Heeeey, everybody. It's Dee again with what's likely to be my last character ever (the list stands, now, for you newer folks: Wyatt Earp, Albert Wesker, Maxwell Trevelyan, and this lovely new chap.)
Meet Deckard Shaw! You Fast & Furious fans will recognize him from the franchise's last film, but there's a twist here. He's not a tribute, but a Capitol citizen.
For those of you not in the F&F know, Shaw is assassin, who for a long time basically tracked down and took out anyone his government told him too (what, you didn't think Snow pulled off all those jobs himself?)... but then his government decided they wanted to get rid of him and well, he had a bit of an issue with that. For all the details, check out his app over here.
The nitty gritty you need to know is that he's pissed, his profession is: kills people, and he's out for revenge.
Special Note for Capitol folks: I'd love to set up some previous interaction if you think you're character would know him. Higher level government types, etc.

He'll be hanging about the Capitol, pretending to be no-name nobody while digging for information and plotting assassin type shit. As he catches up on what's going down... he will probably be interested in getting to know enterprising off-worlder types.
