District 13 Mission 3: Fear Fighters + Once Upon A Dream

When war against the Capitol begins, the Capitol is not likely to go easy on all of you. You will be pushed to your limits, mentally, physically, emotionally. You will all need to prepare. You may very well have to face some of your darkest fears.
Which is exactly what thirteen is going to ask you to do.
This mission will be a test of strength and resilience. It will be training for what is surely to come.
Those participant will be warned of this ahead of time, but the actual timing of the procedure will kept under wraps. This way, though still forewarned, you will not be as mentally prepared as you would otherwise be.
You will undergo a nightmare. The fears you face may be overwhelming, but they are not impossible to overcome. Fear of a person may mean fighting to get passed them. Fear of a thing may mean working around or despite it. Fear of loss or betrayal may mean exercises of trust. Regardless, there will be a goal at the end so that overcoming the fear means a blow to the Capitol or even a full victory.
At least, this will be the plan.
As District 13 gears up the dream tech something... odd happens. It seems that the Capitol is using the dream technology as well. It seems that such a big signal is quite the draw.
On the fourth day of the Once Upon A Dream event, District 13's dream tech calibrations will corrupt that of the Capitol's, accidentally throwing the dreamers of thirteen into the shared dream in the Capitol. And not only that, it will cause that day's dreaming to become a total nightmare.
The fourth day will be chaos, but as the dreamers in thirteen awaken, they will be informed of what a golden opportunity this is. Those in District thirteen have the chance to face those in Capitol and try to spread their message. All they have to do is withstand all that's thrown at them. The participants can act as living propoganda. Those in District thirteen are so excited by this they maybe forget to mention that speaking to those in the Capitol may cause those in Capitol to come under suspicion. But on the other hand, if the Capitol can make dream persons, why can't they pretend they did?
Sign ups will end by July 23rd. Be sure to fill out the required information.
As an OOC note, please mind who you character talks to ICly. If the other player doesn't want their character suspected of treason, be respectful of that and find a work around.
Secondly, if your character is going to be openly rebellious for District 13, let us know what they are going to do beforehand. We want this event to allow this freedom and further plot, but we also don't want to break the game and push things too fast. Please do not do anything of serious nature without informing the mods. It also helps us to know who's doing what.
Re: SIGN UPS
Character: Steve Rogers
Initial fear challenge: Becoming a weapon of war without choice or control and being used to do things he's morally and ethically opposed to, to hurt his loved ones, basically turned into something like the Winter Soldier.
