Reiko
District and/or job: District 13 - tactician, soldier, combat instructor (once they let him).
Basic personality: Generally friendly but acts more paternally towards anyone who is (or acts) in their twenties or younger. Very pro Rebellion, but on the terms of the Tributes and won't entertain plans to explicitly sacrifice a few for the many. He's fiercely loyal to his friends and family, especially his husband, and still remains a pseudo-intellectual who knows a little about a great many things and a lot about a few very specific subjects. Its just hard to figure out which things fall into each category.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena/District 13: He's still somewhat exhausted from the dream plot but generally doing a lot better now that certain people are out of immediate Capitol control. He made something of an emotional breakthrough during the dream plot, facing certain issues and admitting that perhaps he needs some professional help to get past a certain hurdle in his recovery from events. In general he can be found going through the day-to-day in Thirteen. He never complains about janitorial work, nor does he take combat training less than seriously
even though he was doing this before most of you kids were born, gosh.Something rather big he's been working on though is getting the off-worlders a bit more organized among themselves. He wants them to have a better hand in dealing with getting what they need from Thirteen instead of simply being tools for Thirteen's use, and he's very adamant that this be done peacefully. They don't have the resources to fight about it. He also doesn't want to lead this group in the slightest, and fully intends just to organize and slough the rest onto someone more used to being in the limelight.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I've got a few things planned with people concerning Avox rehabilitation, therapy for himself, and generally fluffyness with Jet, but I'd also like some other varied CR, perhaps about the union or anything else. Hit me up, I'm open to making all kinds of things work!
Lysoke
District and/or job: 13 | Soldier, Pilot
Basic personality: Angry and reckless, but also laid-back and filled with a light-heartedness he uses to keep the people around him afloat. He's 86 and acts somewhere between 16 and 75 and is fiercely loyal to his friends and family.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the public eye, Jet's been slowly succumbing to insanity and at the end of the last arena, he died and went to 13
to bang his husbandto join the rebellion. Recently he got most of his family back in 13 so he's pretty pleased about that.Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Jet's going to start his piloting classes and will be focusing on making sure the mental health of his family is still good now that they're away from the Capitol. Jet's good for bringing people out of slumps or distracting them from their problems if that's needed. On his own side of things, he's slowly accepting he's probably not as with it as he'd been before if not straight up crazy, but he's figuring out he can still do what's important to him and take care of others even if he needs to watch for his own care as well.
As for the rebellion, he has no strong opinions on 13 himself other than accepting they're their allies and they really don't have any of those. He finds the structure suffocating, but he's also a military man and accepts it's necessity. He is, however, firmly on the side of the off-world tributes and not even the 13ers or districters, but as long as they're all against the Capitol and Snow, he won't point out and distinction between the three groups.
Character: Bucky Barnes (Panem)
District and/or job: 13 | Tribute Liasion, Head of Propaganda and combat training, part of the Defense administration and a mission runner
Basic personality: Stoic with fleeting bursts of a sense of humor. He cares a lot about those around him and it often shows in his tendency to be a motherhen at people, but he's a workaholic and will dedicate whatever time he's got to working on something.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: A lot, actually. The dream event gave him a the tools and building blocks to start letting go of his past actions and the final steps to begin the process of getting closure from losing Panem!Steve and moving on from that. Then he kind of sunk a bit of the first part to reach the fulfillment of the second part by running a solo mission into the Capitol to torture, maim and kill a couple Capitolites for information about what happened to Panem!Steve, although this is only known to Sam, Initiate and MCU!Bucky who he accidentally brought back like stray puppies.
He's currently sitting in some seriously hot water for doing that, although not as bad as he could be since he wasn't identified. He's lost some of his privileges for it and even some of the projects he'd been working on (though not his positions) and he's been given an 'aide' who's really just there to spy on him and also pick up the odds and ends of his job that he used to fuel his workaholic tendencies.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Bucky's slowly beginning to lose his faith in 13 and it's starting to show in certain places and the fact he's making friends with the off-worlders (and Hannah) is only helping to push him away from his previous status of 'Married to his work.'
They're separated and contemplating divorceno subject
District and/or job: District 2 / giving tours to kids of the art history museum or something
Basic personality: - emotionally resilient and a pragmatic leader-type in touch with his humanity, so he's not the sort to kill unless there's no choice
- a softie on the inside and a legit nice guy
- full of loneliness and survivor's guilt, but he's a chronic emotion bottler
-
loves dogsWhat has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: In the last arena, Luke beat in Nick's head with a rock. He was later caught under rubble when the castle ceiling collapse on him, Clem, and Jane, and Rochelle had to put them down to keep them from turning. There may or may not be a bit of tension between him and other zombros (Rick and Daryl) based on how an ongoing arena log goes. In general, folks watching the arenas can expect to find Luke keeping close to friends and allies. He's good at scavenging, and like other survivors, resourceful and used to going hungry.
Outside the arenas, Luke has steadily gotten closer to Rochelle and they're just trying to figure things out all cautious-like. He's had a heavy-but-necessary conversation with Nick, and as of recently, an expose full of lies went up.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Nothing upcoming, but I like the idea of some folks buying into/questioning some of the crap Luke's expose. Luke's open to making more allies and strengthening current ties that he has.

Erin
District and/or job: District 8 Tribute
Basic personality: Firo strives to be what he considers a proper Camorrista (think Mafia, though he'll snap to hear them conflated) at the cost of being a proper human being. He loves his adopted family more than life itself and gives the same to his friends. While he can be friendly on the surface and sweet to those who know him well, he tends to be sarcastic and overly touchy as well. Despite his firm belief that he's an adult, he's childishly stubborn and pretty darn ignorant. His anger comes quickly and violently, but he's been slowly learning that punching isn't always the answer.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: In the Arenas, he's been avoiding confrontations in favor of trying (with varying levels of helpfulness) to help out his friends.
In the Capitol, he tries to steer clear of the parties he can avoid and tends to stand around looking uncomfortable during those he can't. He's been exploring the Capitol a bit more, but his 1930s mind is still blown by much of the place. Since the credit changes, he's been quietly supporting himself through careful gambling.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He's not shy at all about being a gangster and is only somewhat more discrete about his imprisonment before coming to the Capitol, so I'd love to do anything with those things--fellow shady people, people who will frown, people who like gangster movies, anything. If any characters are interested, he's always up for sparring/teaching knife fighting or just a friendly card game.
I think it might be interesting for him to meet some more sympathetic Capitolites and Districters so he has to question his view of them.
Character: China Sorrows
District and/or job: District 11 Escort
Basic personality: The quintessential wolf in classy sheep's clothing. China plays at being a kind and sweet person who has something nice to say about everyone--especially those people who may be useful. Underneath the sugar, she cares only for her own gain and will mock and snark behind the backs of the very people she flatters. While she can form attachments with people she thinks are on her level (those who can see through her crap and are willing to talk back to her) or those who fascinate her, she has trouble seeing people as friends.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: She's been mostly focusing on keeping up with Sponsors for her Tributes, but has also been retreating to her library sometimes. She spends a lot of time around the Tribute Center and the nicer establishments, typically parking herself in an area where she can watch people.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love for her to get to know some other nasty types so they can either clash or commiserate! If anyone wants negative CR, she can be good for that if they're the type to find out what kind of person she is. Friends who don't know/don't care could be interesting too! But, really, I'm psyched for all CR.
Additionally, she loves inviting people to her library, so any other bookish characters would be cool.

District and/or job: D11 Tribute
Basic personality: Very closed off and mistrustful, but desperate for affection and prone to making impulsive snap decisions. Angry like 99% of the time, but very protective of anyone who hasn't shown themselves to be an enemy, and caring in a ham-fisted and awkward sort of way. Functionally incapable of opening up fully, and spends most of his time walking a fine line between honesty and lies of omission. Really unimpressed with the Capitol but empathetic enough to the Districts he probably wouldn't bail out in a hurry if given the choice between going home and fighting for them. He's also pretending to be a lot less assassin-y than he is, so he's mostly trying to project the image of being an open and relatively simple soldier type person, and hide the fact that most of his life has revolved around quiet work and intrigue.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Still more or less feeling his way around the Capitol, and hasn't yet been in the Arena; spending most of his time training, working or in the library. Or being very bitter about being in the Tribute Youth Program because he is EIGHTEEN HE IS AN ADULT DAMMIT. He's trying to scout out the Capitol's weak spots but he's very set back in that because he's too far behind the Capitol technologically to really have any idea of when he might be able to get away with stuff, so he can't really cut loose on the stealth business.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Could really use some allies to draw him into more active resistance, but generally speaking just. CR. all of it. I would also really like someone to clash with him, because he can be really vindictive and fighty.
no subject
She tries to be non-confrontational, but she's very Capitol on the inside, so she could provide eventual opportunities for a clash as well.

Froda
District and/or job: D8 - zombie survival dad
Basic personality: Asshole. Gruff, not interested in being your friend, just wants to be left the hell alone. Gets along with only a very few people.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Didn't do too much in the last arena - he lasted a while, stubbornly refused to abandon Tess and generally didn't draw much attention to himself. That's pretty much been his MO since Ellie left, though recently his Escorts and Stylists have been trying to get him out a bit more to attract some sponsors.
Out of the arenas, mostly keeps to himself, or with Tess or Shepard, cooks a lot in the D8 kitchen, grudgingly attends only the parties he's forced into.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He'll be in the mini-arena, for the first day, anyway. Expect him to get vicious in the next arena - basically he's had it with this place and he's had it with all of you and if these assholes want a show, by God, he will give them a show. Basically I want him to kill more people, get into more fights, make more enemies. Maybe even a few friends? That's tough to do but if you have someone you'd like to try for positive CR with, let me know!
Character: Cullen Rutherford
District and/or job: district 2, army commander.
Basic personality: A do-gooder atoning for past sins. Just trying to get back to Thedas so they can save the world. Completely infatuated with his boss, who is also here. He's civil to most, but watch out because if you offend him he can be scary.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Most recently, during the dream event, Cullen spent some time reliving past traumas and experiencing his version of paradise. And talking to some of his family members, too. It was a real mixed bag.
His usual activities include: taking Adella on dates, training in the training room (and looking for people who can use a sword to spar with), hatching plans with Tabris and the other DA people for their ~escape~ back home, etc.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Soon will publicly be asking Adella to marry him, along with all the sponsorships that entails.
Re: Froda
I'd also love to shove Merlyn and Joel at each other some time, since they're in the same district. Admittedly, that CR would probably end up with them grumping at each other from opposite sides of the room, but hey.
And idk if we can do anything with it, but I think Beck finds Cullen and Adella adorable. Bless them.

District and/or job: District 1, Tribute and Professional Troll
Basic personality: Friendly but a little condescending, especially when it comes to anyone who might have strong Capitol loyalty. She can be excitable and sometimes gets ahead of herself.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: As of late, she has a lot of personal stuff going on, with her boyfriend becoming an Escort, and of course school and trying to get sponsors for both in and out of the Arena. She got pretty far in the last full Arena, though she's mostly over that, and the Mini-Arena loss is going to be tough for her, although she's trying to keep her chin up. She has a lot of irons in the fire, because she no longer has her semi-omniscient Eldritch mother to tell her what the future holds, so she's trying to make sure she has a lot of options open to her. It involves mostly a lot of brown-nosing towards the Capitol, most notably in her recent post urging her fellow Tributes to get jobs and be productive.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She's put in her petition for citizenship, other than that I'd like for her to get more Capitol CR in general, or even negative Tribute CR for those who don't know her real alignment.
Character: Trish Whitworth
District and/or job: Stylist, District 6
Basic personality: Depends on the time of day and the alignment of the stars. She likes to ruffle feathers, but she can play nice. She's a little friendlier with Capitol folk, though it depends both on how much she likes them and how likely they are to know her brother. It's hard to really get on her bad side, at least; she would rather walk away than get into any real conflict.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Her district has dwindled by at least half since she started, so she's down half the work! Which means mostly she's been hanging around and probably being a general lump.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm down for anything. I haven't had much chance to get her out and about since I hiatused not too long after I apped, any CR is welcome-- positive, negative, Capitol, Tributes.
no subject
Also Trish and Beck could maybe have Stylist bonding time, idk? Thoughts?

Jormy
District and/or job: District 12 Stylist
Basic personality: Protective, loyal, and very outgoing and generous, but also kind of bad with boundaries. Very sexual and flirtatious, especially with women. No real affiliation with the Panem government, but is very tightly tied to the people of the Capitol, so despite her sympathy for Tributes and Avoxes, she's definitely anti-rebellion.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Spending a lot of time in her office, designing, and a fair amount of time stocking up the D12 kitchen for her Tributes. She's also stressing more than a little about her relationship with Emily, which mostly shows in her increasing exercise - both out running and in the gym. She will be spending some time in clubs, but not too much, and pulling some strings with old clients to try and get sponsorship deals for her Tributes.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would honestly love to have someone really question her political affiliations and closeness with Tributes and (especially) Avoxes.
Character: Alain
District and/or job: District 7, Tribute, currently unemployed and looking for a job.
Basic personality: Empathetic and generous, but also a trained killer. His loyalty is very clearly to Roland. Although he's very honest and fundamentally kind, he's also increasingly impatient with the Capitol, and he has a stubborn, steely core.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Alain has been struggling a lot lately, between his embarrassing loss in the Arena (at Arya and Tom's hands), his failure to save Roland's life in the Arena, and the fallout of the exposé on his life. Mainly, he's been trying to do some research on the Capitol under wraps and clashing with Jason a lot. Because Jason is an arse. He's also been trying, and failing, to find a job, and doing some reading in the library.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I do need to get him a job, honestly. Will work on that shortly. I'd also like some kickback from the exposé in terms of how people view him, and some contact with children and women that might help him figure out where he stands on killing innocents.
Character: Éowyn
District and/or job: District 10, Tribute and stablemaster
Basic personality: Stubborn, angry, and working very hard on trying to pretend compliance. Although she's very brave and willing to turn to violence, she's extremely protective of people she cares for, and struggles with the idea of hurting children. Holds herself quite aloof in a lot of ways, mostly because of cultural differences.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: In the Arena, she wrangled a horse and managed to live off the land until the very end, only killing one person (Bucky). She took a deep wound in that fight, and was burnt to death by Tom later on. She's still reeling from that, from the loss of her castmates, and from the dream plot. She's also been made aware that the Capitol has three copies of the Ring, and is determined to find out where they are kept. The last thing she wants is that kind of power in the Capitol's hands. In general, she's picking herself up from a deep and very bad period of depression. She's hiding her hate for the Capitol fairly well, but not so much her hatred for Tom. What an asshole. Seriously.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would love some CR around her Ring-related concerns (still under the surface at the moment). Anything else would be good too, idk.
Character: Merlyn
District and/or job: District 2, Tribute and tutor/professor
Basic personality: Grumpy old nerd with a heart of gold.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: In and out of the Arena, Merlyn's continued to be unsubtle in his political dissent. In the Arena, this took the form of refusing to fight and wandering around the place knitting instead. In the Capitol, his loud arguing with the powers that be has been reduced somewhat as he spends time on tutoring, but he's still doing it. He can often be found around the place, either knitting or teaching or both. The sparrow in his beard is a fledgeling now, and flies around the place a lot. Under the covers at night, he's been working on something (it's a political dissertation of the reformation of the Panem government)
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm actually looking at getting Merlyn either killed or Avoxed in the next cycle, depending on what people want to do. Possible catalysts I've considered have included: arguing with Snow directly again, distributing seditious literature, having his political writing discovered, and actively attempting to break Avox programming. Would love to hear people's thoughts on the matter, and have any related CR. Also, I want that knitting club to happen before it's too late!

District and/or job: Peacekeeper and D10 Victor
Basic personality: Backstabbing villainous douchebag with an affinity for plants, very little sense of remorse, and an eye on the long game.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Tom will be dying rather quickly in the mini-Arena at his Districtmates' hands, and he's just won the Arena before that. He volunteered for this one because he wanted to make a good-faith gesture to Arya about wanting to protect her, but Molotov won't be pleased and so they'll be fighting. He's a competent Mentor who could be found in the training center, District Ten with Molotov, Peacekeeper HQ or on the roof garden being a botany nerd.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I want to set up some CR with the other Peacekeepers soon. Tom's trying to get ahold of information that would make him invaluable if the tides turns and the Rebels won. Anyone interested in helping me do that? Also any other CR people want - I'm very down for negative CR with him too although I'd love some people having a mutually beneficial business relationship with him.
Character: Jason Compson
District and/or job: D7 Escort
Basic personality: 'Abrasive' is putting it kindly. Jason's a vitriolic manchild who runs the D7 budget with an iron fist, is nasty to just about anyone and has a martyr complex that would make you think he considers himself Jesus.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Jason's mother just died, and he skipped work for a week (pretty rare for him, who only takes sick days when he really needs them) and let his phone die while he refused to process his emotions. He'll be coming back to work and aggressively pretending nothing is wrong soon.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Eventually, Jason's going to get caught embezzling money from the Capitol, so if anyone wants to be involved in that I'm all ears. Also, if you need someone to make your character's life miserable, I'm always on the hunt for negative CR with Jason. If anyone wants to come try and pay condolences about the dead mom thing that could lead to some fun CR too.
Character: Temple Drake-Stevens
District and/or job: D8 Mentor
Basic personality: Sweet, well-intentioned, but basically the reigning queen of shitty, selfish decisions, and dumb as a post. Drinks a lot and sleeps around like it's going out of style.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Temple will be doing the mini-Arena, which will be obscenely traumatizing for her. She will probably respond by alternately withdrawing and then being extremely flashy, partying, drinking, doing fashion stuff, being super friendly, and screwing her way through her Tribute roster.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Dumb Capitolites are my favorite thing. If you want your character to get a taste of what (wannabe) Capitolites are like with someone who's both a sweetheart and a Districter in disguise, let me know. Also, I need her to somehow get in trouble with the Peacekeepers! Any ideas for that?
Character: Punchy
District and/or job: D13
Basic personality: Wannabe hero, mad hacker skills, former Avox, about as smart as a sack of hair, common sense of a ramen noodle.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Punchy's started taking his "I speak for the Avoxes" role extremely seriously, and is going to start trying to organize other D13ers around the idea of liberating them in the Capitol.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I actually have a major plot coming up for him, which will get drafted in a few weeks.
Character: Bayard Sartoris
District and/or job: D12 Tribute
Basic personality: Precious pure cinnamon roll too good for this world. Open-hearted and even-tempered twelve year-old (unfortunately) from the Confederate South and drinking the Kool-Aid. A present and future gentleman.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Bayard's been spending a lot of time trying to tend to Tabris, who's in mourning. Other than that, he's doing the Tribute Youth Program, which he's not very good at, and being dazzled by the technology of the Capitol.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm taking things as they come with Bayard and welcome any and all CR!
Character: Venus Dee Milo
District and/or job: D13 arrivee
Basic personality: Celebrity superheroine undergoing a moral growth spurt. Sweet and loyal and strong, with very little self-esteem, although she's working on that. A follower, not a leader.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: V died early in the last Arena and has been in limbo during my hiatus/figuring things out with her, but will be arriving in D13 shortly.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Someone show her the ropes in D13!

Swattie
District and/or job: District 6 Tribute and former Phone Guy/night shift security guard. Currently jobseeking
Basic personality: Nice, hapless 80's nerd and Freddy Fazbear fanboy who has a penchant for phones and tries to be optimistic through hell and back.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: After making it to the last week in Arena 14, PG was hanged by Wednesday Addams. He's trying to settle into working a 9 to 5 again and he's been looking for jobs in the restaurant businesses, training for the next Arena and generally keeping an eye on the people he cares about. The 4th Wall made Phone Guy confront his past with Bite Victim Jeremy Fitzgerald accusing him of being the murderer, reinforcing his drive to protect children and his friends.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: PG's winning the Mini-Arena so he's going to be overwhelmed by this and the fact that he had to kill a Tribute to get there. His first love is gone and his mentor is too so he's just ???? Any CR who wants to help him through this is welcome! Negative CR is definitely welcomed!
Character: Leonidas Cora
District and/or job: District 2 Coach
Basic personality: Career Blood knight who is slowly mellowing out and bonding with his Tributes, still a jackass though.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13:DISTRICT 2 LOST AGAIN and while this pisses him off to no end, Leo has changed his ways somewhat and is not only seeing Mentors as human beings, this also applies to the Tributes he's worked with. He's started to question the Capitol a lot now...
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He'll be having a District Open post before the Mini-Arena so any CR, whether positive or negative, is welcome. Just remember Leo is a bitter son of a bitch and will be prone to biting humor.
Character: Ellis
District and/or job: D4 Tribute, currently employed as a mechanic
Basic personality: Ever see a Golden Retriever chasing a frisbee? There you go. Optimistic, loyal, can pretty much bounce back from situations, but he has his limits
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: He's decided to give normalcy a shot with getting a job at an autoshop and gone on a date with TWD Nick. He's been training and showing off his fellow D4 Tributes for all the Sponsors he can find as well as talk your ear out about Rochelle's virtues as a reporter.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Given that the Mini-Arena, he'll be looking into rebellion matters and keeping Rochelle and friends safe. He's starting to patch things after Nick the Dick's death...go at him!
Character: James Sunderland
District and/or job: D3 Tribute, Professional Widower, unemployed
Basic personality: The Sullen King of Bad Life Choices in Silent Hill, tries to be more happy than the norm but ultimately plagued by the skeletons in his closet
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: James has been rather quiet as of late, improving his image after being portrayed a total nutcase (not that it was completely untrue), he'll be sitting the Mini Arena out in favor of making more connections in the Capitol. He's pretty neutral about things but he'll be genuinely happy to see Anna be a Victor. He's looking to make new acquaintances and going to therapy in the Capitol. Hilarity ensues.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I want him to snap out of the delusion of ever seeing Mary again and get him to accept in no short order that he did kill her. CR of all kinds is welcome!
Character: Augustus Sinclair
District and/or job: Sponsor
Basic personality: The embodiment of Capitolite and Wall Street culture with one nasty streak towards the old families of Panem
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: He's only started to get a feel of how things are in the Games, and investments are looking good so to speak. Sinclair is well aware that things are not what they seem and while he's a Capitolite through and through, he's in this for himself. His friendship with Swann is one of the few things he holds sincere and he might be taking her on a break while Temple's away.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I want ALL the CR for this greedy bastard, capitol, tribute, positive and negative, Let's be rich bitches together.

eta: I see you also play one of Roland's D4 roomies. Maybe at one point we could play out Ellis showing off his fellow D4 tributes to sponsors, like you said he's been doing? Roland's fairly quiet most of the time, it's entirely possible they haven't really spoken, except maybe occasional comments about what's on TV or at the meals Roland used to make for anyone in D4 who wanted food (before the credit thing happened).

District and/or job: 2
Basic personality: Cold, rude, arrogant, violent and aggressive as hell, the Batter has an almost complete inability to smile and considerable delusions of grandeur. He feels it's his god-given right to purge the world of sin and darkness, and to do that, he has to murder everyone. Simple as that. But the Batter's taken quite positively to the idea of being a tribute and considers it his new divine mission to be an arena victor, whenever that may be. He's not too friendly, but he won't needlessly go on any rampages. Unless the situation calls for it.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: The Batter is highly focused on honing his skills and training to become stronger, so while he will sometimes be out and about exploring the Capitol (and finding all means of entertainment stupid and boring,) for the most part he'll be training, and training, and training some more.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Lucky Batter is involved in the mini arena event! But alas, he meets his end by day two. However, that still leaves all of day one up for plotting, if anyone in the event would like the Batter to come bash their head in, and after the mini arena he'll be on the lookout for sparring partners and coaches to help him get stronger.

Hannah
District and/or job: District 10 Tribute
Basic personality: Headstrong, inquisitive tomboy. Knows how to hold a grudge. Responsible for more deaths than a child her age should be. Inwardly very insecure and currently scared of losing what little family she's found here.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena: Arya survived right to the end of the last Arena, and claimed 3 kills this time round. With Tom and Molotov having petitioned out, it's a real wakeup call to Arya that she isn't just in limbo here but will be stuck here forever, and she's having to really think about growing up and what she wants to make of herself for the first time in a long time. Out of the Arena she attends the Tribute Youth Programme, where she's average in most subjects and terrible at anything creative. She spends a lot of time training, mostly with the sword. She's turned her room into a giant blanket fort and spends a lot of time in there brooding at the moment.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She dies on day 1 in the upcoming mini Arena, and I'd love for her to explore around the Arena before she does so. With her forced to think about growing up, it would be really interesting to have a frank conversation with one of the older women about the changes her body is beginning to go through. I'd also still love for her to have a birthday party thrown for her because the poor girl has missed her last couple of namedays with everything going down both here and at home. CR with other kids would be great. One thing I definitely want is for her to learn a little more about the rebellion, if there's a way of contacting her to recruit her - maybe in the dream plot, idk.
Character: Emily Finch
District and/or job: District 7 Mentor
Basic personality: Introverted, serious, but friendly Victor with PTSD and a ton of guilt about her Games.
What has happened to them recently: Emily has started to date Beck, fuelling much Capitol gossip. She was also the subject of an exposé recounting her Arena recently, and she's found it difficult to have to face that all over again. On top of this, during the dream plot she dreamed about Quintus torturing rioters in her District, and her distrust of the Capitol and its harsh authority is beginning to return to her. She can usually be found in the District Seven suite, where she tends an indoor garden when she's not working, or supervising her Tributes in the training centre proper.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: More pro-Capitol CR, always. My long term plan for Emily is to have her used as propaganda for what a 'good Districter' should be like, and between the exposé and her nightmares she's at a point where she really needs putting back on the Capitol positivity train. The fact that she wasn't reaped for the mini-Arena and other Mentors were will help here, as this could be spun as the Capitol's benevolence toward her. Apart from that, I'm always up for any and all CR with her. She definitely needs more casual friends, particularly - she has lots of work relationships but few outside friendships.
Character: Chris Traeger
District and/or job: Capitol, Training Centre Finance Manager
Basic personality: Overly positive, hyperactive, very competent and always pushing himself both physically and emotionally.
What has happened to them recently: I really dropped the ball on intro-ing Chris, so I'm actually going to assume that he's only just starting his job in the Training Centre and is getting settled in. He'll be reviewing finances, especially now that the policy has changed so that the Districts aren't footing the bill for the Tributes any more, and his office has an open door policy and he'd love for anyone to approach him for advice. Out of work hours he takes advantage of the training area, using it as a gym both before and after work, and he would be delighted to work out with Tributes and offer training and dietary advice.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love any and all CR with him! He's someone who would be easy to get negative CR with, although Chris may not realise himself at first that the other person feels negatively about him. Friends and co-workers are also loved, I just want to get him settled in for the time being.

Ammy
Job: Head Peacekeeper
Basic personality: Friendly, endearingly sarcastic pragmatist with workaholic tendencies, a strong sense of duty and a paranoid streak a mile wide.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Quintus was recently promoted to Head Peacekeeper after the sickness plot (his former position as security coordinator of the Training Center is currently vacant, if anyone would like to drop a disposable PC into that role.) He's been settling into his new job and spending time with/having pesky feelings about Emily.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love for him to get some more peacekeeper and Capitolite CR in particular--he's a bit more removed from the Training Center now, but I can always come up with situations where he's back there visiting colleagues or out and about in the city. Other than that I don't have much planned at the moment. He is, as always, available to anyone that might need their character to get in some serious trouble or who might like their misdeeds included in a broadcast. :)

District and/or job: District 6, Mentor
Basic personality: Eccentric, nihilistic, withdrawn, wary.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Linden's health has been failing. He just got a new liver and the donor, his Avoxed mother, didn't pull through. He's still been managing to use his position as a Victor to spy for the rebellion, specifically things to do with the surveillance cameras, blind spots and such. He's been successfully staying away from alcohol and drugs and is pouring every last ounce of caring into helping a cause that he doesn't really believe in, but at least it opposes the people he hates more.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: After the Arena (which Linden's in, rolled to die on Day 1) he's gonna try to escape to 13 with Peggy!
Al
District and/or job: District 9 Mentor
Basic personality: Bubbly, cheerful, fun loving, goofy, highly emotional, passionate, manipulative, easily manipulated, sarcastic, needy, clingy, over dramatic
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Lately Harley's been scrambling to make sure her district has enough money to feed their tributes and keep them well stocked. She helped save the day during that party where someone sabotaged the resurrection machine, and she generally spends her days either amusing people or making them very uncomfortable.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character:
So impulsively I decided now is the time for Harley to travel to District 13. It's actually kind of breaking my heart to have her leave behind the glitz and glam of the Capitol but I think she's ready for some hard core rebellion. Besides District 13 is kind of like a very proactive prison and she's used to that.
SO! Any D13 rebels wanna meet and greet, train or teach or do anything with her?
************************************************
Character: Sandy Marko
District and/or job: District 12 / Spokesperson for Hover Cycles / Volunteer at the museum.
Basic personality: A well meaning but often overwhelmed kid who is trying so hard to grow up and be strong but inevitably falls short. She has a passion for learning and playing that often gets stifled by how constricting and unfair the Capitol can be. She has strong morals about things like personal freedoms but has become more and more comfortable with things like lying, stealing, cheating and hurting others. She tends to attach herself to more capable people by giving them information to earn their affection and then falling back on them when she needs help.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: In the last arena Sandy did pretty well for herself until she accidentally killed Miss Gritta. Then Zed was on a warpath for her and when he found her in the catacombs fighting off rats he ended her. She's been doing very well in school however learning as much as she can and doing her best to avoid drinking the drugged juice boxes.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She enjoys art, exercise and in general anyone who seems like they actually like having her around. Having a fairly low opinion of herself means that when she finds someone who tolerates her she becomes very loyal.
Recently in her dream state she met with her father, and even if it was just a dream it filled her with a renewed sense of hope. For the first time in a very long time she actually believes that they can and will win, and soon! Of course we'll see how long that lasts.
*******************************************************************************************
Character: Ruffnut Thorston
District and/or job: District 7 / Jr. Peacekeeper
Basic personality: Loud, annoying, a general pain in the butt when she wants to be, but also fun loving, wild and goofy. Ruffnut is a big fan of chaos, mayhem and destruction so she feels understandably stifled in the Capitol. She's not smart and she knows it, but she's learning and starting to finally appreciate that sometimes it doesn't hurt to pay attention even if it's really REALLY hard for her.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: After having a generally miserable experience in the arena Ruffnut has returned to the Capitol to find that apparently she needs a job. So taking a phamplet offered to her in school she's signed on as a Jr. Peacekeeper.
Does she consider herself loyal to the Capitol? Heck no. Will she take advantage of the job to amuse herself? Obviously. Will she probably get in trouble? Almost positive.
She's actually not doing so bad in school. Her test scores are painfully low but she's participating in the group activities and when the project is something hands on she actually does fairly well.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She's a wild child who loves to fight, live fast, get into messes and generally see things get flipped on their heads. She also likes to brag about dragons since it seems to fascinate everyone she speaks to...because dragons.
Sarah
District and/or job: Citizen (former D6), Panem Nightly News host
Basic personality: Hyper-competitive, violent, cocky mercenary with a me-and-mine mentality, but fairly chill in regular interactions unless you piss her off
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Molotov has finished petitioning out and is the third PNN host! This is mostly handwaved because Lisa and I would lose our minds writing it every day, but she's joined Helena and Julian at the PNN desk, complete with crazy ornate outfits. While not actually being a Tribute, she has moved into the D10 Victor Suites to live with Tom, and she is not a great roommate. She will delete your shit off the TiVo. Also she steals and hoards toilet paper.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Molotov needs friends who aren't her boyfriend or her adopted daughter. She has no friends since Thor left and Jolie went on extended leave. ANYWAY, she does well with other spies/black ops types, Russians, and people of more questionable morals, unless your do-gooder is a little bit friendlier to shades-of-gray living.
Character: Swann Honeymead
District and/or job: District 8 Escort
Basic personality: Bubbly, sparkly, manic pixie exterior that's hiding a metric fuckton of anxiety and depression.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: She's been working her ass off as usual, and she's stretched very thin right now, thanks to Jason's mom kicking the bucket -- she's absorbed some of D7's Escort work in addition to pretty much planning the funeral because Jason can't/won't. She's trying really hard to be less of a crybaby, too, and she's semi-succeeding! Now that credit lines have been cut off, she's keeping D8 Tributes stocked for food/etc. on her own dime, and she's entirely bankrolling Bayard because she loves him so much and wants to adopt him forever.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: All CR is welcomed with Swann! There are some things I'm interested in with her, mostly: 1) I want it to start coming out more and more just how important her family is. There have been references made to it, and of course Capitolites know, but for most of the Tower residents, she's just another Escort. 2) I want someone to make something out of the fact that she has access to all of Panem's media. While she's not going to just give it up freely, she presents an amazing opportunity for both sides of the conflict, because she doesn't have a very strong stance either way (she's pro-Capitol mostly because... that's where she's from and what she's been taught to be).
Character: Wednesday Addams
District and/or job: District 7, child
Basic personality: Creepy, kooky, mysterious and spooky, altogether ooky
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: She came in second last Arena (four kills!), which was also her first, and she'll make it to the second day of the mini-Arena. She hates hates hates the Capitol for being bright and loud and unfamiliar, and she's made some friends with the least perky people around.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I want her to get at least one kill in the mini-Arena, and also anything else.

xiilnek
District and/or job: District four, currently has a job at a fabric and craft supply store
Basic personality: Old grump with a gun. Only, since this is Panem, without the gun. Normally he doesn't give a shit if someone doesn't like him, but knowing how tenuous his position in the Capitol is as a tribute, he tries not to make waves. He'll be polite to Capitolites, and a little more casual with tributes since he sees them as fellow prisoners. He's an old romantic in his own, no-nonsense sort of way. If another tribute is a real dick he'll be a dick right back, but for the most part he doesn't think fighting is worth the attention or bad rep it'd give him.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena: In the arena he talked Aang and Arya away from their ghosts, helped Zed a little with his fever, then fell out of a tree and died in Alain's arms. Out of the arena he's been busy with his job, which takes him all over the city making deliveries (especially to the offices of stylists or the homes of wealthy Capitolites) so someone could have seen him there. That takes up most of his time now, although he might still be found lounging around knitting, or maybe every now and then in the training room.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm not great at big longterm plot arcs and have mostly accepted that, so I have nothing much in mind for Roland. Positive CR is fun, negative CR would be interesting since Roland actively tries not to make waves and I haven't got much practice with it. I'd love to get him involved in the rebellion somehow. There was much talk of a knitting club - this club never came to pass but Roland would be happy to grunt helpfully if anyone has knitting problems, or any other craft projects. He'd have a good time competing with people in the training room too, it's rare that he finds people who have skills on par with his but there are a lot of them in Panem, so that could be a thing. Catching him while he's working and giving him shit, that could be a thing too. Come at me with anything you'd like and we can talk, all stuff is good stuff.

District and/or job: D12, has started doing modelling work for several different clothiers in the Capitol, also advertising for the bakeries that make those tiny cakes the magazines give her crap about.
Basic personality: Sarcastic and surprisingly friendly for someone largely persecuted through most of her life and dating the world's biggest wet blanket. She kind of gives whatever she gets. If you're rude to her, she'll be rude back, if you're nice, etc.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Last Arena was p uneventful, because I was swamped by RL so it was mostly keeping her head down with the occasional sweet moments with Cullen because the Sponsors love those. She's demonstrated being a lot smarter than she initially lets on, picking up on the reasoning for the lights in the sky pretty early.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Adella's going into the mini arena and was rolled for day 2, so potential allies and murderers are welcome. She's also going to be a little more aggressive than she was before, not so much because she wants to, but because she needs the money. I'm open to any CR, negative or positive, and she could probably use more friends/allies outside of the scope she currently has!
Airdra
District and/or job: District 2 Mentor
Basic personality: Torin's pretty laid back most of the time, though he's got a bit of an edge to him if pushed the right (or wrong, depending on your point of view) ways. He has a tendency to dad at people who need dadding at, regardless if they're in District 2 or not.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: So he can usually be found around the Tribute Center trying to mentor his Tributes and taking his pet iguana for walks, but he's getting thrown into the mini Arena. I am not sure yet exactly how badly this will end for him, really, and I'm open to all sorts of shenanigans where that's concerned.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: So he's going out fairly early in the mini Arena, and this will be a bit of a blow to his pride, a source of extreme irritation (because, really, making a guy with only one good arm go back in there...), and a bit of a metaphorical kick in the pants to let him know that he can't just let the system have its way with him anymore.
That, and a little trauma on the side.I'm not sure how long he'll be recovering from the Arena, but he'll be redoubling his own personal training efforts, his efforts at training his Tributes, and at trying to get in touch with anyone who can help him get into this whole rebellion thing.Character: Kousuke Nitou
District and/or job: District 5 Tribute
Basic personality: He is That Guy with the Mayonnaise. He's loud, he's a risk-taker, and he will put mayonnaise on anything and everything he eats. He's usually pretty cheerful, even if that's been a bit strained at times lately.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: His last arena saw him focused on more surviving rather than getting into any major fights. He caught the frogs and fish raining from the sky in a chamber pot and made a meal of them, and then he got killed by bats. His death got pretty interesting in that the magical Chimera that lives inside him got out and caused a small bit of trouble before poofing away to be put inside Nitou again. He's also been seen moping around since Haruto didn't come back from the Arena and probably royally flipped out somewhere after the last Celebrus came out.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I don't have too much in the works for Nitou right now, so I'm open to just about anything. Ways to make his personal life even more involved for the Capitol media to make completely wrong assumptions about are always appreciated, too.
Character: Zed
District and/or job: District 1 Tribute
Basic personality: Zed is spoiled, self-centered, and has a strange fixation with light and shiny objects. If you've been in the District 1 suites and found copious amounts of glitter everywhere, the odds are good that was his fault.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: So in his last Arena, he assumed some weird darkness monster form and killed Sandy and James. He also got into a villain fight with Black Tom, even if that didn't really end in anything either of them would call a clear victory. He also got sick and was a pain in Gritta and Roland's butts. He has no qualms about inflicting violence on others in the Arena, though with people he likes, he'll leave them alone. When he's not in the Arena, he can be found lazing around and trying to avoid doing anything remotely related to training. He likes going out and partying, and he can also sometimes be found outside looking up at the sun and staring at it with a weird expression on his face. (Totally normal guy here, nothing to see, nothing to see...) He has also recently landed a sponsorship deal with a body glitter company, and so the Tribute Center's general level of sparkle has only intensified. (They give him free stuff, score.)
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Zed and Gritta were the subject of one of those recent exposes, and Zed's reaction to that was to basically laugh his ass off. (Hopefully, I'll have a backdated something for that up this weekend...)
Lanie
District and/or job: D5 - bartender at [insert funny bar name here]
Basic personality: On the surface: Defensive, scowly, temperamental, reckless, abrasive...
On the squishy inside (i.e. when he's comfortable): Thoughtful, honest, brave, caring, possesses a good heart overall
Also doesn't think too highly of himself, but will defend himself or a friend if someone tries to be an asshole around him. At his worse, Nick is a depressed individual who can fall into a state of hopelessness when things get real bad (and things have been pretty damn bad for him). At his best, he is incredibly loyal and understanding and owns up to his (sometimes perceived) mistakes.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Died early on in the last arena (14) at the cornucopia run but spent the rest of it watching the broadcasts and sending his friends all the supplies and encouraging notes he could send. Outside of that, he has danced with Ellis and Temple at the ball, quietly celebrated his birthday with Luke (and had some srs real talk to sort things out between them), met up at the arcade with Firo, PG, and Daryl (hil-arity ensued), learned more about the rebellion from Sam, annnnd also went out on a date with Ellis.
He's typically playing his guitar in his room or anywhere secluded like a quiet area in the park or on the roof of the TC. He has since picked up a job as a bartender so he's most often found there if not in his room.
Generally in arenas, he tries to stick with Luke or anyone he trusts and guards them with his life. He's used whatever survival skills he was taught and had picked up along with the simple strategy of not trusting anyone he hasn't met before in the arena.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: The thing about Nick is that he has a very hard time trusting people at first, especially Capitolites or anyone that just strikes him wrong. Meeting some of the nicer ones has gotten him thinking though, and meeting more will have him question things more than he already has. Asking him about alcohol (as it is his job now), music, films, videogames, or even hunting can get him talking but certain personal things would be met with a death stare (it's pretty funny lmao I don't mind either way!)
As for long term plotting, I got nothing. However! I'd love to make an open post of him working at the bar so any customers can come in and talk to him. And I really would love to do a log in which he (incredibly reluctantly) does photoshoots for money, and I think it'd be pretty fun if he did it alongside others! I've handwaved him doing some already, but I'd love to actually log one out. All sorts of CR, new/old/pos/neg are welcome!
Character: Vivi Ornitier
District and/or job: D7, a student
Basic personality: Quiet, timid, polite, curious, shy, kind, brave...prone to existential thoughts that may or may not be morbid.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Vivi lasted quite a while in the last arena with Rick and Daryl, but met his end when he used the last of his energy to channel a spell to save them from arena hazards. Since then, he had been trying to catch up with schoolwork. The field trips have helped distract him for a good while at least. He's learned how to swim from James and other adults who have offered to help him. His birthday was also in late July...an occasion that has him stunned due to the mortality of his kind.
Outside of arenas and school, Vivi likes exploring the Capitol on his own. He doesn't mind coming across company along the way either. He stands out pretty easily in a crowd and is generally an approachable person. Don't let the dark scary face fool you!
Given that powers have the tendency to be taken away, Vivi's general strategy in an arena is to hide. It worked well enough for him when he first arrived mid-arena, but otherwise he'd rather stick with people he knows.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I love ALL the CR Vivi has right now. It's really easy to have him interact with just about anyone because he possesses an open mind about most things. He's not always one to pry on personal matters but his curiosity is piqued about worldly things (i.e. the world where your character is from), he'd ask questions and comment on them. I don't have any plots for him right now, other than for him to learn how to better defend himself without magic and making more friends...and enemies! Similarly with Nick, it'd be pretty fun to do at least one log of him filming/shooting an advertisement with another tribute or a Capitolite.

Fritz's mute squad
District and/or job: 13 | Recovering Avox
Basic personality: Former Tyrant turned rebel turned Avox. His personality is a very low undercurrent atm, but to sum he's a trainwreck who believes in the beauty of the world. If Beast weren't so damn disney.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Initiate has been doing what Avoxes typically do; cleaning the place, following orders, going in for reconditioning. He has just recently been rescued to District 13 and will be starting on a slow recovery process. It will be a while out (at least October) before he's 80%, but he'll get there.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He could use all the help he can get reaching that 80%! If anyone wants to help him get himself back in any way, that'd be rad.
Character: Hannah Megido
District and/or job: 13 | 200+ days punishment of janitorial duty and counting
Basic personality: The cat friend.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: The most recent thing Hannah took part in was the dream-tests, helping Bucky get names for his personal mission, taking part in the nightmare event, and having her arena aired in a victor reel. Much of Hannah's secrets have been put out in the open. She actually cracked a smile.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Hannah is resistant to the idea of people helping her open up but she is starting to see that she may not actually hate everything. She's being reminded of how she felt about the dead and is considering roles regarding it where before she just wanted to join them. I'm mostly feeling things out with her, but I would be equally open to having people she can manipulate and people who help her find out more about her situation, all while seeing if she can properly come to care about someone living.
Character: Kurloz Makara
District and/or job: Capitol | D4 Stylist
Basic personality: Prim, proper, and controlled. Regal gothic who doesn't give a fuck. Actually has massive guilt issues and some serious Problems.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Kurloz went on dream dates, witness quite a fiasco at the crowning, recently took part in the nightmare event, and now has a victor.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Threads are still ongoing but he'll be growing steadily with so many of his secrets out in the open like that. He'll be pretending nothing is wrong as per usual as his house burns down. But how could anything be wrong with a win for District four!
I'd like people to catch on to the fact that he is maybe been brainwashed and fucked with a bit, not at all as put together as he'd like to present. I also wouldn't outright mind more people prying into his family situation and the fact he is awfully interested in aspects of faith.

I imagine that might need to be a slow-build thing, so I'm all for handwaving prior meetings and/or gradually threading up to it.

Cee
District and/or job: District 8 Tribute
Basic personality: Friendly, charming, but always out to look out for his own self-interest and will outright lie to a person if that gets him somewhere. He also has an enormous ego and is very frequently (and unabashedly) drunk. Jack loves to tell crazy stories, too, and it's up to the listener to figure out whether they're true or not.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Jack's last Arena was relatively low-key (mostly due to me needing a hiatus); he explored the tall ship sitting in the bay with Firo, watched Eowyn catch a horse, and eventually ended up trapped in the castle by Altair and killed.
In the Capitol, the Dream Plot affected him more than he'd want to admit -- having the Pearl again, even if it was just a dream, then having it taken away was fairly upsetting. The nightmare also showed him at a much more vulnerable time and place -- and is just overall an extremely bad memory for him -- so that was not fun either.
Otherwise, Jack's been riding off old sponsorship money, buttering up Capitolites/Sponsors where possible, reading books here and there, avoiding his parrot, and drinking himself into oblivion most nights. He's struggling a bit with feeling helpless and depressed and trapped as well, lately.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I don't have any major plans at the moment. Jack needs to get a job but the chances of him actively seeking one out and keeping it is pretty low, so any suggestions there would be welcome. I've also kind of wanted to play around more with his more morally ambiguous side when it comes to his relationships -- AKA seemingly (or actually) betraying people to benefit himself somehow, or just generally not being a great person/disappointing people in some way.
But either way, I'm open to any and all CR!
Re: Cee
Also, I would love to do more with him and Éowyn.

World, fashionably late
District and/or job: Gamemaker
Basic personality: Old man with a heart of gold and hands soaked in blood. Not afraid to do something evil if it results in the best possible outcome for the greatest amount of people.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the Arena or in District 13, and what can they normally be found doing in the Arena/District 13: Got the shit kicked out of him by Jet, went inside a dream to pretend he enjoyed the Capitol's sick ideas of entertainment, got traumatized, leaked information to the rebels.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Presently trying to put on a public face like "The Gamemakers do noble things and are good people", but that may be working against him. He feels as though people have stopped taking him seriously, like "you're too good, as if you would really do it." In the near future I would like for Sigma to be put in a situation where he has to do something evil. He's been too kind, lately. Help me fix that. :D On the flip side of that, he's currently scouting out people to do rebellious things with. If you have a rebel plot and need a Capitolite, give me a shout!
