Hi, it's Fritz, back with yet another mute.

So you remember that other clown of mine? Well in his canon there are two different versions of him, sort of canon AUs of each other, kinda reincarnation-y. While Initiate, the second Kurloz Makara was to be a loud brutal warlord known for painting with blood, his first life was a different sort of awful thanks to a terrible nightmare-vision messing with his head. What I've brought to you all today is an AU of that pleasent fellow! So kinda like an AU of an AU of the other guy...

Kurloz here is going to be District 4's new stylist. Unlike that other guy, Kurloz is very fashion concious, is always smiling, is way more chill (short of unflappable), and really has no issue with lying to your face, among other differences.

Kurloz does not speak having stitched up his mouth many years ago for Secret Reasons. He disgraced his family bad enough with it they are all in hiding (or worse) and he has come to the Games in attempt to redeem himself while keeping those stitches in. Said family includes distinguished members like an infamously brutal peacekeeper father, a nutjob uncle, and more, that Capitolite characters are free to mutter and whisper about.

He carries a notepad with him for when he needs it but unfortunately for everyone he can be even more difficult to understand than the other clown was, having unfortunately swallowed a thesaurus whole as a child and deluded himself into thinking that was any way normal people communicate. If you need translations for any tag, feel free to message me!

CR of Initiate are free to note the fact that this androgyn dude looks identical to him, if prettier (or at least not like he rolled out of a dumpster) and also human. District 4 people, he and I will be looking for you! To any Capitolite players, I am open and down for working out backstories.

Hello! Since Tiffany's stylist is currently an NPC, I just wanted to check in with you about what the aftermath of their thread might entail. Is there anything he would have said to the stylist that might have gotten back to Tiffany?

He would likely be playing it both so that the NPC stylist was suitably annoyed and that whatever Tiffany hears is purely flattering. The stylist will likely mutter about how 'they've got no intention of wasting potential' and 'of course they're not going to slap a wig on her, they know how to make """magic""" of that hair' and 'i'll show that prick color'. She may find herself with more ruby in her makeup palette to bring out the warmth of her hair and eyes both.
