*Reminder, Panem Natives and Allied Capitol Soldiers do not get shuffled unless except upon request in the Status section. They can however be rolled for injury if a Panem Native, or death and injury if Allied. Non-soldiers as marked here also do not get shuffled and will require notice to become a soldier or be shuffled in some other event.

War is taxing on the mind, body, and world around. But with the resources and hard work, you can save a life, a District, or at the very least pass a letter and gather up a nice dinner. But mind, there are some things you just can't do alone...

Sheen's time in the arena leant to a pro-Capitol show. This will affect the morale of the people and the Peacekeepers.

Please note that former Capitol Soldiers shuffled onto District 13's side will be at least temporarily imprisoned. It is handwaved so you can assume them let out on a sort of parole or detained at your discretion. Icly, it will be based on what value they have to the District, who's vouching for them, and what excuse they have for serving the Capitol.

Powers are not available this mission.

PG is going to be receiving people that are seized or safe for D13, and he might have an open for this! He along with Foxy and Alby by his side, is going to help Joan in the home front while she's a field doctor

Sinclair Is available for Capitol plotting and he'll have his own open to catch up on the war effort! He's realizing that the Capitol isn't as sturdy as they made themselves out to be.

Altair will be captured by the Capitol, but he may be isolated away from others in the Detainment Center for reasons: He should wake up and be fooled into thinking he's gotten away and is working for the rebels. I would like someone to pretend to be a rebel and give him missions in future to fight/kill supposedly "Capitol-allied" people. In reality, the targets are rebels.

The contents of the missions can be handwaved, i'm just looking for some devious CR. Anyone loyal enough to the Capitol could do the hand-off of information/set his mind at ease. ETA: This could also have to do with the mission over here.

Sorry for the forever late reply, but it's been discussed and this would be perfectly fine! The cost of smuggling some kind of small item like that would be 75 credits!
