Hello guys!

You can all blame Pengu for this one. This is Hanna, who has been playing Lady Sif here for a while and now adding a Panem AU version of an old OC of mine.

Samuel here is from district 8, he's 34 years old and when he was 15 he won the hunger games. He is very, very sympathetic to the rebel cause but he also has a family to protect so that's going to put a severe damper on his activities in terms of aiding the rebellion even if he wants to.

That family consists of his parents, his older sister and his nephew. He used to have two nephews but one of them was killed in the games, he had to mentor the kid himself which pretty much caused him to finally crack and have a giant mental breakdown. This would be why he hasn't been seen in the Capitol for about four years.

Details are in his journal so I won't ramble on further but yeah, if play a capitol character and you want to work out some previous CR with him, this is the place to do it!

Edit: Not sure if it'll ever be relevant but his score is 7

Hey there! Jessica here is D3's mentor, so it's likely they'd at least know each other! She's kind of a party girl type, very much a Capitol fixture, and she's currently dating D1 mentor Barbie, so that might be an interesting thing... She's 10 years younger than Samuel is also.

Also I have Jennifer (milieus), who is the "Tribute Comfort and Care Administrator". Basically, she's an ex-escort (D9, then promoted to D2 before she retired) who now does a lot of handholding for the Tributes. Her dad was a politician and so is her husband, Arturas Blackwood.
