Calling Mentors and Capitolites!
We are looking for people who would be willing to have their characters stand as guest speakers in an upcoming mini event! Specifically, we need Panem born Mentors and Capitolites. Exception may be made for those who have petitioned out of the arenas and are working for the Capitol.
Capitolites will be asked to speak of the Capitol and their work there. Mentors will go a little bit into the ways of their respective District and their work as mentors prior to the quell. Both will be expected to speak in a Pro-Capitol light. One of each will be chosen at random for the spotlight (but if you are not picked this time, there will be other chances).
If you are interested in the opportunity, please fill out the following and paste in the sign-ups section:

Re: Sign Ups
Character name: Cyrus Reagan
Position in the Capitol: Minister of District Affairs
District Association: N/A
Anything we should know? If he's asked to describe his work, his answer will be blithe and sterile and gloss cleanly over any real unrest or idea of social inequality. He'll probably bring history into it. Cooperation between the Districts and the Capitol are his favorite talking points at the moment.

The post for this will go up on June 15th where he will have a placeholder set for him. If you have any questions now or come Monday, feel free to ask!
