investigation. They will receive a message passed along from the rebel side detailing the task and they will then need to send a note back. They will have a chance to find a number of clues. If all clues are found before February 18th at midnight EST, the Tributes will get away with it. If they are not, the Tributes will be caught!

All others on the Capitol side will get to have fun with the dance auction instead! You do not need to sign up for the dance auction. You MUST sign up here for the Mission though.

Nope! Anyone currently in the Capitol may participate and sign up save those who are legitimately pro-capitol and would therefore not receive a message.

You can assume he will pass it to whomever he deems appropriate. At least two people would be best for each of the six passing out this message. That covers all 12 signed up.
