THE CAPITOL

The Peeta and Katniss broadcast has set a lot of gossip buzzing, especially given their apparent endorsement of the Games. Of course, a much more quiet buzz points out the strange gaps in the video, and their uncharacteristic behavior according to those who know them.

Still, it seems to satisfy most of the masses.

I could start it out. With a little bit of lead in between Don and Aria before Revya comes in? Ariadne could wander away from their camp on one of her daily excursions, and leave her six open or something.

Well Revya's not very discrete, she'd probably just charge right in without sneaky sneaky. Other than that, the plan sounds fine.
