YAASSS very interesting indeed! Psii doesn't know about Condesce owning Helmsman, but he does hate the ocean and everything in it. 8D He's been told about the heiress who's apparently ok and not murderous, so he won't freak out quiiite as much. Still freaking out a little though.

I'm still threading out the fight, so i'm iffy on the details, but the location's the same. If you don't want to wait for me to make a starter, i'll be happy to tag into yours when i have a better idea of how messed up he is.
