Hello everyone! I'm Tempest, new to the game here, and I bring with me Brock Rumlow from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Long story short, Hydra infiltrator who worked within SHIELD for a long, long time, and who has absolutely no problem killing a lot of people and sleeping very soundly afterwords. He's not a nice man, don't let him fool you.

And he will try to fool you.
