Hello friends! I'm Thalia, I'm new here, and this chump is Gary Epps, a not-so-speedy speedster OC Tribute. Gary is 18 years old, impulsive, a shameless gossip, and is overjoyed at being the star of a reality show. He gets his own stylist and everything! So cool!

...What do you mean he has to kill people? Minor detail, he'll sort it out later.

Anyways, if anyone is interested in knowing more about Gary's canon/his abilities/all that junk, most relevant information is in his application (posted on his journal) and will be in various other posts there once I have time to finish them. College is kicking me straight in the bum for the next week or so until fall break, so I might have to wait a couple days before I can throw this child at district 11 and Panem at large. Aang is a goofy little kid who’s actually just kung-fu Jesus, Bruce is a grumpy scientist with anger issues, and Justine is the most charming secret psychopath you’ll ever meet (who is A-OK with stroking egos to manipulate people).
