Calling Mentors and Capitolites!
We are looking for people who would be willing to have their characters stand as guest speakers in an upcoming mini event! Specifically, we need Panem born Mentors and Capitolites. Exception may be made for those who have petitioned out of the arenas and are working for the Capitol.
Capitolites will be asked to speak of the Capitol and their work there. Mentors will go a little bit into the ways of their respective District and their work as mentors prior to the quell. Both will be expected to speak in a Pro-Capitol light. One of each will be chosen at random for the spotlight (but if you are not picked this time, there will be other chances).
If you are interested in the opportunity, please fill out the following and paste in the sign-ups section:

Character name: Linden Lockhearst
Position in the Capitol: Mentor
District Association: District 6
Anything we should know? Linden would be careful not to say anything blatantly anti-Capitol, but he has a tendency to mince words and say multiple things with a single statement (some of which could be taken poorly if his intent to say them was proven.) He's a fluent and confident speaker, and he would talk about 6 and his work as a Mentor since winning the 63rd Games as well as being several months off Morphling. He's working with the rebellion lately and will probably try to find a way to use his surface pro-Capitol speech to benefit the cause somehow (even if it's just casually raising awareness of how bad things are in the Districts in contrast with the decadence of the Capitol.)

The post for this will go up on Saturday the 15th where he will have a placeholder set for him. If you have any questions now or come Saturday, feel free to ask!
