Welcome to our game-wide plotting meme! This is a place to brainstorm, bounce off ideas, and plan anything you'd like, plot wise. The sole purpose is to foster connection between players and create fun times, so go forth and make a friend! Or an enemy, as it were!

Mica | Commander Jane Shepard | Mass Effect Trilogy

Character: Shepard

District and/or job: D5, employed as Official Pain In The Ass Tribute

Basic personality: With a personality mainly comprised of "that really satisfying feeling of punching your younger sibling in the gut when they've spent all day trying to get a rise out of you, but then you're the jackass who punched your younger sibling," Shepard is also bossy and opinionated and domineering. But she also has a surprisingly forgiving nature, a laser-like focus on the end-goal, and she has no problem taking charge in situations where charge must be taken but everyone is hesitating to take it. It's not as bad as it sounds.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Typically, Shepard stays off the offensive in an arena until she feels she has some reason to do so, at which point she becomes extremely aggressive and will sometimes even attack her allies. She may or may not have a secret deal with the D13 Rebels that encourages this behavior.

Outside the arena, Shepard holds open training sessions with a series of younger, often underpowered people, every morning before dawn, and exhibits a rough and tumble, generally laid back attitude. She is prone to random fits of explaining things to new people and constantly adopting random jackasses. Recently, she helped lead a secret assault on a Capitol facility, which was a success-- and Shepard even got away, all but scot free!

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I desire more people to be badass besties with Shepard, more oddball family connections, closer CR with everyone I always have, and the amassing of an army of followers which she can eventually lead into battle and give rousing speeches to, and do loyalty missions for. As one does.

I definitely want Rose to meet Shepard. Districtmates!!! Not that Rose will really know about that yet unless someone explains to her. But either in the arena or after (or both!) they can probably run into and snark at each other. I'm not actually sure how they would get along, but that's the fun part. She can also fill the badass thing, I think. For all she's 13, she's ridiculously capable with a pair of knitting needles and has ridiculously strong magic.

Character: Tiffany Doggett
District and/or job: D1 Tribute
Basic personality: Opportunistic, aggressive, bigoted, judgmental, lonely, attention-seeking, gullible, easily manipulated
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the Capitol, she's been partying hard - going to bars and nightclubs, sleeping around (particularly with Capitol men who she hopes will sponsor her), and starting to get into recreational drugs again (albeit fancy Capitol drugs rather than meth, her canon drug of choice). She ducks into the training center sometimes, but is really intimidated by how amazing some of the fighters are, and has basically been advised to stay away from one-on-one fights in the arena. Once the Games start, she'll probably focus on supply-gathering, survival, and possibly finding allies, but will definitely have it in the back of her mind that she needs to be entertaining and interesting to watch. She'll absolutely be up for killing people, but will try to find long-range weapons (she'll be hoping for a gun because she knows how to shoot, but of course that won't be an option in this arena).

I'd like to bounce Beck off her some more, if the opportunity arises? I feel like Beck could get quite protective of her, in a weird sort of way. She picks up on loneliness without realising it, sometimes.

Speaking of picking up on loneliness, would you be up for something with Alain while he has his powers? Because I have no idea how that would go, but I would be really interested in how Tiffany would respond to someone who actually knows more or less how she's feeling. (yay, psychics!)

Character: Merlyn
District and/or job: D2 Tribute
Basic personality: Grumpy old professor with a heart of gold and no survival instinct
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the Arena, Merlyn is liable to be his usual aggressively uncooperative self, which means he's likely to stay out of the action and be found in odd and improbable places, discussing philosophy with himself and maybe knitting. If he sees someone else in trouble, though, he's very likely to try and help them, so that's a possibility.
Outside the Arena, Merlyn is getting himself a reputation as the resident kook. He keeps lecturing people on politics and philosophy and his recent punishment doesn't seem to have set him off that path. He's often found in public areas, reading or knitting or complaining a lot. Despite how grumpy he is, he's pretty sociable, so if you want him to initiate CR, that can be arranged.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd kind of like someone who actually wants to learn all the bullshit he spouts? Like. He's a very learned man, and he wants to be a tutor to everyone, so it'd be cool if he had a pupil. Also, friends, enemies, people who facepalm every time they see him because he's clearly going to get Avoxed any day soon...


Character: Éowyn
District and/or job: D10 Tribute
Basic personality: Polite and graceful, but there's a whole lot of anger burning away under the surface, which sometimes comes out. Éowyn is very active, hates to have nothing to do, and is basically considering this whole time in the Tribute Center to be recon for her ultimate escape. At the same time, very generous and caring, and looks to protect people above all else.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Out of the Arena, Éowyn's been keeping her head down. She's usually found training or outdoors, or sneaking down to the stables to check on the horses, because she doesn't trust the Avoxes with them. She's playing nice, so she won't be openly seditious, but she'll listen to sedition perfectly happily.
In the Arena, she'll always go for the Cornucopia, and will probably spend less time hiding and more time fighting and hunting.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Would love to get some more people in her circle of trust, but just as much, I'd love to see her get some enemies. Particularly in defence of the people she's adopted as practically-family so far (Arya and Firo in particular).


Character: Alain Johns
District and/or job: D7 Tribute
Basic personality: Gentle, helpful, fairly quiet and considerate. Can come across as rather slow, although he's actually extremely smart. He is still a gunslinger, so he has a steel in him that shines through sometimes, and although he's slow to anger, he actually has a hell of a temper when he's roused.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He only arrived fairly recently, and is still dealing with being here and with leaving the war he was involved in. Other D7 characters may have seen him around the suite at weird hours, as his sleep isn't going too great. Mostly, he's been wandering the place, trying to find something to distract him.
In the Arena (...this one and any others, frankly) he's likely to stick close to Roland, so anyone who might come looking for Roland will probably find him.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Honestly, I'd like more friends for the kid. Especially his fellow D7-ers. But anything you got, throw it at me!


Character: Beck Scordato
District and/or job: D12 Stylist
Basic personality: Team Mom. Very protective and caring, and always has a lot of time for other people. Also very loud and apparently carefree. Flirts with girls and goes clubbing a lot.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Beck just became head Stylist, and is still getting her head around the whole thing. She's mostly trying to connect with her District's tributes, and sticking her nose into other people's problems in an attempt to fix them.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love to see Beck interact with other, more seasoned staff members. Mostly, though, I'm just looking for general CR, maybe friendships. Maybe people who don't appreciate being mothered by someone who's only like thirty.

You already know I'm gonna be throwing Rose at Merlyn (and she'll likely be quite interested in what he has to teach), but would you be interested in Beck meeting Karkat? He's going to die within the first week of the Cornucopia, so I'm definitely looking to get him some Capitol CR in the meanwhile. Even if he is from a different district than her.

Basic personality: She's Cat-Friend.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She recently wrecked a train trying to take everyone down with her. Then it turned out to be a dream and she wrecked her room. And then people tried to ineffectually make friends with her over the network.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Nothing in mind just yet but I may come up with something soon. I'd like her to eventually be into active things. Just seeing where the CR ride takes her for now though.


Character: Kurloz Makara
District and/or job: D4 Stylist
Basic personality: Creepy. No, uh, he's either very friendly or extremely passive agressive depending on CR type. Is definitely messed up in some way or other.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He got a job! He's trying to wave off associations with the Initiate by saying "fuck that guy", while trying to establish himself and his Tributes. He really wants D4 to win guys. Also, his long lost friend and crush showed up and this is gr8 because she's not dead even if she is deaf. This totally does not bring up any old issues at all.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: More manipulation and blackmailing and trying to convince everyone he's pro-capitol as heck! Alternately, people noticing that he reacts very... odd when people poke too far into his past or bring up issues with the Capitol.


Character: Initiate
District and/or job: Avox
Basic personality: Take Beast from btab but make him have a knowledge of how to read and a religion. Mix in Brutal War Society Blender. Remove and stick in the redemption freezer for 2 years. Let settle until a nice persona forms, with just a few guilt bubbles. Smash with an avoxing hammer until it's all lumpy. Serve.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He's been going around. Serving. Doing avox things. Occasionally getting flustered by thanks yous and sorrys and so on and wishing people would give him order already. A smack around or two and like the occasional reconditioning every few days or weeks.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm terrible, please be mean to him. I would love it as either Complicated Sudden Reactions or simply being a Capitolite and asking him to do things, or just straight up being an asshole to him, honestly.

Heyyyy guess who I need more of after Karkat dies in the arena: it's Kurloz. I love them being assholes to each other, and unless given good reason otherwise, Karkat is just going to continue trying to dig at him. Plus he... died from the Cornucopia... and that's not fun. He is going to be prickly over that, let me tell you. I'll have an open log up around then, if that idea sounds good to you?

Character: Aang
District and/or job: D4
Basic personality: Aang is a bubbly twelve-year-old who likes to have fun and do nice things for people. He's an old soul who has a better understanding of pain and war than most people give him credit for, but he's happy to have that part of him overlooked and will shower things with love and stickers.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Aang was part of the binding, during which he got dressed in drag and got out mostly unscathed from the fight. He has since been going to school and keeping his head down.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: In the arena, he has his powers and it will cause him a lot of grief and joy at the same time (mostly because he feels crippled without his powers, and he'll be using them a lot which will lead to problems). His uses of his power includes but is not limited to a lot of healing people, bending rainwater into pots, and messing up the landscape by making tiny tents out of stone so he can use his powers without rats coming in to get him. He will also be harassed to hell and back by ghosts. He has a lot to choose from because he's lived through a bloody war and he has many past lives with their own baggage to contend with, so playing with that should be fun.

As for desired CR, I'm up for basically anything. Parenting, mentoring, playing, children, whatever.

Character: Bruce Banner
District and/or job: D3
Basic personality: He's a very introverted, very reserved man with anger issues. He likes people, but he is afraid of being around them because he has conditioned himself to see himself as a threat to anyone around him, so it's hard to get to know him.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He was in the binding as a stylist and a healer, and he's since been keeping his head down and trying to deal with the fallout of that among his castmates, since Steve Rogers was taken away and that is a very serious blow to all of them.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: In the arena, he's going to be sticking close to his group and dealing with drama with them, and at some point, he's going to be turning into the hulk.

Bruce, of all my muses, needs CR the most. What I want for him is someone to come along and be able to connect with him in a way that allows them to calm him down when he's upset, but that's not all I want. Bruce is not only really hard to make new CR with, but he's also hard for me to keep involved with other people because he's so introverted and my less introverted characters end up taking all my time. I intend to make an open post with him in the arena where he's scavenging and probably trying to find a space to keep himself calm and meditate alone in, so anyone who can help him cope with the Hulk or just wants to come across him is welcome.

Character: Peggy Carter (Panem)
District and/or job: D10 Mentor
Basic personality: Peggy is outwardly a professional, no-nonsense mentor who has very clearly chosen to assimilate into the Capitol. You won't see her dyeing her skin anytime soon, but you also won't see her without any makeup. Inwardly, she's consumed with rage and is spying for District 13 so she can see the Capitol burned to the ground.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She's been going on as usual mentoring the people who choose to accept her help and extracting secrets from the Capitol to give to D13. On the sly, she knew about the binding because Sam Wilson told her about it, and she passed the information on to D13.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Since she can't participate in the arena, I'm having her send in some stuff for her tributes. The tributes that have actually come to her and accepted her advice and help are going to get way more in-arena help from her than those who haven't. Otherwise, there's nothing in particular I'm planning on doing with her.

She will be reticent about making friends with tributes from outside of her district, but people can break her shell eventually. She has a particular weakness for people who obviously don't have the capacity to psychologically manipulate or harm her, and adults who are too outwardly nice and solicitous make her suspicious and distrustful. I want her to make friends and I really want to thread out her mentoring people, because she's a complete mess but she's good at what she does.

If Roland sees Aang around he'll definitely say hi. I'd be interested to see if Roland and Bruce would get along, too - if nothing else, Roland can make a good 'sitting in silence' buddy, which may not be great for threading but which Bruce might like.

Character: Arya Stark
District and/or job: D10 Tribute
Basic personality: Brash, inquisitive tomboy with a death list a mile long.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Arya has spent a lot of time training between Arenas. She's going to school, and spending a lot of time hanging out in Capitol fast food places (the one thing she likes about this place). She's kind of been adopted by Tom and Molotov, although I plan for her to start out this Arena on her own for more CR opportunities.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love for her to be in a position to kill someone this Arena only to spare them instead, to contrast last Arena. I specifically want someone to have been helping her with her sword fighting, as Cassandra was doing this before. This Arena I'd like for her to open up about her own prior experiences, as so far she's got 'it's terrible and people killed my family' but hasn't really gone into just how messed up things are. She's also very used to the medieval setting of this Arena and would have a slight advantage there, and would love to inform others too. I'd love closer CR with the other kids in game. I also think that she's definitely passed her 12th nameday by now, probably without really realising it, and it would make my day if someone picked up on that and threw her a belated birthday party.


Character: Emily Finch
District and/or job: D7 Mentor
Basic personality: Introverted, serious, but friendly Victor with PTSD and a ton of guilt about her Games.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Emily's been helping her Tributes train and trying to get them sponsors - normal Mentor stuff. She spends a considerable amount of her (limited) free time in the parks or the rooftop garden, quiet places where she can sit and carve and think and enjoy what little nature the Capitol has to offer. She's constantly bouncing between detesting the Capitol on the one hand and finding she rather enjoys taking advantage of the more luxurious lifestyle that she gets from it. She feels as though she's sold out to the Capitol somewhat, especially after the speech she recently made at the Tribute Youth Programme.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She's beginning to come out of her shell a bit more, and I'd love for her to make more friends and become closer to the friends she has. Positive pro-Capitol CR would be wonderful, to make her feel even more uncertain about herself. Working/friendly relationships with other staff - she needs people to commiserate with over having to work so closely with Jason Compson! There are also a couple of her D7 Tributes that she hasn't interacted with much yet and I really want to rectify this. I'm open to anything and everything with both her and Arya!

Not sure how yet, because Luke is wary of mentors and escorts and all, but we could try having him and Emily meet. Would be amazing if Luke could have 'friends in high places' for the sake of his surrogate family, but it'd take a while to build that trust even if they clicked. He wouldn't seek her out though, unfortunately, and he'd wonder what a mentor for another district would want with him. So it's a bit tricky, but I'd like to talk about it more if you'd like.

Character: Sigma Klim
District and/or job: Gamemaker
Basic personality: Stern and cold on the outside, gentle and goofy on the inside. Opportunities to display his true personality are slim for obvious reasons.
What has happened to them recently: Got promoted for outing the Initiate as a Rebel. Has been watching the Tributes from his post at the Training Center, made a few friends and even more enemies. Got shot at by Jet Link, was reminded his heart kind of sucks.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: As a Gamemaker it's obviously harder for me to get new CR with him compared to when he was a Tribute, but I'm still looking for every opportunity and I'm open for anything. I'm flirting with the idea of having him sneak off on his own the night before the Games without being trailed by Peacekeepers, for better or for worse, so we could play with that idea. I'm definitely going to have him approach people during the crowning, so if you'd like your character to be approached by him, I'll make sure I do that! Also more double agent moley stuff would be fun, always up for that on either side, heheh

I already know you're interested in Sigma meeting Rose eventually, but would you like for him to interact with Karkat at all? I don't know what his stance would be after his involvement in the binding and that mess, but I do know Karkat would be real awkward around him and not sure what to make of him after that mess.

Character: Karkat Vantas
District and/or job: D6 Tribute
Basic personality: Loud, foulmouthed, tightly wound, and abrasive is generally the outer layer, and a good number of layers below, and even the gentler inner ones surrounding the core. But Karkat does care a lot about people, and it's not hard to get him to explain stuff to you if you ask and listen well. He's got a surprising amount of friends and would sooner make allies than enemies here, even if his idea of friendship involves a lot of insults and swearing.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Karkat's going to be dying within the first week of the arena following injuries received from the Cornucopia, so what he usually does in the arenas is kind of a moot point. He's also still dealing with the fallout from the Binding plot, in which he was captured, jailed, and brainwashed into thinking the Initiate had brainwashed him some time before. Lots of personal turmoil. But after he revives, he'll finally be free from house tower arrest! And uninjured!! So he'll be around training and probably exercising his newly (re)found freedom by strolling around the city and trying to pretend he doesn't hate his fans.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: No real plots, but considering his early arena death (a first for him!) I would love to pick up more Capitol CR. Mentors, escorts, stylists, whoever. I'll likely put up an open log for him, but if you'd like to plot out specifics then go ahead and ask!

Character: Rose Lalonde
District and/or job: D5 Tribute
Basic personality: Snarky and sarcastic, prone to big, fancy words, very intelligent but also more emotional and impulsive than she'd like to admit to being. She's definitely inquisitive, both of other people (she's been into psychology since she was around age 4) and of her surroundings (she has literally torn up local scenery in the quest for knowledge). She's pretty funny, though, and kind of silly too.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Rose is only just arriving in time for the arena, so anything recent lies in the realm of canon events. Which in that case include starting a world-ending game with her friends, learning they're all doomed to lose, scouring all available sources for a plot to change that, losing her mom, going grimdark, dying, executing that plan, and finally showing up here just before she was about to die again. Wow. She doesn't have any 'normal' yet established for the arena, but she'll be going around, trying to survive, trying to learn all she can, and probably causing accidental fires via the whole punishment for powers thing this round has.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I've got an idea for her eventual arena death in mind (I want her to catch the plague, blow stuff up, and die in the course of punishment, but we'll see what happens once we get there). Otherwise she is completely new, like I said. Give me all the CR! Positive or negative, helpful or combative. I'm going to have her trying to explore and learn all she can, and her power usage will definitely draw attention (from the flame marker, let alone the displays themselves), so there should be plenty of opportunity.

Character: Roland Deschain

District and/or job: tribute for district 4

Basic personality: Grumpy old dork. Doesn't smalltalk much, doesn't put up with bullshit (although he's getting a lot of practice at that in Panem, being careful enough to know he doesn't want to make enemies here). Not opposed to a good party, but his definition of 'good' and Panem's differs dramatically, so here in the Capitol he'd really rather not. Not opposed to killing either, but only when there's a purpose to it. Killing other tributes for the entertainment of Capitolites is more an insult to Roland than a purpose, so generally he doesn't.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:

in the arena: annoyed Karkat, yelled at the birds that imitated people's voices and looked ridiculous doing it, was calmed down after by a friendly talk with the now-gamemaker Sigma Klim. Fought a sea monster with Jack Sparrow, and the two of them were naked for a bit afterward as they tried to dry their clothes off. Pretty sure the cameras would focus on those parts of his arena adventures the most.

out of the arena: He's been keeping his head down, so even though he was semi-closely associated with the Initiate via the fact they both have a relationship with Signless, he never showed more than a little indirect irritation with Sigma about Initiate's avoxing. Later, if your character was in the training room at the right time, they might have heard him inviting Sigma to talk to him later in private.

what he can be found doing in the upcoming arena: He won't spend more time skulking around the village area than he needs to because he figures a lot of people will be fighting for supplies and beds there. Outside that I'm not sure, but I do know he'll be exploring until he feels like he has a good idea of the area, so he could conceivably be found anywhere (except maybe on the ship). ETA: He'll be getting some moderate-to-major injury in the cornucopia, so if you're interested in playing that out I'd love to.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: It'd be interesting to get him CR with anyone who's really pro-capitol, although that would have to involve more talking for some purpose than just chatting, because Roland figures the safest way to live with Capitolites is to be noticed by them as little as possible. I'm open for him being bid on if that's a thing anyone's been wanting to do.

During or after this upcoming arena, a few others and I have been talking about our characters starting a knitting club, so if anyone wants to get involved with that (by coming to knit or coming with snacks expecting them to do typical cheerful club type things, or whatever else) please do!

As I have mentioned a lot in this, he's been keeping his head down, but if there is some way for Roland to either get CR with people involved with the rebellion, or to get some small, safe job to do relating to it, that would be fun.

All that said, absolutely anyone who wants to try and get close CR with him and see their character quietly mothered by tall noodly cowboy nobility, please please let me know. Roland needs more people to think of as His, when he has more of that is when he is happiest.

Character: Kousuke Nitou
District and/or job: D5 Tribute
Basic personality: Loud, obnoxious hobo with a mayonnaise fixation and an insatiable appetite--for adventure. (And food. You gonna eat that?)
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He died fairly early on in the last Arena after sustaining some injuries in the Cornucopia, and he spent the rest of the time the last Arena was running going to a sports bar and loudly cheering on Haruto. He was also involved in the Binding plot and managed to get away with it, and he's been laying low since...with the exception of going out and buying donuts for his house arrested friend and getting chased by a pack of Pomeranians because this is how he rolls.

Nitou's a wizard by the standards of his world, meaning he is a Kamen Rider who uses magical rings in order to perform fancy attacks. Unlike other Riders from this world, the magic is fueled by a Chimera that lives inside him that is letting him borrow power in exchange for feeding Chimera other sources of magic. Basically, in a powered Arena, he'll be trying to attack other wizards to feed their magic to Chimera so Chimera doesn't eat him first. He's also set for a moderate to major injury during this next Cornucopia, so he's not going to be in the best of shape for this, either.


Character: Torin Byrd
District and/or job: D2 Mentor
Basic personality: He's a Career Tribute turned Victor turned Mentor who really, really hates the system here. He's fairly amiable, low key, and tries not to care too much about his Tributes because he's got attachment issues.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He's just been doing his thing: trying to train the D2 Tributes and trying to hustle up some good Sponsorship deals for said Tributes, including throwing a Warlock of Om themed party to entertain Sponsors that usually like D2.

District and/or job: D1 Tribute
Basic personality: On the surface, he's just that weirdo with a strange fascination with glitter, lights, and other shiny objects. But he's actually the Emperor of Darkness, a literal monster, and is essentially a Saturday morning cartoon villain without the cartoon. He doesn't have much in the way of empathy or concern for other people, and he's really not too bothered by being sucked into some death game thing.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He lasted until the end of the last Arena, at which point he got ridiculously drunk off vodka, fought a yeti with Roland, managed to not die despite drunkenly doing everything wrong, and eventually succumbed to alcohol poisoning. He has since adapted very well to Capitol life, eschewing training in favor of going out clubbing and playing with body glitter. He has horribly clogged at least one shower in the D1 suites with body glitter, and it's very likely he's left trails of the stuff all through the Tribute Center. In this next Arena, he'll be skulking around in the darkness, complaining about skulking around in the darkness, and pretty much treating this like he's won a crappy vacation. That said, he's got no qualms about killing people if need be. He's too lazy to

She'll be avoiding the Cornucopia but surely we can have them run into each other at some point after that. She'll need to get something wandlike to use before she can show off her powers, but once she does she'll be pretty noticeable.

Basic personality:

- emotionally resilient guy and a pragmatic leader-type who is in touch with his humanity, so he's not the sort to kill unless there's no choice
- also a softie on the inside and a legit nice guy, no strings attached
- full of loneliness and survivor's guilt, but he's a chronic emotion bottler

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Luke values family and his zombros are his surrogate brothers and sisters so he sticks to them like glue in the arena. He's good at scavenging, and like other survivors, resourceful and used to feeling the pinch of hunger a great deal. Outside of the arena he's mostly been keeping his head down and making pasta. Of note is a tattoo I think he's gotten by now done, a design Daryl inked across his chest to pay respects to the loved ones he has lost along the way.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm too full up on tags this time to jump on that Merlyn log (alas!) but in the future I want Luke to get into trouble stepping in/voicing his opinion on someone vulnerable (esp. if it's a kid) getting a public peacekeeper beatdown. He needs a bit of an emotional laxative because he's still surviving and not really living and desperately wants to let down his guard some. Basic personality: Impulsive, oblivious but well-intentioned teenage boy, likes to make snap decisions without actually thinking about them and then fumbles over the consequences. This, along with his tendency to constantly test limits and see what he can get away with, means Gary can sometimes get under people's skin. Thankfully he loves people and dislikes making them genuinely angry, so he's quick to back off if he figures out that he's gone too far.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Recently, Gary has been touring as a young Tribute pop idol! Think Justin Bieber, only dopier. This obviously will not be relevant in the Arenas, where Gary tends to do a lot of running around and dropping off supplies for his buddies. He gets these supplies by bartering or stealing them off other people. He's not much of a fighter, though, not unless he's hit first/his companions are hit and he instinctively strikes back.

Basic personality: Perky, sweet, nervous baby bird.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Swann spends most of her time trying to get the D8 Tributes to cooperate as she shuttles them between interviews and photoshoots and parties. When she's not doing that, she's busy being precious all over everyone, baking lots of goodies for everyone, and spending time in her totally toxic and unhealthy absolutely great relationship with JC4. She has a pink pomeranian named Marcel and a white mini-tiger with pink stripes named Pascal, and they are often with her.

It's not easy to get negative CR with Swann -- she generally reacts to any kind of uncomfortable or confrontational situation with shaking and crying (she's gotten so used to Joel's antagonizing that she can actually bite back, tho). She loves kids and animals, and she will probably try to ply your character with gifts or food or both.

Basic personality: Stone cold femme fatale.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She had a bit of a funk after the last Arena, and now she pretty much lives in D10 with Black Tom. They have sort of adopted Arya in order to train her into a tiny villainess. In the current Arena, she'll be dying in the first week -- I do need someone to give her a wound in the Cornucopia run! Preferably something terrible and magical. Tom will most likely do the ultimate killing. After she revives, she's going to a) be bitchy, and b) do a lot of guest spots commentating! She might also start looking into citizenship, after seeing the perks it gets Tom.

Outside of the Arena, she doesn't go after people unless she views them as having wronged her, and even then, she's more likely to take it to the Arena because she likes to kill. She's not warm, but it doesn't take much to get her into a friendly place. She needs more positive CR, really!

He also got promoted to Peacekeeper staff as an underling and is dating Molotov and adopting Arya into their morally ambiguous enclave.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Jason's been living that JC4 life, which mostly means getting migraines, making enemies, throwing tantrums, posting screeds to the network and going into debt buying his girlfriend Swann pretty things while keeping a ho on the side.

Basic personality: Polite, welcoming, kind, nervous, and appears to be put together but actually full of guilt and self-deprecation.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: PG's been on the down low public wise but he's been doing his best to train for this next Arena and keep the promises he made to his Mentor Linden and to his friends. And has a massive crush/in love with Venus. He's actually feeling useful (not the best way to think of one's self) but he's since realized after talking to Molotov, that it's pretty short-sighted to see everything as black and white as he had. People who enjoy killing though, Phil's not going to stand for that shit. He'll be found in the Arena scavenging and providing assistance to his friends, incapacitating anyone that gets too close. If this is allowed, Phillip will probably seeing the ghost of Jeremy Fitzgerald sans frontal lobe. There have been hints of him thinking about that particular guard along with the kids so, hello guilt over inaction. Fun!

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would love for him to go through that first kill and be traumatized for it, given his canon point. It's something so visceral, it would tear at him that he's on the same level as the serial killer at Freddy's but definitely toughen him up to the realities of the Games. Oh and he's none too happy about bidding after seeing the aftermath of one as a practice so if anyone wants to make him confront this, be my guest!

Basic personality: Abrasive, D2 loving, not as big an asshole as he started out, but still awful hobbit of a man.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Guess who's still salty about the last Arena? :D If anything, Leo's connected more with the Tributes, like Jet and that crazy badger Merlyn, and recent law developments in Panem have made him reexamine his position in the Capitol. Even with D2's favored position within the Capitol, he's seen how Districters are being shoved aside in regards to rights, in favor of Offworlders. But like hell he'll admit that to the likes of Jason Compson. He'll be working his ass off with whatever escort they send in, because this Arena is D2's or else.

Basic personality: Happy-go-lucky, optimistic to a fault, foul-mouthed Golden Retriever made human.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Well Ellis is dying at the Cornucopia but that just means he's fuming and trying his damnedest to get back at the Arena. When he's inevitably told he can't, he'll be trying to recover and cheer on, hell he'll be bouncing around and getting people to rally around his friends, while meeting other Tributes and staff. He's got a lot of drive but he needs to grow up. That not everything's going to work out okay, but at the end of the day, he will keep the silver linings,

Basic personality: Dour, unsure, sweet when it comes to anyone close reeling from one hell of a psychotic break from reality, and the consequences of the Capitol only fishing him out.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Given that James is still adjusting to life in Panem when the Arena takes place, he's pretty open to everything. But FUCK THAT JESTER HAT, he's ripping it off and scavenging…he probably will have war flashbacks with such an abandoned and bloody Arena setting. Hell, he's be in hiding for the first week, and he's going to make a plank with nails. Because why not.

Positive CR will help but Negative will make him face up about everything that happened in Silent Hill. What has happened to them recently: D13 has happened to her recently. Pretty much every day has made her more and more certain that the differences between 13 and the Capitol are few and far between.

I'd love for that to continue, and extend to Tributes she doesn't know. Basic personality: Essentially your basic movie gangster with the all of the violent temper, love of hats, and funny accent. Except take out most of the brains and add a boatload of loyalty, a friendly veneer, and tons of secret insecurities.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He mostly wandered around and shared supplies last arena and he's pretty much intending to do the same this round (with the bonus of possibly showing off his regeneration powers!). Outside the arena, he was quietly involved in the Binding plot and has mostly been bugging his friends.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd definitely love for him to get more involvement in the rebellion. People finding out about his extensive criminal history and gangstering (he's not really subtle about it) could lead to some interesting conversations as well! I'm up for anything, positive or negative. He's a social guy, so he'll happily bother even shy characters. Adopting more people into his family would be great.

Basic personality: A disgustingly sweet sugar coating over an extremely cold heart. China will flatter and fawn over anyone if she thinks they can give her something--whether that's an incredibly rare book or just interesting conversation. Inside, though, she cares only about herself.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She's just been settling in as a new escort and trying to shove her smarmy face at everyone. Intense networking, basically.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd like for more people to uncover that she's not nearly as nice and sweet as she pretends. On the flip side, I'd also like for her to get closer to people and realize that some of them are interesting enough to be worth calling friends; she really likes people who are smart and witty or simply honest. What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: At the end of the last arena, Jet got trapped in a cave for a few days and literally went crazy. He then woke up to find his husband was gone and spent some time as a drunken mess thinking it was his fault. He found out Albert was alive just in time to participate in the Binding Plot and lost Initiate instead. He's been in the Training Center every day and has been spending most of his time hovering around his close CR for fear of losing them. When he hasn't been making questionable life choises like 'discretely' threatening Sigma.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Jet will be headed to D13 after his death in this next arena! So I'd mostly like to touch base with any and all CR he has before that happens, although I'm open to making new CR too! After he's in 13, he'll be throwing himself into rebel things.

Character: Bucky Barnes (Panem)
District and/or job: Rebel
Basic personality: Closed off but generally good-natured, he's the mouthpeice of District 13 and seems to forget he's a seperate entity from time-to-time and not just another head of the beast that is the rebellion.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Recently, 13 went on a 'simulated mission' in which Bucky died and it left him kind of shaken, but what shook him more was the fact 13 didn't tell him it was going to happen before they threw him in. He also recently sent an illicit message to Peggy Carter from Albert and Cecil. It's also worth noting he was visible in the Diode post, although he was most friendly with Sam Wilson and Peggy Carter.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Bucky's actually got a personal plot on the horizon, pending the end of the arena. Before that, I'm looking to solidify/continue any CR he's got going in D13 right now. After the plot he'll be heading in the direction of anti-13 and pro-splitting off, so I'll be interested in garnishing CR for him through that as well, either people willing to trust him or people unwilling to trust him thanks to how high in 13's ranks he is.

Character: Pietro Maximoff
District and/or job: District 6 | Tribute
Basic personality: Arrogant teen whose more concerned with his own agenda than anyone else's.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Hasn't even been intro'd yet, but once he is, he'll be making a nusiance of himself with his powers and finding out powers aren't the best things to have in this arena.

Considering his personality, it wouldn't surprise me if most of it was rough if not out-right negative, but I'd love to find out through trial and error!

Basic personality: Glib, rum-loving pirate who loves to flirt with most everyone and tell stories about himself and his adventures and about how awesome he is. He's actually kind of a good person, even if he doesn't think so. He's also sort of desperate for people's approval but won't openly admit to it.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the last Arena, Jack tried to avoid most people. He ended up almost getting Firo and himself killed via fire because he lost his half-empty bottle of vodka and roped Firo into looking for it. He also fought and helped kill a lake monster, then got super naked with Roland while they tried to dry off and start a fire.

Out of the Arena, a fan recently sent Jack a parrot that's been taught cheesy pirate phrases and nasty insults (thanks Jack). Otherwise, he mostly sticks around the Tribute Tower to drink or hang around and avoid his parrot, and sometimes wanders down to the training area to practice survival skills or sword training. He also had a small role in the Binding plot, and I'm always interested in getting him involved more in the rebellion.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Hmm. I'm not sure how likely it'll be, but it'd be interesting if I could get him in a situation where he's betrayed or hurt by someone he knows/trusts -- he ends up trusting people too easily sometimes and it'd be fun to have that come back to bite him. On the other hand, I'd also be interested to have Jack do something similar to someone that he knows. District and/or job: District 5
Basic personality: Zombie apocalypse survivor. Can be sarcastic, snarky, and outspoken. He's known for having a temper if anyone pushes his buttons wrong (intentionally or otherwise). Nick's more than just a broody sack of depression though. Under all that is an honest and loyal young man who will do anything to help those he cares about.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena:

Nick will die during the first week after trying to run for the cornucopia. But with arenas in general, he tends to stick close to his zombros or close CR (Luke, Clem etc) and would not trust anyone he hasn't already been acquainted with in the Capitol before. Safety of his loved ones is always a priority for him.

Outside the arena, he's usually seen at the bar, playing his guitar on the roof or at the park, or at the Training Center relieving stress (it's all about stress relief tbh). He'd also hit up the arcades around the Capitol.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: If we've already made plans on plurk, consider them as things to do! I'd love for Nick to meet other folks that are involved in the rebellion to at least let him know that it's a thing going on! It can be obvious at times that shows him being very unhappy with the Capitol. Also, I'd love for more CR with district mates!

Character: Vivi Ornitier
District and/or job: District 7
Basic personality: Timid, curious, and friendly. He has the tendency to over think things a lot and go silent for a while because he can get all philosophical like that. :'D He's definitely childlike but not stupid. He can be courageous when it counts and there's a surprising fire in him that keeps him going.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: For this current arena, I got his plotting post here with all the relevant info if you're interested!

Outside the arena, Vivi explores the Capitol and Panel wherever he can go. He's seen interacting with other kids in his district which is super cute considering he doesn't have many friends his age. ;u; He can turn up just about anywhere that isn't a bar or something! I can guarantee you that he probably has fallen a couple of times too. It's a habit. He also attends the Youth Programme like a good student, with lunches made by Daryl and Rick. XD

Character: Revas Tabris
District and/or job: District 10 / Adopting everything
Basic personality: She's an energetic force of nature that tends to bowl down everything in her path, and when she hits something that doesn't bend, she'll fight it with all of her might. She feels in extremes, and has a hard time reigning in her emotions. She's also aggressively flirtatious to everyone around her, cracks terrible jokes at inappropriate times, and having been leader of a rag tag group for her entire life, once she befriends someone she's pretty protective of them, but also tends to meddle and try to fix all their problems.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Tabris has been keeping her head mostly down, and trying to deal with drama within her canon ranks re: Anders. She did pretty much jump at the opportunity to help D13 when they contacted the Capitol, and she's started to get excited about the prospect of actually being able to do something about her situation.

In the arena, she'll be trying to connect with her friends, and hanging out in camp with Alistair and Anders, and whoever else joins up. She'll become more active once she gets her hands on a weapon, and be keen to start seeking out aggressive tributes and kill them before they can hurt anyone.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love more CR, whether positive or negative. She's trying to get a picture of what's going on in Panem, in the capitol and districts, and she'll be trying to quietly get information.

Character: Rochelle
District and/or job: District 3
Basic personality: Rochelle is a survivor from the zombie apocalypse, and so has learned to take nothing for granted. She's practical and usually pretty calm, it takes a lot to get her to lose her cool. She prioritizes survival for her and her two teammates above all else, and she's willing to do anything necessary to accomplish that.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Rochelle has been keeping her head firmly down since she's been here, and hasn't done much but reach out and meet a few people. She's having to get used to being able to trust other people and socialize with them, and has been mostly sticking to her two teammates.

In the arena, she'll be doing what she did before she was pulled here--surviving. Ellis is dying right off the bat, and that'll effect her. She'll be jumpy, and probably not much for talking to anyone. Especially anyone that looks dangerous.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I would love new CR with people but as stated, Rochelle will probably be trying to avoid anyone she doesn't already know. If your character seems particularly nonthreatening and Rochelle is armed, she might be willing to cooperate with them on a task, or something, but she'll be keeping an eye on them. After the arena she'll be more willing to chat up people again. She's got her eyes on trying to petition out, and she knows that she's got to get people to like her if she wants that.

Character: Dave Strider
District and/or job: D9, Tribute
Basic personality: Dave is both everything you'd expect out of a 16 year old boy and also the exact opposite. He's flippant, tries really hard to be cool, sarcastic and he's really obsessed with his own presentation but he's also talkative, really talkative, clingy and just a dork. It doesn't take much for him to kick off conversations with people, even if he's pretty shy in some ways.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Dave went home for a canon update and came home with the knowledge that he's dead in his own world. As such, Panem is all he has right now and he's gained more focus! He's made things official with his girlfriend, Feferi, so they're kissing a lot. School is a hassle for him and he's finding new and small ways to express his hatred for it. He's been fairly crafty lately in a literal sense, he makes collages and posters because he still has too much free time.

Within the Arena I am super eager to play with the fact that he's biologically immortal and will weather lightning and fire to help people who need it. He still has no desire to win so I am really up for him making alliances and protecting people and generally getting up in their grills/hearts.

Character: Nick
District and/or job: D7, Tribute
Basic personality: A douche, basically. Nick is selfish and self-motivated and he has no real desire or investment in anyone but himself, Ellis and Rochelle. He complains religiously and he's a smart ass in conversation, he's game to bitch with people who have similar hatred to him.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Nick killed a lot of people last Arena and has similar plans this time around if he can get a weapon. He hasn't done much in the Capitol beyond having his own fun.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I expect I will get a lot of people wanting revenge for him being an asshole so relatively positive CR would be interesting. I'm VERY interested in having him strangle someone with a fairy wing, they can survive if it helps!! Other than that, I am game for fights and for him to kill people.


Character: Trey/Jolie
District and/or job: D8, Stylist
Basic personality: Extremely Capitol, king of the bitches but also one of the realest and nicest people ever. Jolie is honest to a fault and very eager to compliment or nag people depending on the day. In drag she's extroverted and over the top but out of drag he tends to be a little more reserved with equal parts playful.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Most recently Jolie has lost a lot of her own Tributes and other people she's cared about like (to her knowledge) Steve. She participated in the Binding Plot and sort of started dating her Victor undercover but she's been laying low since then. She's had a few worrying bouts of sleep deprivation but she's doing her best to act as in-your-face Capitol as possible for cover.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Possibly a way for Jolie to be a huge asshole to sell the fact that she's all for the Capitol, pissing some people off would be interesting. If not that, more people finding out that she's all for the Tributes would be interesting. I'd love for her to make more friends while she's at it.


Character: Thor Odinson
District and/or job: D13
Basic personality: Thor comes off as a very proud and standoffish person, he's particularly cold lately but he's starting to ease up. When he's your friend, he's incredibly warm, friendly and protective and he loves a good cultural exchange.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: After destroying the Arena, Thor was tortured and brainwashed and sent back into the next Arena to kill as many people as possible (particularly his friends). He found his way to D13 and his mind is mostly reset from the torture. He still has panic attacks and bouts of uncertainty in himself and near paralyzing fear but he's determined to fight through it with everything he has.

Most recently he fucked up big time in the D13 mission and he's pretty much ashamed of himself for it.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Mostly just stronger friendships within 13, Thor growing more and more fond of people and more protective. I would love more deep conversations but also some light-hearted things to keep spirits up as well as people to conspire with about the direction of D13.

Character: Bucky Barnes
District and/or job: District 1, Tribute
Basic personality: Standoffish, traumatised assassin who's working through some pretty heavy duty brainwashing he was subjected to for 70 years before being brought to Panem. He is underneath it all a good man, with a soft side for kids, tribbles and the vulnerable. He is ready to do what has to be done, even though mostly all he wants is to be able to stop fighting for a while and figure through all his issues.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Bucky has no issue with fighting in the arena's. If you're not one of his people or a kid you're a potential target to him, not because he wants to win but because he wants one of his friends to win. That said he's not as aggressive as he used to be so chances of a non-lethal encounter in the arena with him are possible if you're a stranger.

Recently Bucky took part in the Binding plot, successfully infiltrated the facility to fight and then escaped with an injured Clint Barton over his shoulder. However he was deeply angered and upset over Steve's capture and has such become even more reclusive since then, except for when his friends reach out to him. He's been not so secretly giving Panem!Peggy combat lessons while she teaches him dance in exchange.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: The next arena is Bucky's last, after which he'll be coming back to the Capitol and then going to District 13 mid-cycle through an upcoming plot. Though it's a couple months away still I'd love to take the chance to do all the CR people may want with him before he goes and talk D13 things for when he gets there.


Character: Clementine
District and/or job: District 6, Tribute
Basic personality: Clementine is a good kid, that's a fact. She's been through a lot of shit but at her heart she's managed to keep hold of that. It means she's a lot more practical, independent and serious than your average 11 year old, but in the end she's still a kid who likes to have fun and friends when she can.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Clementine's am 11 year old survivalist coming from a zombie apocalypse world, so her strategy is to avoid fights as much as possible and concentrate on finding supplies while staying out of the line of fire. She's good at sneaking around and hiding due to her small size though she shouldn't be underestimated because she's a kid. She can and has killed people in the past as well as zombies.

Recently Clementine has taken up fake-dating Aang as a means to garner support from sponsors within the Capitol. To keep this believable she's keeping the people in the know about the truth of the relationship to a minimum. She's also had to start attending Capitol school as part of the Tribute Youth Programme, where she got into an argument (and possible fight though the thread hasn't got that far yet) with Bayard after he threw some racial slurs at her due to him being from the American south in the civil war era.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I have no particular plots in mind for Clementine at the moment and welcome all things! Friends, foes, people for her to snark at and gently prank. She will be getting a pet tarantula after this arena because she's that kind of kid.

Dee| Wyatt Earp, Albert Wesker, Deckard Shaw, Maxwell Trevelyan

Character: Albert Wesker
District and/or job: District 11 Mentor; part-timer Peacekeeper/torturer
Basic personality: Evil Big Bad, not to put too fine a point on it. He's the man behind the curtain, always one - if not two steps ahead. Would throw his own mother under a bus to put himself ahead.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Not in the arena, but outside of it, he offers assistance to tributes he thinks deserves it. Recently made a plan with China Sorrows to fixate on two tributes from their district in an effort to push at least one of them into victory. Personally, Wesker doesn't care who wins from 11, as long as their from 11. Can't let the Capitol think he's not doing his job....
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: On the surface, Wesker is everything the Capitol could want in an offworld, tribute turned victor. Underneath, he's working just as hard to see them ripped from inside out. Recently he passed information to the teams that destroyed the weapon the Capitol had intended to use on 13.

On the extreme downlow, recently only revealed - in code - to Joan Watson, Wesker has information about the tributes' homeworld. Stolen from the Capitol thanks to his peacekeeper access.


Character: Wyatt Earp
District and/or job: 13
Basic personality: Good guy's, good guy. Quite, patient, typically a man of few words, but the ones he offers he means with everything he is. Believes in doing the right thing and always tries too. Generally slow to anger, but had a few quick button triggers - namely his family and those he cares about.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Took part in the first training session and received a punishment for being all that 13 thought he could be.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Nothing really off the top of my head. Just serving his punishment and trying to get info on those he loves.


Character: Deckard Shaw
District and/or job: Secret Agent Man, turned Former Secret Agent Man with a Score to Settle
Basic personality: Gruff, cool, to the point. Not necessarily a bad guy, but not exactly a good one either. He won't be your best friend, but you'd still want him on your side in a fight.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Recently arrived back in the Capitol. Currently digging up information and biding his time until he can make a move against the people who killed his brother.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I really want to get him involved in the underground machinations. He has no love of the Capitol or 13, but he certainly could be of use and would enjoy sticking it to either of them.


Character: Maxwell Trevelyan
District and/or job: District 8
Basic personality: Friendly, kind, patient. Easy to joke, but knows when to be serious. Wants and tries to do the right thing, and gives everyone the same honest treatment until they give him a reason not too. After that, he will do what he thinks he has to.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Has been having a hard time adjusting to this new life. Namely because though all his friends and loved ones are here, they aren't really the people he knows. He doesn't blame them, but it's still hard. And a recent chat and confession to Dorian especially did not end well.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He's going to put on an okay face when he has to, but Maxwell is in a dark, sad place. He's keeps getting up and carrying on because he knows he has to, not because he particularly wants to.

Yay, Joan and Wesker make me feel all fuzzy inside! We definitely need to continue this cloak and dagger stuff, it's great :) I'd also love to have Wyatt be one of the people Joan goes to/works with regarding doing something about 13 being not quite as shiny as they expected, if you're up for that.

District and/or job: District 10 Mentor
Basic personality: Kind, compassionate maternal figure who went through a lot of shit before being dragged to Panem and has somehow been through even worse shit since then.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: No Arena for her since she's a Mentor these days, but in the past few months she saw her husband die, lost a couple friends (and has since found out that they're alive and well in D13), found out one of her kids got Avoxed, and is pretty much trying to keep her shit together for the sake of her loved ones and Tributes.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: With the Arena starting up, I'm hoping to get her more active in the Capitol side of things, especially the rebellion. Other than that, I'd love to just get her more Capitolite CR in general.

Character: Darcy Lewis
District and/or job: District 6 Tribute (heading to District 13 after this Arena)
Basic personality: Snarky, pop culture savvy comic relief type who keeps winding up a little too over her head because of the company she keeps.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She's been on a roller coaster of fuck for a while. Her fuck buddy was 'murdered' (and she's since found out he's alive and well in D13), one of her closest friends snapped her neck because he was brainwashed (and also wound up in D13), and she recently broke up with her sorta-boyfriend and was arrested and brainwashed to think that the Initiate forced her into helping him. In the Arena, she'll probably be hanging around the friends who are still there for the time being.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'd love for Darcy to make more allies for her to feel guilty about leaving behind after this Arena. Other than that, she's going to D13 after this!
