*Reminder, Panem Natives and Allied Capitol Soldiers do not get shuffled unless except upon request here. They can however be rolled for injury if a Panem Native, or death and injury if Allied. Non-soldiers as marked here also do not get shuffled and will require notice to become a soldier or be shuffled in some other event.

War is taxing on the mind, body, and world around. But with the resources and hardwork, you can save a life, a District, or at the very least pass a letter and gather up a nice dinner. But mind, there are some things you just can't do alone...

Char's time in the arena leant to a pro-rebel show. This will affect the morale of the people and the Peacekeepers.

Please not that former Capitol Soldiers shuffled onto District 13's side will be at least temporarily imprisoned. It is handwaved so you can assume them let out on a sort of parole or detained at your discretion. Icly, it will be based on what value they have to the District, who's vouching for them, and what excuse they have for serving the Capitol.

Signless has been rolled to get captured by D13 this week and I want him to go with a bang! He's been brainwashed (only to level 1) and so will attack Rebel-aligned characters whether he likes it or not. If you'd like him to get in a scrap with your character (or kill them! Please let Troll Jesus do a murder) please let me know, as it's something I'd really like to do now since I don't know if/when he'll get shuffled back into the Capitol.

So Initiate's whole redemption arc comes down to Terezi saying "let me talk things through instead of you just murdering shit to solve problems" and also overcoming his fear of loss/betrayal. Now here we are, Terezi dying and him having no knowing as to whether she'll be revived but heavily assuming not. ON TOP OF THIS losing a quad like that will most probably send him into a blind berserker rage so he won't actually be paying attention to who's on his side.

TL;DR murder clowns gonna murder. There will be rage and brutal violence, should I get any takers (otherwise I will handwave some poor peacekeepers and rebels and civies). \o/ It'll be everything short of scream because mute haha.

Following that there will prolly be some gross corpse hoarding and imprisonment in D13.

PRIOR to this all, Initiate's not actually over following orders so if he's caught before Ragepocalypse, people can tell him to do whatever they want him to. So. What do you want him to do?

I am considering what mission to do and while it maybe makes more sense for the spark mission (even tho he's got no power to help here), I think I wanna do Canary or just battlefielding. I'll decide eventually. :V

A thought for Wesker, whom I've signed up to be "assisting" the Capitol with rounding up and slowing the evacuations.

What if... he let some folks slip through? Like folks he could easily put down with nary a thought, but he doesn't. Would anyone be interested in witnessing that? Especially on the rebel side?

Karkat | Rebellion

Karkat hasn't been rolled for anything this week, but if people would like to run into him/have some conflict, I'm up for it! He'll be making it back safely to D13 in any case.

Namely, he's going to be focused on trying to get the people safe. If/when he has to fight his focus will be on disabling/injuring rather than killing if at all possible--the last arena left him too rattled to go straight for something that brutal. I'd love it if he could run into friends/allies who got stuck on the Capitol side.

I also really want to do something with him finding his sign chalked up. He wasn't expecting that, and it's going to be a big, positive motivator for him! Would anyone like to do something particular with it?

Jet

Jet will be facing his fears stupid going into the mines to blow up some peacekeepers and then trying to take Initiate down before he hurts anyone and failing :c He'll see some injury from one or both, but only mild scratches or bruises.

Terezi Pyrope

So Terezi is dying in this battle! If someone would like to kill her, let me know! They may or may not have to deal with Initiate flipping his shit as well, depending on the circumstances. That thread is over here if you want to take a look!

I would really like someone who is willing to at least be injured, if not die!

Hannah - Rebellion

OKAY so with keeping initiate in his interpersonal issues on the battlefield, I'll be having Hannah on Mario Kart the Canary mission. I look forward to her being totally ruthless and incapable of caring about the people she buries. People are free to side-eyed.

So I have yet to decide exactly where I'm throwing Nitou, but oops, he's brainwashed right now. And troublingly so! Because he's going to be kind of glazed over and not nearly as mouthy as usual, and this is your brain on level 2, kids.

Haruto Soma

I've got Haruto wide open for all sorts of stuff. He's got an encounter with a brainwashed Nitou happening early on, and I'm thinking about sending him into the canary-in-the-coal-mine stuff, but beyond that, I'm open to suggestions! Someone need rescuing? Someone to intervene in a fight? Anything?

Luna | Rebellion

Luna's not rolled this week, but she'll be around for the injured for the various rebel soldiers in this week's action. Get caught in an explosion? Met the business end of someone's weapon? Luna's your gal.

She also makes a decent target for any opportunistic Capitol soldiers who'd be willing (or brainwashed enough) to shoot a medic! In the case that someone does attempt to shoot this particular medic it'd also be neat to have a hero(ine) somewhere to rescue her, or else she can just stab someone with a dose of anesthesia basically canon and/or run away.

Commander Shepard (needs to die) | Capitol

Shepard got rolled for death, so if anyone would like to be involved in that, we can plot about it here or on plurk (micabean) or on aim (failmica).

If you'd like Shepard to be involved in the battle with your character as well, that would be fun too. I'm having a lot of connection issues with my wireless right now, so it's difficult to get pages to load, but I might sign her up for the "stop people from collapsing the mines" mission, if that's even an option from the Capitol side of the fight.

James Sunderland | Recovered by the Capitol // Ellis and the Rebellion

James is getting captured by the Capitol so if anyone is up for stealing him away or killing him and sent to the Capitol, have at this clusterfuck of issues!

Ellis is signed up for the Evacuation efforts and will be teaming up with Jeremy Fitzgerald to help people out...only to have Rabbit killed in front of him. He'll be making the run to D13 after this so if anyone wants to yank this broken puppy out of there, feel free!

Wanna die (or get injured)? Wanna die (or get injured) all cool-like? Molotov is your homegirl.

This shit is her bread and butter, and she's hyped. Like, she fucking loves warfare and battle and just wrecking shit. She is a super accomplished sniper, and therefore practically jumped at the chance to work that mission, so she will be up on the rooftops, reindeer pause, here comes good ol' Molotov to blow your head right off.

Also she has grenades! These are more for causing chaos and forcing evacuees off-track than for flat-out killing, but they can definitely cause some pretty nasty collateral damage.

Is your character a non-soldier looking to take on a role in battle, becoming part of the shuffle again, or vice-versa? Did your Capitol Allied character get rolled with a "Safe ✘" and you want that to become a proper "Recovery/Seize"? Perhaps your character wasn't rolled for death (or recieved an "Injury ✘" if a Panem Native) and you want them to die anyway. Whatever the case, come talk to us here!
