Welcome to our game-wide plotting meme! This is a place to brainstorm, bounce ideas off of each other, and plan anything you'd like, plot wise. The sole purpose is to foster connection between players and create fun times, so go forth and make a friend! Or an enemy, if that's your jam! And remember that getting all new CR is always a plus!

Now you may be asking yourself, how does this work? It's super easy! Start out by filling out this handy little form and then comment around to generate new CR and plots!

Altair & Psii, psychics who make great life decisions

Character: Altaïr ibn La-Ahad
Current Allegiance: Rebellion
Current or Ideal Role: ASSASSIN soldier/spy
Basic personality: Disciplined but inquisitive, even impatient and rude. Struggling for inner peace. Low bullshit tolerance. Forbidden to talk about his profession. Actually starved for friendship and affection, but will never admit it, which makes him awkward.
What has happened to them recently?: Arrogant Kung Fu Guy is currently having an Existential Crisis about his Creed. Still feels bad about killing Jack Sparrow a few arenas back, and also not being able to protect the District kids who were reaped. Does NOT feel bad about attempting to beat up Stephen Reagan for information and getting a traitor's cuff before the mini-arena. Reconsidering what it is he is fighting for (freedom and peace) and how to go about it. Prefers not to take Capitol or D13's side in this conflict, more concerned for the people of the Districts. Wishes he didn't have to live underground because playing on rooftops is his favorite thing ever.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Plays off more extroverted characters well (someone to pester him) as well as cultivates friendly rivalries. Needs sparring partners, book friends, drawing friends, and someone to teach him technology (he's from the 12th century and typing is so, so painful). He realizes he is the only Assassin here and should carry on their philosophy of free will, but he doesn't know how to make friends recruit trusted people of all skillsets to help. Also, one of his possible kill targets, Plutarch Heavensbee, is actually on the rebel side. It's classified information, but i think it might be fun for him to find out eventually before he makes a terrible mistake. Or maybe not!

Character: The Ψiioniic biiowiired
Current Allegiance: Rebellion
Current or Ideal Role: Hacker (but he could be a soldier, i mean look at those teeth! or if he gets powers back down the line)
Basic personality: Swings from self-confident talkativeness to self-depreciating moods. Very frank and crass. Paranoid yet dangerously self-sacrificing, part of his survivor's guilt. Is ok with violence as a concept, but can't stand systematic oppression. Has Seen Some Shit.
What has happened to them recently?: Still feels super bad for failing to protect the kids, especially D9's. Feels extra bad for going insane via the mask in the arena and killing Daryl Dixon (i think). Feels SUPER EXTRA BAD for failing to save his friends Signless and Roland in the train raid (and Shepard too he guesses).
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He will jump on the computer while in D13, in an effort to find his friends. He's been doing some hacking while a Tribute (he and Tony were responsible for the last several hacker posts before Tony's execution), so he may be working with Diode Dickson more directly again. However, he's actually kind of super mad at D13 for leaving his friends behind in the raid! He will not take kindly to their rigid schedules, they remind him of being a slave. He may be a bit testy nowadays, but trolls thrive on negative CR and call it friendship too.

I'd like CR with both of you guys! Albert could hit it off with Altair on an intellectual level I think, and potentially bond over artistic pursuits. Albert's a composer and artist, but also a soldier with specialized skills and the ability to teach some tech stuff. He's more introverted but will go out of his way to engage someone looking lost. He's a combat instructor too, especially for firearms, so there's that avenue as well.

For Psii, I think something borderline negative could be fun since Psii is so mad at 13 but Albert is currently on their side. He has the same feeling about living underground with the rigid schedule though, since in his canon he was held in a similar facility when originally remodeled into a cyborg. Could lead the negative into positive should it come up.

He could catch Altair stealing pens lmfao! He'd be training, except he's been training extra hard and nothing has come out of it but bad decisions, and he's really just so lost...

I already have an open for Psii basically yelling about his friends like a crazy person here. Could that possibly work?

Altair will sigh and want to train him to be better at stealth haha! I'm not really sure of the structure of the stealth portion of their schedule, but hopefully they have time to work in the facility/gym on their own... He may also ask about PG's motivations in this war, now that they're not being constantly monitored (he hopes).

lmao i was about to reply to yours! I would be super excited for all of that. Altair doesn't even know robots are a thing, won't that be a shocker! But he is super big on free will and will tell her so. Perhaps they can meet while he's struggling with the computer classroom during lunch?

Altair wants sparring partners? How about thousands of warriors stuck in one body? They could also probably talk ethics until the cows come home.

We could set up a sparring thread in D13, but i might be slow to tag it until the other thread gets more headway. I want to see how their first conversation goes, just in case Altair gets flighty. He occasionally acts like a hissy cat when his super secret assassin order of secretness is involved, and Ermac already outed him as a ninja type. (The punishment for compromising the Brotherhood was usually death lmao.) Basically, he needs to trust Ermac a little before staying up into the wee hours chatting. If so, then Altair is down for debating philosophy after or even during sparring too.

Poor Altair! Ermac's not going to let the whole "ninja" thing go. Ever. Because look at the ninja he's used to dealing with; "subtlety" just isn't in their vocabulary.

SO. PSII. These two gotta deal with the whole, wow they are in D13 now together, and Signless is gone, and also the clown is actually HERE now, sweet jegus. Karkat does care about Psii despite everything and would protect him if it came to it, but I am sure things are bound to be rocky in the meanwhile.

My current plan is to tag your open log with Psii being super sorry about not saving Signless and basically he is a piece of shit bee uncle who doesn't deserve friends he can't protect, but Karkat can totally sneak into his block if he wakes up scared of clowns, he won't judge you (much) because everything is just awful.

SO. YES. Do you have a preference for when they meet? Upon arrival, the next day? Before seeing Initiate, after? Does it make a difference? For Psii's part, he'll probably not sleep the first day and be extra neurotic and glued to a hacking terminal, if they let him.

Uhhh hmhm. I don't know how the Initiate thread will turn out (bad, surely, but bad in what way?), so if you just want to go ahead and start a thing, before would work. If you don't mind waiting until I have a better idea of how things will go, though, we could potentially do after.
