Volunteers Needed!

We need volunteers for a plot coming next month. This plot is super important to endgame reveals. What we need is for characters on the District 13 side currently working as soldiers to pass along a message to Captiol-soldiers with secret rebellion sympathies.

The Capitol-soldier receiving this message must be someone willing and able to spread this message to other Capitol soldiers before the plot goes down. This way, multiple characters will be able to participate in said plot.

State here with your character and their alliance (rebellion or capitol) if you would like your character to be a candidate for this.

This message must be passed during the District Liberation(s) coming this Monday.

Wrong account, but can I sign Alain up for this? (Rebellion)

By Capitol solders, do you mean that they have to be there on the battlefield? Or just in the Capitol in general? Phi is a noncombatant, but on the Capitol side with Rebellion sympathies (thanks Sigma); and I'd like to sign her up if there's a position for her.

They must be on the battlefield to receive the initial message, sorry. They can, however, have this message passed to them by the Capitol soldier(s) with this info. Alternately, if someone would write a letter to phi containing the information and have this passed to her, this is also doable.

I don't know for sure which side Shepard will be on, depending on the timing of this plot, but I still want to volunteer her.

Altaïr would like to receive this message! He is currently being held in isolation by the Capitol, but he believes the select few people he's been talking to are rebels and is prepared to carry out missions for them. I plan to reveal this to him sometime in the future, to his dismay.
