I actually did check into the activity check but it was on my phone while in work so it is possible it never went through

The Games activity check requires that Tributes give a proof of activity. As you failed to do this within the given time, despite being responded to with instruction, it indicates to the mods that you did not read and follow repeated instructions, resulting in Anders being swept from the game for lack of AC being properly submitted.
