Hi y'all, I'm Alex (or A. as I put in my contact info, to avoid confusion) and I'm totally new here. :> I'm also bad at intro posts. ANYWAY. This is Kenny, the kid who dies a lot but always manages to come back, from that disgusting satire cartoon known as South Park. He's generally a nice kid, in spite of his vulgar sense of humour, and is dirt poor so being in the Capitol will be a huge shock to him. He also wears his hooded parka like, 90% of the time so his words are often muffled but still coherent... usually.

He's also going to be a Tribute from District 10, so I look forward to the blood and glory. :') Him... not so much.

I'm Kaylin and I play this dork who will be sharing a floor with Kenny. Lyle Norg AKA "Invisible Kid" is a super hero currently pretending to be a supervillain who goes by "Chemical King". I'm not sure how in-depth Kenny's knowledge of DC Comics is, but there's been one version or another of Lyle around since 1960, so if you want to do something with that, I'm up for it :)

Ooh interesting. I'm actually not entirely sure how much he knows (and I'm unfortunately canon-blind), but given the whole superhero thing with him, he will be excited anyway. :}

Lyle can frequently be found in the company of Brainiac 5, who is descended from/named after a Superman villain, so Kenny might have more luck recognizing that name than the names of a couple characters who have been rebooted a few times.

Superman is definitely recognizable, at least. I think he and his friends at least know stuff that's made it to mainstream media, but not so much that they're geeks or anything. ;P

Hee! Well, getting you the comics might take a bit of doing -- this version of Lyle and Brainy are from the 1994-2004 run and there's a lot of comics. But if you want them, I can definitely manage something :3

The Legion of Super Heroes is a group of (mostly) alien teenagers with super powers from the 30th/31st century who think Superman is awesome and want to follow in his footsteps. They're not the most obscure heroes ever, but they also don't make a lot of crossover appearances with other comics because they spend most of their time in the future. The founders showed up in season 8 of Smallville, and there was a cartoon in 2006-2008, but otherwise I'd peg them as comics-fan-only knowledge.
