The Tribute Parade Final Decisions & Caesar Flickerman Show Sign-Ups!

It's time to put down the final decisions for Chariot designs, and further, sign up for an interview! Please see your character's District and put down the outfit design and chariot pairs you've all agreed on! Remember this is your final decision and the one that will be voted on by the Game. Voting will go up once everyone has put down what they've agreed upon by the 26th. If nothing is agreed upon your District will automatically lose the contest.

For Districts, someone on the team will need to fill out the following:

Secondly! If you are looking to have your character ICly interviewed by Caesar or one of his guest hosts you will need to sign up here! Be sure to fill out the included information before the 31st! If you do not wish to have your character interviewed or happen to miss the sign ups, your character's interview will be handwaved. Interviews will be for current Tributes only.

Outfits: Bayard and Sandy will be wearing iridescent black and grey outfits - Bayard in a suit with glowing red seams on the lapels and up the sides of his trousers (black shirt and trousers, red-lined grey waistcoat), and Sandy in a knee-length grey/red-lined pinafore over iridescent black stockings and long-sleeved shirt, both with glowing red seams. Their chariot will be simple, angular, and black, but as the circuit progresses, lights will come on across the sides, first as thin red seams, then increasing until at the end of the parade they are glowing mostly in reds and golds (mimicking smouldering coal)

Ermac and Adella will both be in tight, asymmetric bodysuits of angled black fabric, designed to glimmer in moving light. These suits will be sleeveless, and fairly low-cut. Both will be given black leather collars, with red enamelled decoration, and jewellery made up of chains winding up their arms, to symbolise their obedience. Their chariot, made to imitate a mining cart, will have the floor inlaid with warm-toned lighting, so they will be lit from beneath and their clothes and jewellery catch the light.

Pictures may be forthcoming, if I have time.
Partners: Bayard and Sandy, followed by Ermac and Adella
Attitudes: The kids are encouraged to wave and be friendly to the crowd (which will also show off their outfits), while the adults stay calm and still as they ride. All four should kneel and/or bow to Snow, and in the interviews, Beck, at least, is encouraging them just to be themselves. You know. Non-seditiously.
